Negotiation of employment

Main purpose of the bachelor thesis is to clarify all processes connected with a negotiation of employment. A description of all these processes is included in it. Next purpose is the use of gained knowledge for assessment of the real existing contracts of employment. In the first part of the work there are explained all basic conceptions. In the following chapter there is an explanation of the meaning and the establishment of the contract of employment. The chapter about the contract of employment and all its terms makes the main part of this work. In the work, there is, of course, also included an appointment of managers and obligations of employers connected with the negotiation of employment. Acknowledgements were used for an analysis of contracts of employment.
Working hours and rest period

Working hours and rest period are concepts which every working person encounters almost every day. Therefore they are so important for our lives. The object of this bachelor's thesis is summarization of legal provisions concerning working hours and rest period in the Czech republic and evaluation the application of these legal regulations in practise. This bachelor's thesis should especially judge whether legal regulations are formulated in accordance with needs of labour law parties or these legal provisions should be modified, left out or completed.
Dismissal from the employer party

This thesis is about the dismissal from the employer party. The first chapter is about a dismissal as a phenomenon, where the dismissal is looked at as a special kind of social problem. In following chapter I describe history of both employment law in general and dismissal in particular. Current Czech enactment is described in details in chapter three. The next part is focused on dismissal in other European countries, Great Britain and Germany. The main goal of this thesis is to summarize development which led to existing enactment, to describe the existing enactment and to suggest some changes which are based mainly on experience from abroad.

The main topic of this diploma thesis is Unemployment in the region Most and the ways how to solve this problem. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis explains, what is the unemployment, what are its causes and shows the real numbers of the unemployment in our country and in the World. The second portion assesses the theory of active policy of employment in the Czech republic in its form of investment incentives. The practical portion assesses the region Most, that suffers from long term the highest rate of unemployment and explains the historical and present causes of this situation. Next there is a detailed analysis of the companies in the region Most, which got the investment incentives, and assesses their gain for the reduction of unemployment. The central part of this thesis is about a company EUROPAHAUS GROUP, Ltd. and a description of the procedure of getting its investment incentives.

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to analyse and clarify in detail the issue of liability for damage in Labour law with focus on liability for damage of employer. At first the thesis defines conception of liability and liability in Labour law in general. The thesis also deals with characteristic features, functions and prevention of liability for damage in Labour law as well. The main part is devoted to liability for damage of employer with regards to judicial decision. It explains general and special types of liability for damage of employer and explicates compensation for damage. Furthermore this thesis gives an attention to legal insurance of an employer's liability for damage incurred by work accident and occupational disease and accident insurance.

This bachelor thesis deals with a liability for damages in Labour law, especially with a part where an employee is liable to his employer. The main part of the thesis includes explanation of liability according to the Labour Code. This part contains both general and specific legal regulations. The following part is practical and involves examples of judicial decisions and solutions used by companies in cases of liability. Pursuant to these decisions there is an assessment of legal regulation at the end of the thesis.
Remuneration for work in labour-law relations

This bachelor dissertation examines the issue of remuneration. It deals with wages, salary and remunerations of agreements in terms of shared properties as well as individual properties. The goal of this work is the explanation of basic legal concepts as determined by the labour code and related regulations which is followed by the identification of legal consciousness of regular employees. This work is structured into three parts. The first part clarifies the concept of wages, salary and remunerations of agreements in terms of comparison of their individual characteristics together. The second part deals with issues of wages, salary and remunerations of agreements separately. Third part discusses the notions of standard practise and the view of these matters from the perspective of employees who receive wages or salary, and thus marks out legal knowledge of ordinary employees and their awareness of remuneration.
Health and safety at work with sources of ionizing radiation in healthcare

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse health and safety system in department of nuclear medicine in Kolín hospital and evaluate its compliance with czech legislation. The thesis is compsed of four chapters. Chapter One gives a general introduction to health and safety issues and describes most important aspect of general health and safety legislation. Chapter Two explains the basic terms of ionizing radiation and radioactivity and focuses mainly on radiation protection, which is closely linked to the health and safety area. Chapter Three defines the legislative and institutional framework of health and safety in the area of ionizing radiation. This chapter is a starting point for Chapter Four, which analyzes the health and safety system in department of nuclear medicine in Kolín hospital, compares it with legislation requirements and evaluates the compliance.

This bachelor thesis deals with theoretic matters of labour (employment) law in area of the employment, contracts concerning a work practised out of employment, personnel policies and employee care. In practical part, it tries to approach the given areas by means of practical examples, results of a selective investigation and information from a chosen company Chemoprojekt, a.s. The main source of the thesis is the Labour Code, other sources are specialized publications and other laws. An objective of the thesis is to describe and analyse a current situation in the field of contract's conclusion and personnel policies pursuant to performed selective investigation.
Informing employees about terms and conditions of employment contract

The bachelor thesis examines the situation of the statutory obligation to inform about terms and conditions of employment contract regarding both its development and its current legislative state with practical compliance. It analyzes in detail the emergence of this obligation and follows its evolution in the legislative norms. It also includes a summary of points about which the employee should be informed in connection with the creation of employment and a dividing of these according to the statutory announcement time. In the practical part are described the results of work inspections conducted in 2010 focused on the aforesaid obligation. The issue of breaches of the obligation to inform about terms and conditions of employment contract is examined in a questionnaire survey too. Finally also an outline of options solving the non-compliance and circumvention of this obligation is included in the conclusion.
