This master´s thesis is focused on drafting the financial plan of the company VVS Verměřovice s.r.o. The first part contains the theoretical basis of financial planning. The second part introduces the analyzed company and performs a strategic and financial analysis. The next step is to create a draft financial plan in the optimistic and pessimistic variant for the period 2020-2023. The conclusion is an evaluation of the financial plan of both options.

The aim of the thesis is to determine the value of company XY, Ltd., focused on pro-ducing precision metal manufacturing. The thesis could be used as supporting document for business decisions made by management of company and could be used as a value determination for not predetermined buyer. The value of the company is calculated on 1. 1. 2015 by application of income methods. Specifically, the valuation is processed by method of discounted cash flow method DCF entities and the economic value added method EVA. The starting point of valuation is the strategic analysis, financial analysis and the analysis of value drivers. Based on these analyses will be determined value of the company.

This master thesis deals with the estimation of the value of enterprise PREFA KOMPOZITY a.s. via income based methods. Concretely determined by the methods of discounted cash flow and economical value added. In the theoretical part are described theoretical foundations and procedures used for valuation of enterprise. The practical part is pattern of theoretical part and consists of strategic analysis, financial analysis, SWOT analysis and also of the procedure determined on the basis of applied method of valuation. Result of the thesis is concrete determined value of the enterprise.

In the analytical part a strategic and financial analysis of the company is performed, a prognosis of value drivers, a financial plan is set out, and finally the valuation of the company as of 1. 1. 2019 is performed.

The company's analysis consists of a strategic and financial analysis for the period 2015-2019. In the last part, the financial plan of the company is created in two variants, optimistic and pessimistic.

This work has two parts, the first part describes theoretical principles. The second part includes strategic and financial analysis, analysis and forecast of the value drivers and financial plan. The valuation of the company is based on Discounted Cashflow method and Economic Value Added method. Determination of value is made at the date 01.01.2015. Determination od value is made for internal needs of the company.

This master thesis deals with the estimation of the value of company XY s. r. o. The income capitalisation approach of discounted cash flow and conomic value added were used for the estimation of the value of the company. There are stated theoretical assumptions and the process of estimation of the value of company in the introduction of the work. The practical part consists of strategic, financial analysis, analysis and prognosis of value generators and the compilation of the financial plan. At the end of the work the particular valuation methods are applied and in the conclusion there is reported the statement of value of the company at 31.12.2018.

The diploma thesis is focused on the issues of financial planning. In the introductory chapter the basic theoretical terms, which are important to understanding the issue, are explained. The aim of this thesis is to create a financial plan for selected company for the next 3 years, which is also the subject of the main part of this diploma thesis. The financial plan is compiled in two variants: optimistic and pessimistic. In both options of the financial plan the consequences of the company's planned investment will incorporate. At the end of the thesis, the evaluation and control of the results of both variants of the financial plan is made.
