Title: Case study of physiotherapy care of patient after arthroscopic surgery of shoulder joint Aim: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce the issues relating to arthroscopic surgery of shoulder joint, its most frequent indications, possibilities of subsequent rehabilitation and to process the case study of the patient with this diagnosis in the special part. Methodology of thesis: The thesis is divided into two parts. I focus on anatomy, kinesiology, and basic principles of biomechanics of shoulder girdle in the first (general) part. Then I concentrate on theoretical findings from the field of pathology of shoulder joint, its arthroscopic solutions and eligible instruments of physiotherapeutic care. The second (special) part consists of the case study of the patient after arthroscopic surgery of shoulder joint including history, input kinesiology analysis, and description of all therapeutic units, output kinesiology analysis and assessment of the effect of the therapy. The work placement, on which is based the case study, took place in CLPA in Vysočany for the period of one month. Ambulatory therapies were three times a week from 9.1.2015 till 30.1.2015, which were indicated by the treating doctor because of the arthroscopy of the shoulder joint l. dx., which was performed 11. 12. 1014...

Abstracts Title: Case study of patient after ACL reconstruction Goals: follow the complications that found after examinations and therapy that based on according to it to eliminate it then observing the condition after all if there is improvement or deterioration, also showing the theoretical part about ACL and what is related about its injury. Methods: Thesis have two main parts which are the theoretical part that describe the ACL injury and ACL reconstruction, the other part is according to my knowledge which based on my studies in FTVS I did the examinations that patient need to understand the patient clinical picture then putting the therapy plan and treat according to the complications or deformities that found during the examinations, all based on FTVS studies. Patient will follow the therapy sessions schedule then evaluation of the changes in the end with the conclusion. Results: satisfying improvements after 8 sessions therapy that improve the knee joint stability with improvement of muscle strength, symmetry of the muscle tone, release the joint play, eliminate the pain that patient complain of, improve the ROM of knee also improve the confidence of knee joint this leads to correct gait pattern which patient need most and achieved. Title: The case study of a physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with a diagnosis of per- subtrochanteric femur fracture Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to elaborate theoretical and practical knowledge of the diagnosis of per-subtrochanteric femur fracture and to process the case study of a patient with this diagnosis. Conclusion: This bachelor thesis is divided into general and special part. The general part is focused on the diagnosis of per-subtrochanteric femoral fracture, there is a comprehensive description of the hip joint and fracture division in this area, it contains informations about conservative and surgical treatment and a summary of PFN approach and possible physiotherapeutic procedures. The special part is focused on the case study of the patient with the diagnosis. It contains a description of the performed daily therapies, initial and final kinesiological examination, short-term and long-term therapeutic plan and overall evaluation of the effect of therapy. Results: The goals set out in the short-term therapeutic plan have been met. The muscle strength of the weakened left lower limb muscles increased, the range of motion to flexion in the hips and knees increased, the tension of the hypertonic muscles of the lower limbs decreased, the swelling and pain in the thigh and...
