The master´s thesis discuss characteristics of hybrid electric vehicles and lead-acid accumulators applied in car industry. It compares classic and alternative drive in cars, descibes classification of hybrid drives and its characteristics. Further work disscus lead-acid accumulators which focuses on VRLA accumulators applied in hybrid electric cars. Practical part contains a construction description of negative electrode and experiment, which studied influence of various amount addition of carbon on attributes of these electrodes.

Understanding of a anionts behavior and practice measuring of a ionts area is the most important part of my work, to correctly analyse iont area probléme, or to suggest suitable solution.

The study of polymorphism and optimization of active pharmaceutical ingredients crystallisation

Active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) are frequently delivered to the patient in the solid-state as part of an approved dosage form (tablets, capsules, etc.). Understanding and controlling the solid-state chemistry of APIs is therefore an important aspect of the drug development process. APIs can exist in a variety of distinct solid forms, including polymorphs, solvates, hydrates, co-crystals and amorphous solids. Each form displays unique physicochemical properties that can profoundly influence the bioavailability, manufacturability, stability and other performance characteristics of the drug. Most APIs are purified and isolated by crystallisation from an appropriate solvent during the final step in synthetic process. The main objective of a crystallisation process is to produce crystals with desired properties such as particle size distribution (PSD), shape and purity. All pharmaceutical dosage forms must be produced in uniform units, and good content of uniformity is only possible when the size of the active component is carefully controlled. For on-line control of crystallisations of Quetiapine Fumarate to achieve desired PSD and no changed physicochemical purity was used the Lasentec Focus Beam Reflectance Measurement (FBRM) system.

DU02-1.E2 Postupy asimilace měřených a modelových dat při tvorbě polí charakteristik znečištění ovzduší. DU02-1.E3 Výpočet úrovní imisních a depozičních hodnot v oblastech s nedostatečnou hustotou měření na základě rozptylových modelů, modelů transportu znečišťujících látek a statistických modelů využívajících metod shlukové analýzy a vícerozměrné regrese. DU02-2.E1 Stanovení postupu aplikace limitních hodnot znečištění dle 99/30/EC na proces hodnocení kvality ovzduší v ČR. DU02-2.E2 Vytvoření databázových aplikací pro přípravu zpráv o překročení limitních hodnot na stanicích. DU02-2.E3 Vymezení oblasti, kde je dle směrnice 96/62/EC a nového zákona o ovzduší.

The submitted diploma thesis deals with the courier, express and parcel market and the product DPD Intercontinental. The courier, express and parcel market is analyzed in terms of today's state of the market as well as trends of the market changes. Product DPD Intercontinental is examined from many points of views, particularly related to competitive situation on the market. As a result is presented SWOT analysis and on its basis is determined goal for the product in question. The goal should be fulfilled by realization of suggested measures.

Tato práce se snaží pokrýt využití XML technologií v elektronickém podnikání. Popisuje standardy jako cXML, xCBL, UBL a blíže se věnuje konceptu ebXML. Nabízí pohled na dosavadní, minulé a možné budoucí způsoby elektronické komunikace. Pojednává o možnostech XML technologií a moderních trendech komunikace autonomních systémů. Rozebírá přínosy XML technologií v B2B, jejich výhody a možnosti nahrazení starých technologií jako EDI. Zabývá se technologickou stránkou věci i krátce pohledem vývojáře. Stěžejní část je věnována standardům výměny dat a webovým službám, opomenuty nejsou ani pojmy jako XML-RPC, SOAP, WSDL a UDDI. Nechybí porovnání ebXML a webových služeb. Jednou z otázek, na kterou práce odpovídá, je možnost rozšíření nebo nasazení XML technologií v elektronickém zásobování nebo elektronických tržištích a proč stále jsou v těchto oblastech používány technologie EDI.
