Application of unconventional jet technology (LASER/plasma) in machine
Šebela, Pavel ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
The description and characteristic of the material cutting process technology by means of laser and plasma beams. The safety of both technologies. Technical-economic comparison of both material cutting methods. The evaluation of the cutting quality according to ČSN EN ISO 9013 Standard.
Economic analisis production of the process
Rybka, Libor ; Osička, Karel (referee) ; Prokop, Jaroslav (advisor)
The final year thesis presented at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Technical University in Brno deals with economic analysis of the produc-tion process. Cost items are specified in the introduction of this thesis. After that the detailed analysis was made. This part of the diploma work is ended with a pattern example for optimalization of production costs. The second part of the diploma work deals with growth ratio of the productivity and with indica-tors of critical produced volume. In the conclusion of the diploma work there is a comparison of two technological alternatives of the production.
Study use of water jet
Tvarůžek, Martin ; Prokop, Jaroslav (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
The study of the purchase possibilities of one´s own water jet technology is being conducted in the thesis. The study is aimed at providing a conception in concrete numbers to a particular company, which would help it with making decisions about investing funds in investments to the purchase of one´s own equipment for the water jet.
Wire electrical discharge machining
Gvizd, Michal ; Mouralová, Kateřina (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
Bachelor thesis elaborated during the bachelor study discusses the electrical discharge cutting of materials with a wire electrode and its usage in industry. The thesis is divided into two fundamental parts –the theoretical and the experimental one. The theoretical part describes the historical development, explains the basic principle and fundamentals of this unconventional way of machining with the definition of methods using this technology. The thesis is focused on the electrical discharge machining, thus gougers are mentioned only peripherally. Afterwards, the wire electrodes used, main machine parts, cutting conditions and advantages of this technology are analyzed in detail. The experimental part deals with the evaluation of cutting surfaces of the sample components with respect to dimension accuracy, surface quality and describes factors which affect these characteristics. The emphasis is put on the machining of the tool steel. Conclusion discusses the analysis of the assembled measurements, their technological/economical analysis and outlines the direction of development in the possibilities of this unconventional technology of material separation.
Analyssis of conventional technologies for sawing.
Kašpar, Ladislav ; Osička, Karel (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
In this work is a survey of conventional method of cutting of material used on common technological routine processed.Principle, used instruments, which are disposed and described in detail and example of used machines and its basic technical parameters are mentioned in each way of material division. In the end examples of aplications of these methods in production practise and summary of advantages and disadvantages of its use is mentioned.
Technology of production part
Straka, Jiří ; Dvořák, Milan (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
This diploma thesis is developed within my Master’s degree studies, branch mechanical engineering (M21 K), and specialization in M STM. The aim of this thesis is to solve the technology of mechanical production (machining, tooling) for the machine component called ‚shape lid‘. I execute the analysis of this technology from the perspective of the conventional machining process, and alternatively, some of the non conventional machining process, too. Conventional machining process is so far used for manufacturing of this sort of machine’s element. It‘s implying laborious work difficulties, even it’s economically disadvantageous. I suggest a new technology of manufacturing. At first, a semi-finished component could be sized by conventional machining process, and then it could be finished by the CNC (computer numerical control) milling machine. By the non-conventional machining process assume the usage of an electro-erosive machining, plasma machining, or water jet machining.Conventional technology suppose the usage of CNC milling machines. Thereinafter, feasibility aspects of this brand new technology are considered in technical and economical perspective.
Analysis verification monostable moment longitudinal steering linkage
Novotný, Petr ; Osička, Karel (referee) ; Pernikář, Jiří (advisor)
Work smoothing - out evaluation accuracy of measurement monostable moment steering linkage by the help of special machine. Evaluates individual characteristics accuracy, especially uncertainty metering.
Trend development of electrodischarge sinking machines
Čumpl, David ; Prokop, Jaroslav (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
In this work, a principle of Electro Discharge Sinking Technology is described as well as comparison of individual machine producers. Further, description of an electrode production technology is included together with a recommendation of a machine to a middle mechanical engineering company. Last part is dedicate technical and economical analysis on concrete types of machines and adumbration another trends of development.
Analysis of complete method machining
Pavézka, Vladimír ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
This eleborate study is aimed at analysis of complete methods machining. There are characterized particular methods and their effect on the surface´s quality of machined area in this study. Concluding part of the study includes practical demonstration of machining by using cemented carbide-tipped tool and polycrystalline diamond and evaluation of this demonstration.
Technological and economical aspects aplication CNC machining centers
Martiňák, Marek ; Osička, Karel (referee) ; Prokop, Jaroslav (advisor)
The Aim of this diploma thesis has been to analyse the application of the CNC machining centers for the production especially with concentration on accuracy and economical aspect of the machining process. After the study of the literature and making familiar with the production on the CNC machine tool of the type Deco Sigma 20 ( manufacturer, the firm Tornos ) it has been evaluated the technology of the design of the chosen part, its machining accuracy and found out the economical parameters of this machinery for this chosen part as a necessary supposition for securing the correct production in accordance with the requirements of the client. The described process of the technological and economical preparation for the production as well as its checking can be used in future for the proposals of the further similar parts.
