Project of bonnet hinges assembly shop

This thesis deals with the technological project of rear bonnet hinges assembly shop, specifically with desing the layout the of assembly shop in the Edscha Automotive Kamenice s.r.o. company. The thesis shows the basic theory to understanding the problems of assembly workshops. The thesis analyses the present state of the assembly workshop and with reference to the requirements of the company and fundamentals technological projection features three possible solutions. The selected solution becomes the shape of rationalization project. In the end is the variant technical-economic reviewed.

It is the prototype, now. The work is specialized on a technology of precision cutting with a pressure edge, at first. This is use for a technology. The component of this work is needed the literary study, calculating and drawing documentation and technical – economic valuation. This thesis deals with technological project of production of rotating parts, more design layout of the workplace light machining - turning in the company TOS KUŘIM - OS, a.s.. Workplace design is based on both the requirements of company and the principles of technological design. Part of this thesis is the design of three variants of machines arrangement, which are evaluated. Selected of the best option is further elaborated in detail the calculation of capacity, drawing documentation, and economic-technical evaluation.

The aim of the thesis is to elaborate the technological project for non-rotary (plate) parts production based on requirements of TOS KUŘIM – OS, a.s. The literary studies from the area of machining technology and technological designing are in the first part of the thesis. The evaluation of the contemporary state of production and dividing of products into groups is made in the next part. The following part of the thesis is dealing with the design and analysis of designed variants of disposition, choosing the most suitable variant, its optimalization and evaluation by the help of capacitive calculation. The drawing documentation (material flow included) and technoeconomic evaluation is elaborated in the final part of the thesis.
Rationalization project of workplace for Hot-water Heater welding

The aim of the thesis is to rationalize the water heaters welding area in Tatramat company - ohrievače s.r.o. The rationalization consists of three parts. The first part deals with the arrangement of the workplaces, the second part re-evaluates the monthly production planning. The third part describes in detail the production of one type, which based on simulations created in the simulation software Witness, compares the recorded time in company informartion system Orfert to the real production time in the operation. Each individual part offers optimization proposals and merging them into one unit, will create an efficient, transparent and economically value adding rationalization of the water heaters welding area.
Project of grouping for brass bearing separators production

This diploma thesis deals with a project to centralize the production of brass cage bearings in the company ZKL Hanušovice, a.s. The first part is focused on the description of the current production process, which has many disadvatages. From the analysis of these disadvantages we can make suggestions for making the production process more effective. The second part of the thesis focuses on these suggestions for the cetralized production proccess. The best of these suggestions has been elaborated into a technological project including capacity calculation and technical drawings. The final part of the thesis provils a technical-economic evaluation of the project, focusing mainly on the efficiency of investment in new production equipment and its impact on company management.
Solution and proposal of material handling in industrial production

In the practical section is presented the concrete company where we change the method of manipulation transportation. This change is suppported by economical investment return of this capital cost.
Project of automatized system for bending parts production

The aim of this thesis is to solve the problem from the industry, which consists of the design of workplace for bending parts using industrial robots and manipulators, appreciation and mutual comparison of the proposed alternates of solution of the problem, the choice of most of them, and the subsequent development and economic assessment. An integral part of work is also a brief summary of the issue of technology bending parts, automation and technological design.
