Title: Methodic of techniques for selected situations in greco-roman wrestling Objectives: The aim of this bachelor work is a creation of graphic material, which has the form of mind maps, that showcase selected positions occuring in a grecoroman wrestling match. Created mind maps will contain techniques, that might be used during these situations and each of them will be described. This work is created for the purpose of helping advanced wrestlers and their trainers whit their tactical and technical preparation. Methods: The collection of knowledge in this work was carried out by a literature search, which deals with the topic of wrestling, mind maps and tactical and technical preparation. Another resources for the creation of these mind maps and introduction of used techniques, were individual experience of the author and consultation with trainers and members of the czech national greco-roman wrestling team. Title of the bachelor thesis: Training concept for MMA The aim: To create a training concept for MMA beginners. Method: Personal experience has been used to create the concept, which has been gained through personal interaction in many different gyms. The experiences were complemented by the study of foreign and Czech literature, dealing mainly with the training concept. Result: A training concept was designed for beginners in MMA, which takes into account the complexity of the sport and the training of individual areas of combat sports. Furthermore, emphasis is placed on prevention of injuries and on developing proper movement habits and improving individual movement skills. Title: Application and Verification of a Self-defence Program for Patients in a Psychiatric Hospital Objectives: The aim of this thesis is application of a self-defence program, created in a bachelor thesis, during an addiction treatment in Červený Dvůr, a psychiatric hospital. The thesis surveys the suitability of the educational program during addiction treatment, verification of acquired motoric skills and its possible integration in patients' free time, recommendation of the exercise to friends, and last but not least it surveys a possible interest in the program in other psychiatric hospitals. Methods: There are several methods used in the thesis. Content analysis is used for working with literature, interview is used in the conversation held with the department head and the custodian. Observation is used for watching the participants doing the exercise. Comparing is used for evaluation of the final outputs. Opinion poll is used for finding the asset of the educational program. Basic statistic methods are used for evaluating the answers in the opinion polls. Results: The suitability of the program was confirmed by two department heads in two psychiatric hospitals which are focused on addiction treatment. Didactic concept of fall technique in PE

Title: The concept of teaching judo fall technique Goals: The aim of the work is to explain in detail the fall technique. The main goal is to create a training program and describe the gradual steps to learn the fall technique. Methods: In this work, we used the method of data collection and analysis of available materials regarding judo, fall technique and combat in education. Then we compared the occurrence of combat in the school curriculum. Subsequently, we modeled an ideal training program for learning fall technique. Results: We have found that the control of fall technique is very beneficial for life and important from both a preventive and conditioning point of view. At the same time, we found that fall technique almost does not appear at all in school educational programs. And based on that, we have created an ideal training program during which these techniques can be easily learned in physical education classes. Development of mixed martial arts in Czech Republic

Name: Development of mixed martial arts in Czech republic Objectives: The purpose of this thesis is to analyze wide public audience in the Czech Republic and its awarenessof martial arts and sports in general. The thesis will be mainly focused on martial art called MMA. Finding general information about the clubs involved in MMA in the Czech Republic , for example: How long they work, how many members they like. In theoretical part deals with the history and development of combative martial arts , both in the Czech Republic and abroad. The research , part two analyzes conducted polls. Methods Quantitative research, Method questionnaire survey. Results The survey showed that the general public people in the Czech Republic has a relatively high knowledge of martial arts and MMA . In the second survey questioned MMA clubs shows that most MMA clubs operating in the Czech Republic for more than 10 years , have more than 100 members , aged 21-45let . Testing and development of the condition in Allkampf-jitsu

Title: Effect of training on the development condition in Allkampf-jitsu. Objectives: The main objective is to design and evaluate a training program teaching selected techniques in Allkampf-jitsu, which would have a selected group for a period of time to increase the level of physical fitness. Methods: The experiment was carried out by direct and participant observation of two test groups (each group consisted of approximately 15 subjects studied). It was used method of testing and measurement. In this work it was found using the test method level motor ability and motor skills. To determine the physical fitness tests were used selected from the test battery SPFT (Specific Physical Fitness Test). Results: The aim of this work was to design and evaluate a training program for advanced in Allkampf-jitsu, which should at selected experimental group for a period of time to increase physical fitness. The level of physical fitness is verified using the test battery SPFT. For statistically significant (significant) result was considered such a result, when the p value was less than 0.05 (5% probability). Title: A FOUNDATION PLAN OF KARATE SPORT CLUB Aims: The aim is to explain how to establish a karate sport club in new terms of foundation of associations. Another goal is the application of the theoretical knowledges to a chosen karate club Red Dragon Team (RDT) and to design options how to improve its functioning. Methods: Based on expert literature and texts research, a study has been produced which describes basic terms and ways of analysis execution. The SWOT analysis of the current state of the inner and outer environment of the RDT sports clubwas used in the second section of this document. Results: The work provides comprehensive guide describing the particular steps for founding of a new association in practice. The work is proposing a solution based on the SWOT analysis to eliminate possible deficiencies and how to better use the potential of the club RDT. Endurance and strength - speed determinants of kickboxing performance

Title: Endurance and strength-speed determinants of kickboxing performance Objectives: The aim of the work is based on current scientific knowledge to define some of the conditioning determinants influencing sports performance in kickboxing and thus determine the profile of the elite kickboxer. Methods: A systematic literature search was conducted using the Google Scholar, ScienceDirekt, Web of Science and ResearchGate databases. The work included studies and literature in the field of general sports training and martial arts, especially kickboxing, which evaluated the somatic and conditioning factors of sports performance. Results: A total of 37 studies dealing with the above-mentioned issues in kickboxing or similar combat sports were used. Based on the literature search, somatic factors, endurance, force and speed factors were defined and described. The average amount of body fat of kickboxers was found (8.1-12.4 %), as well as the fact that kickboxers have predominantly mesomorphic features of the somatotype. VO2max of elite kickboxers is in the range of 47.65-62.7 ml∙kg-1 ∙min-1 and anaerobic capacity in the range of 6.1-10 W∙kg-1 for lower limbs and 3.6-6.1 W∙kg-1 for upper limbs. Common boxing injuries

Title: Common boxing injuries Objectives: Description of the causes of injuries and summarize the common frequent injury in training and matches of amateur and professional boxing. Methods: In this work was used the scientific method of the questionnaire and subsequent evaluation of analytical and synthetic data. Data analysis method was used in the theoretical part, which analyzed the literature and empirical part where the points were analyzed questionnaire, based on the graphical representation. Synthetic method was used to compare different points of the questionnaire and discussion work.In the study subjects are evaluated frequency of injuries in boxing, the causes of injuries and recovery time. Results: Through a questionnaire survey it was found that most frequently injury takes place a injury of the facial part of boxer's head. It was found 57% of all injuries in boxing in the facial part and it is a minor abrasions or bruises that do not affect the athlete's performance. Keywords: box, injury, joint, contest
