Flight performance of competition RC airplane
Majtán-Černák, Tomáš ; Zikmund, Pavel (referee) ; Hájek, Tomáš (advisor)
This Bachelor thesis is dealing with designing procedures for measuring flight performances of aircraft model, built according to Air Cargo Challenge 2015 competition regulations. Firstly, the competition is introduced, together with its requirements and regulations. Then, aircraft with its basic design parameters is presented. As a basis for designing flight test, thesis includes introduction of theory on this matter. Finally, Bachelor thesis contains measurement methodology itself as well as evaluation of the results.
Structural design of fuselage and tail for racing model
Skála, Adam ; Hájek, Tomáš (referee) ; Pejchar, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis surveys fuselage and empennage improvement of an already existing competition aircraft FabricK. Firstly, the introductory part explains the Air Cargo Challenge contest and describes the model. A research then presents possible empennage designs, which is followed by a brief overview of production F3B aircraft. The practical part of thesis introduces construction project of the empennage and the fuselage as well as a weight distribution analysis. Finally, the concluding part will evaluate the imporvement.
Competition aircraft F1A wing design
Jurina, Marek ; Pejchar, Jan (referee) ; Hájek, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis deals with wing design of competition category glider F1A. Flight modes are analyzed. The following part deals with aerodynamic design of wing with the use of XFLR5 software. Maximum load is defined and its distribution along wing span. Thesis also include design of internal layout with the selection of materials. Stress analysis is executed by analytic method.
Flying drones rescue systems
Hájek, Tomáš ; Janhuba, Luboš (referee) ; Pejchar, Jan (advisor)
This paper addresses the issue of security and integration of UAVs in air traffic operations and analyses possible risks. This work defines methodology to demonstrate airworthiness of the parachute recovery system under extreme climatic conditions. The first part of the methodology deals with the compliance performance requirements in external environment and the second part verifies performance parachute canopy. Methodology developed herein is subsequently verified by practical tests on parachute recovery system Galaxy GBS 10.
Applying Financial Analysis at a Company
Ingr, Michal ; Hájek, Tomáš (referee) ; Konečný, Miloš (advisor)
Master‘s thesis deals with the use of financial analysis in business. The main task is to assess comprehensively the level of the current financial situation and its causes, to evaluate the prospects of financial situation in the future, to prepare improving the economic situation of the enterprise, to ensure further prosperity of the enterprise, to prepare and improve decision-making processes. The creation of this thesis is required with the documents as the balance sheet, profit and loss statements , general ledger and other documents.
Tilt sensors
Hájek, Tomáš ; Caha, Luděk (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
The topic of the Bachelor's thesis are MEMS sensors of inclination, which find their use inside integrated circuits, equipment of aerospace and automobile industry, but also in ordinary electrical appliance. The work serves the reader to build a grasp over production, usage, basic principles. Finally, it offers an overview of sensors to ease the orientation on the market. The design of the physical model, which can be used to prevent the sensor from apperance of mathematical errors, is tested in the practical part.
Influence of shading on I-V characteristics of photovoltaic modules
Hájek, Tomáš ; Vaněk, Jiří (referee) ; Křivík, Petr (advisor)
The presented thesis is concerned with the principles of Photovoltaics. It describes the basic principles of photovoltaic panels functioning and the unique periods of their developement. The thesis is also focused on the theoretical knowledge of equivalent circuits of photovoltaic panels. The primary objective of the thesis is a project of simulation environment in the programme Agilent VEE Pro 8.0. The programme enables a simulation of I-U characteristics of real photovoltaic panels.
