Annotation: Thish work deals with the models of church unity, as they were de- fined and developed during modern ecumenical movement throughout the 20th century. It describes three basic models -the cooperative-federal model, the or- ganic union, and the model of mutual recognition - and centers around the last one. Some known realizations of the mutual recognition model are presented and discussed (Leuenberg Agreement, Porvoo Common Statement, Meissen Common Statement), together with the ecumenical position of the Roman Catholic Church. Patristical Ideas in the Works of Matthias of Janov

ANGLICKÁ ANOTACE Title: Patristical ideas in the works of Matthias of Janov The thesis treats of the identification of ideas of church fathers in the work and thinking of Matthias of Janov. The thesis consits of three main parts. First part deals with Matthias of Janov in broader context of church tradition. Major political and theological developments that could have an impact on Matthias theological work are presented in this section. Second part introduces life of Matthias of Janov and identifies his major theological contributions. In the third part of the thesis, following explanation of methodology used, the findings of the author are presented. Three areas were selected by the author and researched in view of the identification of possible influance of church fathers in the Matthias of Janov work: the idea of Antichrist, frequent eucharisty and condemnation of idolatry. The findings confirm a strong influance of Augustin and Hieronymus in particular and other early church fathers on the formation of the theology of Matthias of Janov in all three areas of the study. This period is divided into four or five year sections and describes minor and major events, which were recorder by chroniclers and historians. These events involve religious life, politics, city development, economy and social and cultural life. Local cult of the Saints in the Hradec Králové diocese

Title: Local cult of the saints in the Hradec Králové diocese The Thesis undertakes the task to inform about the lives of patron saints of Hradec Kralove diocese - St. Clement of Rome, St. John the Nepomucene and St. Adalbert, together with St. Anna, the patron saint of Orlické Mountains, and St Lawrence, the patron saint of the Krkonoše. The paper deals with these saints according to their promulgation of being a patron saint of the diocese from the most antique one to the most recent one. The Thesis deals with the saints' lives, legends and other areas of interest concerning these patron saints, in particular in their relationship to the Hradec Kralove diocese. The Thesis evaluates the impact of mentioned patron saints upon the diocese in the times of their promulgation, studies the circumstances of their promulgation and searches for the impact of the cult of the saints upon the church buildings and other works of art in the diocese. The Thesis does not overlook the the devotion to these saints of the believiers in the territory of Hradec Kralove diocese and tracks the pilgrim festivals from the beginnings of the patrocinium celebration to the present times.
Collegiality of the episcopacy in service of the unity of the Church

KAVALÍR Pavel: Collegiality of the Episcopacy on Service of the Unity of the Church: Catholic Theological Faculty, Charles University, Prague, 2009, 92 pp. Graduation (Diploma) Thesis. This thesis deals with one of important qualities of the Episcopacy of Roman-Catholic Church - collegiality, definition of which we can find in ecclesiological reflections of II Vatican Council, especially in the constitution Lumen Gentium. Using both the historical-critical method and the method recommended by II Vatican Council, the author wants to analyse statements of the Scripture, sacred tradition and Magisterium related to the topic and to consider it in context of time and especially in the light of the last councils and in the perspective of post-council development. The aim of this thesis is to point out that collegiality of the Catholic Episcopacy is a necessary and important element of the universal church and an instrument of unity, independent on period, in connection with the Bishop of Rome. The plan of reforming the parish system in the Diocese of Hradec Králové

Title: THE PLAN OF REFORM THE PARISH SYSTEM IN DIOCESE HRADEC KRÁLOVÉ Abstract: The thesis deals with a problematic reform of parishes in Hradec Králové diocese. On historical, geographical and social aspect the thesis introduces into situation which governs in this diocese because it does not contain from a homogenous region but from several regions with different religiosity and state of parishes. Many parishes did not conform with a canon law definition, were not adequate community, suffered with lack of faithful and financial resources, and were long time without their own priest. For that reason has arisen a plan to reform the parish system, which base on gathering of smaller an noviable parishes into root parishes. Unlike Pilsen diocese, where parishes gathering already passed, is gathering in Hradec Králové many year process, which specificity and history the author tries to describe in general matter, as well as describe it in specific example in Jičín vicarage. In conclusion of the thesis are asked questions and found responses after the reform, hopes and possible steps, which will the parishes gathering supplement and strengthen the parish role such as the full-value community. PSEUDO-RELIGIOUS ELEMENTS IN DICTATORSHIP SYSTEMS. EXAMPLE OF TURKMENISTAN Bachleor dissertation The objective of the dissertation in catholic fundamental theology is to provide an empirically supported theological analysis of elements reminding religion and its acts in official actions of modern dictatorship systems. The paper is supported by the authority of expert works at modern dictatorships, the philosophers Hannah Arendt, Eric Voegelin, Raymond Aron and the politologist Hans Maier. It provides a summary of substantial elements in the dictatorship of French Revolution and in atheistic totalitarian régimes of bolshevism, fascism and nazism. In part, the paper makes efforts to extend the matter from positions of theology of evidence. Based on tomistic concept of religion, it characterizes pseudo-religious elements as practices of sourcing external forms from religious acts in the secular dimension, however without their intrinsic content. The paper sees their possible roots in cultural heritage, in limitations of adequate human resources for expression of the highest values and in abusing such acts as effective tools of human manipulation. Priest as an administrator of the Divine secrets (the three tasks of a priest) The objective of this thesis is to specify the tasks of priests according to the 2nd Vatican Council, particularly according to the decree on the ministry and life of priests Presbyterorum ordinis, articles 4 - 6 about the three tasks of priests i. d. to teach, to sanctify and to guide. The author deals at first with the theology of priesthood from the point of view of the New Testament and then he is concerned with the theology of priesthood at the 2nd Vatican Council, the common priesthood and the sacerdotal ministry that is represented in many spheres of the public life. The main par of the thesis contains three chapters, each of which is devoted to one of the tasks of a priest. The thesis aimis to point out the three sacerdotal tasks that are complementary to each other, that create unity and make a link between bishop and priests in their work for the salvation of all people. The focal point of this work is the relation of the human nature and the supernature. Everyone carries in his self a natural desire for something exceeding his natural possibilities. This opennes of nature is a condition for a new initiative of God when the man is invited to see God face to face. This aim, as well as the means for its achievement, have supernatural character. Only in him the human spirit may reach the real satisfaction of the natural desire.
