Business plan of the Mothers center Chomutov

The main aim of my diploma paper is elaboration of strategic concept for needs of the new rising mother 's center. The mother's center Chomutov start up in March 2006 as a non profit organization. In first part of my diploma paper I target the family and its function in community. Most of my attention belongs to children. In next part of my DP I describe development of non profit sector in the Czech Republic and its actual problems and needs. Next part of my DP is the chapter about strategic planning in non profit sector. The fundamental part of my DP creates the strategic analysis of the mother's center Chomutov, which I classify into the analysis of the surroundings, the analysis of the competition and the analysis of the inward sources of the organization. The practical part of my DP creates business plan of the mother's center Chomutov, which consists of these parts: purpose and description of the organization, marketing plan, management plan, operating plan, financial plan and legal plan. Optimization of personal costs in context with the optimization of personel procuration at the change of an entrepreneur of a dialysis centre

The submitted theses deals with a process of optimization of personal costs connected with a change of an entrepreneur of a dialysis centre. Specifically it deals with creation of a proposal and an accomplishment of changes which relate directly with the said proposal and which will be introduced into practice. The first theoretical part deals with a concept of strategic planning, from which management of human resources arises and which defines a theroretical frame of human resources management in the organization. Next part describes the initial state at the change of an entrepreneur of a dialysis centre and analysis of personel procuration that is needed for the dialysis centre operation. The outcome of this work is a proposal on an optimization of an organization of a schedule of patients'shifts and saving of personal costs resulting from this. Risks of narrow professional specialization in medics work

The topic of this diploma thesis is the education of healthcare personnel, more specifically, the deepening of vocational qualification of radiology assistants. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part is an overview of theoretical knowledge which is essential for understanding the issue. It is divided into several sections which describe the system of undergraduate and postgraduate education of radiology assistants and the legislation related to the profession. The first part also describes personal development planning and career planning for employees, systematization of work positions in the organization, management and risk prevention in organization's personnel department. The theoretical part is followed by the practical part. The thesis is a case study dealing with a selected group of healthcare personnel. A qualitative research was chosen to clarify the context, interviews with the selected group of respondents served as the source of data. The group of respondents consists of management and radiology assistants from specific organization. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether radiology assistants perceive their narrow specialization as an advantage or disadvantage and how management of the organization which employs them deals with this topic.
