Social perception of Game Management with emphasis on social group dealing with ornithology

This bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of the stand of ornithological comunity on game management under the terms of problematical relationships between these two groups. Its goal is to chart the concrete fields of arguments within the legislation, as well as game management´s beneficial effects and moral aspects. Another pursuit is also to sketch the realization of possible cooperation. Using questionnaire, which was sent to members of Czech Society for Ornithology and its regional subdivisions, the respondents answered 20 questions and these results were statistically evaluated. The results show, that game management itself is perceived slightly differently compared with perception of individual hunters. The game management is evaluated more as salutary, whereas the hunters evoke rather negative feelings among respondents. It can be caused by subjective experiences, which influence the way the respondents see the whole game management society. Legislation seems to be the often repeated problem, to be concrete its breaking for example by illegal hunting or insufficient demands for to get a hunting and a gun licence. Ornithologists would also welcome changes regarding the list of the game animals. Problem is also the insufficient knowledge of hunters in the field of ornithology and ekology, which could be solved by tightening the conditions for the hunting and the gun licence. From the proposals, which were laid in the questionnairy and which are dealing with improving of the mutual relations, the respondents voted mainly discussion - collective, regular, at the expert level, where could be possible to solve actual issues relating game management, as well as ornithology.
Valuation of startup companies

This thesis is dedicated to theoretical solutions and practical application of valuation methods used for evaluation of young startup companies. The aim of this work is to provide readers with theoretical introduction into the startup scene, conceivable valuation approaches and their practical application on the startup followed by drawing conclusions and recommendations. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part deals with the theoretical foundations of startups, the analysis of the Czech startup scene and possible arguments for valuing startups. The thesis discusses the specific characteristics of startups and their impact on the valuation process. The theoretical part is concluded by an analysis of the theoretical methods for the startup value estimation. In the practical section, selected valuation methods are applied on a particular startup company operating in the Czech Republic. Finally, the practical part summarizes the problems and specifics that arise during the valuation process followed by recommendations for valuation practice.
Practical application of prediction models

This bachelor thesis is focusing on problems when deciding right business partner based on usage of prediction models, namely Springate's and Altman's models, Neumaiers' indices and Taffler index. The goal is to propose a system that will help with selecting a suitable accounting and tax service provider. The thesis is consisted of two parts. Firstly every model is introduced with its methodology. The second part will be testing of a proposed system on selected accounting and tax providers.
Credibility and bankruptcy models in practice

This bachelor thesis deals with the following bankruptcy and credibility models: index IN05, Edmister model, Fulmer H-score and Altman Z-score. The aim is to find a model that has the best predicative ability for SMEs. Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part each model, its characteristics and method of calculation will be introduced. In the practical part the selected bankruptcy and credibility models will be applied on a sample of 20 bankrupt SMEs in Czech Republic.
Valuation of company Autocentrum Olomouc s.r.o.

The focus of this master thesis is to estimate the fair value of the company Autocentrum Olomouc s.r.o., new and used cars dealership, using revenue method DCF Entity. After short introduction, strategic analysis is elaborated to assess revenue potential of the company and to estimate its future market share and future revenues. Conclusions made in strategic and financial analysis, which takes place to assess financial health, will help to verify going concern necessary for choosing revenues based valuation methods. Creating of the value generators follows, what leads to preparing of the financial plan for the following years. From these plans, it will be able to calculate free cash flow, which is needed for the valuation using DCF Entity method. Final value of the company is estimated from previous analysis at the end of the thesis.
Financial analysis of company Čedok, a.s.

The purpose of this thesis is to perform a financial analysis and evaluate the financial situation of the company Čedok, a.s. The thesis is divided into two parts, methodical and practical. The methodical part contains particular indicators and techniques used in the practical part to make a complete reflection of the financial situation in the company. The company is persued for the last three financial years (from 2010 to 2012). The source of information are annual reports of the company. This thesis also contains a complement deals with intercompany comparison of selected indicators with its competitor, EXIM Tours, a.s. The end of thesis includes a complete evaluation of results achieved from practical part, suggestions and recommendation to improve the financial situation in the company.

This bachelor thesis discusses about an issue of the financial analysis of the company Hamico, s.r.o. in the period 2010 -- 2013. The thesis consists of two parts, the theoretical and the practical. In theoretical part, there are the meaning and purpose of the financial analysis described and chosen indicators and methods, that will be subsequently used, are defined and analyzed. In the practical part, there is in the first place the introduction of the company and then, there will be the financial analysis by using the indicators and methods described in the theoretical part.

The objective of the thesis is to demonstrate the use of valuation methods as a support for managerial decisions of enterprise liquidation. The thesis includes traditional parts of valuations such as strategic and financial analysis, value drivers analysis, which allow us to confirm or disprove going concern assumption and future liquidation. Finally, we will use valuation methods to determine the optimal timing of enterprise liquidation or possibility of business remediation.

The aim of my thesis is to estimate market value of the company PRAGOPROJEKT, a.s. on the date 1st January, 2010. The work is divided in 5 main parts. The first part begins with an overview of basic information about the company. After that strategic analysis and financial analysis have been done. Strategic analysis defines relevant market and gives the company forecast of the sales. Financial analysis verifies the financial health of companies valued and reveals their financial risks alternatively. In the third part generators of value have been analysed and predicted. On the basis of the generators of value the complete financial plan has been set up. Finally, the DCF valuation methods Equity and the market comparison have been implemented.
