This Bachelor thesis processes construction-technological procedure of selected technological stages of rough upper construction of a production hall belonging to SCHOTT ČR, s.r.o. in Lanškroun. This is the extension of the single-storey hall intended for industrial production. The subject is the processing the procedure of assembly of the assembled ferroconcrete skeleton and cladding by facade panels Kingspan including the load-bearing structure of the surface.The work includes the individual design of the facade, a technical report, technological regulations of the selected stages of the construction, the organization plan and site facilities including drawings, budget and timetable, inspection and test plans, draft report, and also the machinery safety and health protection at work. An additional part of the solution is the issue of the oversized transport, including solutions to the critical points of the route.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is a technological study focused on the modernization of a family house. Work is prepared on the basis of the project documentation. The family house is located in the city of Havířov , in the quarter Životice.The house is used for pernament housing a family of four. Its appearance fits in with local development.This building has two aboveground floors, this is wooden supporting structure with an attic. The time-schedule of the reconstruction, budget, machine deployment, technological regulations of selected construction processes, safety at work, inspection and test plan will be processed for this study.

This bachelor's thesis aims to clearly describe the building technology stage of gross superstructure hall Vienna Point 3 within the modernization of the entire premises of the company. The content of this bachelor thesis is to address supply parts for assembly and its transport from the processing plant to the designate place of hall Vienna Point 3. Furthermore, the equipment of construction zone, efficient technologies, quality control of work, schedule of work and the construction budget. My aim was to design a progress of work in order to take maximum advantage of the steel skeleton, especially the speed of construction.

The specific solution depends on an appropriate choice of the workflow for the erection of steel structure, which will be an ideal cost and time involved. Workflow largely affect the mechanical assembly, wider transport links and site equipment.

Administrative building Brno Hlinky, implementation of facade and roof cladding

The subject of this Bachelor thesis is offering solution of technological steps roofing and cladding of an office building in Brno, Hlinky. It is a two storey building, partial basement, the overall module dimensions 9.4 x 37.5 m. Main supporting skeleton consists of roof trusses and ceiling beams that are attached to poles. The roof is purlin, load-bearing layer is trapezoidal sheet, which is on the top flange purlins. The walls are self-supporting, walled. Roof cladding is insulated with layer of polystyrene, the main waterproofing layer is mPVC film. Most of the cladding is designed as external thermal insulation composite systems with ceramic tiles, part of the facade on the west side of the building is made up of wood paneling with an air gap.

Project contains technological prescriptions of drilled piles, groundwork and lime stabilisation. Another parts are inspection and testing plans, situation of building with wide detentions of transport routes, bill of quantities, schedule of work, catalog of mechanization, safety during work and organization of construction.

This bachelor's thesis deals with solution of gross substructure a department store in Mladá Boleslav. In this thesis is solved a technological specification for implementation of earthworks and implementation of foundations and vertical supporting constructions of gross substructure. More specifically deals with traffic situation around building, time schedule of works, proposal of machine assemblies, ensuring qualitative requirements, safety at work and budget. This thesis is very interesting about solution of construction organization, because this construction is in the middle of housing estate. The basis for this thesis was a drawing documentation for realization of this construction.
