The work is focused on introduction of new technology to the company engaged in dyeing and finishing of textile materials. The aim is to determine whether the investment will be beneficial for the company. Therefore it is necessary to learn about functioning of the company, with market, that is about to enter, with the reasons for choosing of the specific technology, way of financing, but also with technology itself. Subsequently it is needed to determine whether the investment will be effective or not.

In this bachelor thesis I will deal with managing the contract through production. I chose a particular company for this theme, where I drew materials from and then processed the procedure of the contract implementation. Further I focused on the analysis of the current business situation and on my own proposal of resolutions in my work. I applied these proposals and consequently consider their benefits.

The thesis titled Risk analysis in a manufacturing company aims to analyze risks. The first part contains theoretical bases, which are important for practical application. These are mainly in using methods of risk analysis, classification and risk reduction options. The second part focuses on the identification of risk itself. After assessing the risks there will be assessed their impact. The last part will introduce measures that will lead to the elimination of the risk or to eliminate them completely. This thesis presents a comprehensive analysis of the risks that could serve as a basis for future management decisions in risk management.

Analysis and Optimization of Contract Flow in the Company

The aim of the thesis is to describe and analyze the passage contract now at ABB s.r.o. and propose solutions that will lead to the optimization of the production system. The first part focuses on the theoretical aspects are important for understanding the basic principles. The second part of the analysis is completed passage of the contract now. The following sections are submitted its own proposals for solutions that will lead to more efficient processes and evaluate the design itself.

This thesis focuses in production business and its management. Theses propose and describe a manufacturing process for particular product. Production process is based on an analysis of final product. Production is scheduled in process form, so it includes process maps of production stages. Simultaneously with the planning, it also determines human needs for production, and calculation of its economics. Thesis also deals with the issue of product quality and suggests way to ensure quality in production.

The diploma thesis deals with using discrete event simulation as a tool for supporting decision-making process in the company with usage of simulation software Plant Simulation. This work briefly introduces business process modeling and simulation problems. In the diploma thesis there two varieties two varieties of supplying parts, compared with each other in a process view and there is a particular proposal solution, including the economical evaluation.

Tato diplomová práce pojednává o obchodním plánu a jeho konkrétním návrhu na vytvoření nové společnosti Kolumbus Tour Ltd. Jedná se o cestovní kancelář, která bude nabízet ekologické tour do národních parků v Kolumbii. Návrh obchodního plánu je založen na teoretických základech a dále rozvinut a podpořen důkladnou analýzou trhu a výzkumem, který byl za tímto účelem uskutečněn.
