Analysis of essences in some plant materials

The peppermint (Mentha piperita) and the levander (Lavandula angustifolia) are the aromatic herbs with the healing and spices effects. Their essencial oils serve to production of the aromatic substances, they are used in the cosmetic and the food industry. In this thesis were analyzed substances which are contained in levander and peppermint oils. These oils were extracted through the destillation with the water steam, next they were analyzed by the gas chromatograph and the mass spectrometer. The aim of the thesis was found which substances contain these oils. In the levander oils were proofed the highest amounts of the cineole, linalool and the linalyl-acetate. In the peppermint oils were proofed the highest amounts of the menthon and the menthol.

Analysi breeding condition in broiler chickens taking into account the microclimatic condition in controlled mode.

This thesis is focused on the assessment of production of broiler chickens te. hybrids ROSS and COBB 308 500, in connection with the microclimate conditions in the period from 2011 to 2014. The survey provides calculation of average lengths of broiler fattening, live weight of broiler chickens at the end of the batch, consumption of complete feed mixture for 1 kg of live weight gain, the effectiveness index of fattening, mortality to reproductive breeding age on. The juxtaposition of these zootechnical parameters will be obtained from the company Tagrea s.r.o. with operations in Čekanice near Tabor.

Vliv aplikace kompostu na fyzikalní, chemické a mikrobiologické vlastnosti degradované půdy

The influence of the application of compost on the physical, chemical and microbiological qualities of degraded soil This diploma thesis is aimed at the influence of compost on the physical, chemical and microbiological qualities of degraded soils. The principal aim of the thesis is to answer the question whether the amelioration of the soil fertility after the application of compost could be attributed only to the changes of physical and chemical qualities of soil, or to the increase of soil microbial activity, or to the combination of both these possibilities. For answering the question, soil degraded by long-term application of mineral fertilizers was chosen and laboratory experiment was designed. The soil comes from the locality Březová nad Svitavou. The following parameters were monitored in the experiment: dry basis of the plant, leakage of ammonium and nitrate ions, physical parameters of soil, mycorrhiza, root exudate and their influence on microbial respiration. The obtained results prove that the application of compost improves soil fertility, especially thanks to the changes of physical and chemical parameters of soil.

Quantifying the production of feces - excrement selected deer herds in accordance with special regulations.

The work is focused on the production of deer droppings, black, fallow deer and mouflon. For this reason, the aim of this work is to determine the content of selected elements and findings of spring tribal condition of the game in the Highlands and the total amount of excreted droppings. According to collected information it can be concluded that a standard condition of deer causes no environmental pollution. In contrast, when there is an overpopulation of deer it can cause a negative impact on the environment and pollution of groundwater.

Application of BI in system for skill increasing

This Diploma thesis deals with the analysis and proposal of the pilot BI solution for the company Svoboda & Partner CZ s.r.o., engaged in the automechanic expertise. Fundamental objectives of this work focus particularly on the above mentioned pilot BI solutions and partial objectives deal with an analysis of the company and its needs, arising from business strategy and market analysis applications available to support the visualization of transaction reporting. These objectives have been achieved by analyzing the company's business model in chapter seven, further analysis of needs and problems within the company in chapter eight. Before the analysis, the diploma thesis deals with a survey of available applications that offer functionality of dynamically generated graphs to aid visualization of transaction reporting in chapter six and finally a major analysis and preparation of pilot BI and transaction reporting for this business which you can find from chapter 9 to chapter eleven. Contribution of this work for the company will be a complete analysis and delivery of all necessary documents in order to decide whether the above BI solutions to the company implement or not. In the case of a positive decision of the company, it is expected that thanks to BI solutions the ways of looking at corporate data can be more expanded, more precise and more operational management of the company, achieving better performance, higher profits and more efficient decision-making based on better data for decision making.
