Fourlegged racer robot design
Barcaj, Adam ; Marada, Tomáš (referee) ; Věchet, Stanislav (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the main components of the BIOLOID kit, the development environment RoboPlus and subsequent construction of a fourlegged robot. The aim was to construct and vitalize a fourlegged robot, that would explore the potential not only of the kit as such, but also of the development environment that has been created for this kit, and thereby verify applicability of the individual components and the development environment in the robotic football RoboCup.
Design of control board for autonomous mobile robot.
Mašek, Petr ; Marada, Tomáš (referee) ; Věchet, Stanislav (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with design and realization of the control board, that enables the control of an autonomous mobile robot. Simultaneously it deals with possible control alternatives of the similar robots concerning the construction. The outcome of this thesis is the control board, that communicates with the computer via the Bluetooth technology. The position of the robot is controlled via two differential drives and few infrared sensors are used to collision avoidance. The board is composed of standard parts available.
The design of automatic winding machine feeder
Gašperec, Michal ; Věchet, Stanislav (referee) ; Krejsa, Jiří (advisor)
Abstrakt. The subject of this Bachelor’s Thesis is automation of the gaskets production process in the workshop of Leader Gasket of Slovakia, s.r.o. The objective is to design inner rings feeder for semi-automatic winding machine. This will upgrade the semi-automatic winding machine, required operator to load inner ring, to automatic winding machine. The final product should make the process fully automatic and simpler with minimum requirements for operator actions. The Bachelor’s Thesis provides the analysis of input parameters required by existing production process. The next part is the design of the movement mechanism by accepting the optimal selection of the movers and 3D modeling by using Solid Works software. The last part describes the control logic of the feeding mechanism, selection of proper pneumatic and electronic control components and their integration with the existing equipment, automatic winding machine, which the feeding mechanism will be part of. The output of the Bachelor’s Thesis is the design of real feeding mechanism, which fulfills all required performance criterions and is ready to be build.
Magnesium Alloys and their Applications in the Bicycle Industry
Hrouda, Vladimír ; Věchet, Stanislav (referee) ; Němec, Karel (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis summarizes the basic information on magnesium and its alloys. It describes the mechanical, physical and chemical properties. It informs of classification allyos and chemical processing. It informs of comparison magnesium and other materials and of thein use in bicycle industry.
Design of humanoid racing robot
Zajíc, Jiří ; Marada, Tomáš (referee) ; Věchet, Stanislav (advisor)
Thesis deals with the selection and preparation of robot for competition RoboCup HumaoidLeague. As a basis for robot is used Robotis Bioloid Kit. The kit is extended with a new control unit Roboard-100, rotation and acceleration sensor, a webcam, and Li-Pol batteries. Furthermore, it examined communications between servo drives and designed signal converter from the USB to Dynamixel bus. Its functionality is then tested on the basic control programs.
GPS data usability in mobile robot navigation problem
Novák, Pavel ; Věchet, Stanislav (referee) ; Krejsa, Jiří (advisor)
This work is focused on problems of the GPS/DGPS receiver precision used by mobile robot for navigation in outdoor environment. The first part deals with theoretical analysis of GPS, description of it´s functions, errors and their influence on measurements accuracy. Second part deals with practical measurements performed at two locations with different types of obstacles restricting the view to the sky and using the refining methods of measuring the DGPS or so-called differential GPS. The last part of study presents the measured results and its analysis.
Implementation of robotized workplace in to the production
Ciprys, Michal ; Věchet, Stanislav (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
This work solve the problem introduction robotized workplace to the production. Imposition is acquaintance with robotic manipulator, manners programming robotic manipulator and his full setting to the production.
Mobile device for acceleration measurement.
Jurníček, Jakub ; Marada, Tomáš (referee) ; Věchet, Stanislav (advisor)
Presented bachelor thesis deals with acceleration measurement and visualization. The acceleration is measured via two sensors perpendicular to each other. The measured acceleration value is displayed in real time, moreover the actual value is stored for furthe offline processing on PC. The ADXL320 module acts as a main sensor and two LED screens displays the actual value. The recorded data are transferred to permanent memory EEPROM. The entire device is operated by Atmel ATmega8 microprocessing unit which is connected to PC by common RS232 serial line. Further in the thesis there's presented suggestion of the final solution of the problem.
Design of active beacons for indoor navigation
Růžička, Michal ; Marada, Tomáš (referee) ; Věchet, Stanislav (advisor)
This thesis deals with design of navigation system for autonomic mobile robots, which is based on the infrared light. Especialy by designing beacons, which are landmarks in environment. Landmarks help robot with orientation and knowing himself absolute position.
Autonomous mobile robot design and realization
Vrátil, Šimon ; Věchet, Stanislav (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis discusses about the design and manufacture of a functional under carriage for an automon robot. Analysed are several solution options, with their pros and cons and avaliable manufacturing proceses. Selected is the most viable and realistic solution. The thesis covers individual components and the resulting outcome of a functioning model.
