System Log Analysis for Anomaly Detection Using Machine Learning
Najpresnejší výkon podali modely Klasifikátor rozhodovacích stromov, Jednotriedny podporný vektorový stroj a model Hierarchické zoskupovanie, ktoré správne označili 93,95%, 85,66% a 85,3% anomálií v uvedenom poradí.
Mathematical Analysis of Captured Network Traffic
Soós, Tibor ; Koutný, Martin (referee) ; Hošek, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis is considering with network traffic analysis and prediction of real networks default services. The first part of this paper is containing the theoretical explanation of the mathematical model’s needs. These models are mainly used as a part of simulation algorithms which are describing the processes of network traffic simulations. The second part is describing the process how to apply the models to mathematically analyze the captured traffic. The capture is including all kind of packet types which can appear on the real network. At the last part of the thesis is described the detailed design of the prediction algorithm’s which are developed in programing language of Matlab® Mathworks®.
Measuring of data communication parameters in computer networks
Šeda, Pavel ; Hošek, Jiří (referee) ; Skořepa, Michal (advisor)
Master‘s thesis is focused on basic characteristics of data transmissions in computer networks. In forepart I digestedly described basic characteristics computer networks, metods of their measurement and valuation. Computer networks type LAN as well as wireless computer networks Wifi, are mentioned. In second part I realized my own proposition of basic characteristics measurement. This proposition is used for SW applications development. Main goal of these applications is measurement of packet delay, packet jitter, paket loss and available bandwidth. I described details of SW applications and realized measurement of real computer networks in the end.
Security of real time multimedia data transmission
Otoupalík, Petr ; Koutný, Martin (referee) ; Hošek, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with technology and security of real-time multimedia data transmission. The possibilities of the security of a multimedia data transfer and the mechanisms defined for the security of the signaling protocols SIP and H.323 are described with the view of security. The possible attacks on the real-time transfers are also mentioned. The basic requirements on the safe and reliable data transfer are specified. The main part of this thesis is focused on the security analysis of the data transmission of the selected communication clients, which use different security methods. The last part of the thesis deals with realization of simple attacks on multimedia data transmission and also on the SIP protocol.
Modelling the wireless transmission channel in OPNET Modeler simulation environment
Spiglazova, Světlana ; Koutný, Martin (referee) ; Hošek, Jiří (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with modeling wireless transmission in simulation environment OPNET Modeler. In theoretical part, there is described the very substance of spreading the signal via electromagnetic wave including impact of the surroundings that affects the spreading. These impacts have an influence on described selected parameters of wireless transmission of the signal characterizing its quality. Furthermore, there is described the OPNET Modeler setting, which allows designing the wireless transmission and by means of simulation verifies its functionality and acquires it is parameters. The transmission of the signal from transmitter to receiver itself is divided to individual steps, which are described in detail considering the implementation in aforementioned environment. In practical part, there is configured the basic model of wireless network and also executed series of simulations with different variants of commonly adjustable basic parameters of the transmission, as signal modulation, antenna types and network topology. Additionally, attention is turned to the stages of transmission itself, philosophy of their cooperation based on sharing the information via data units called TDA and their implementation in source code of the C++ language called transmission models. Based on these foundations is beyond beforehand defined created new user TDA and by means of simulation verified its correct implementation within packet switching. Values of the selected including user TDA are written in the window of simulation console with the help of the C++ language. Acquired results of the simulations are analyzed and documented in the conclusion. Source codes are available in the diploma thesis appendix.
Analysis of MANET Routing Protocols OLSR and AODV in OPNET Modeler Simulation Environment
Machata, Tomáš ; Růčka, Lukáš (referee) ; Hošek, Jiří (advisor)
The thesis deals with MANET networks and it focuses on the routing process. Most attention is paid to the routing protocols AODV and OLSR. These protocols are described in the detail. The aim of the thesis is to create a simulation model of MANET network in OPNET Modeler environment. In this model the AODV protocol is configured. In order to achieve improved characteristics of the network traffic the routing protocol parameters are optimized. Furthermore the process model of AODV protocol in this environment is studied and extended by a new type of message, which allows a transfer of current transmission speed of MANET station network interface. Current transmission rate of stations is retrieved from the statistics. Every station periodically sends a message to neighboring nodes. The node stores the information into the file when a new message arrives.
Simulation of H2H and M2M Communications in Mobile Network LTE-Advanced
Číhal, Josef ; Mašek, Pavel (referee) ; Hošek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis „Simulation of H2H and M2M communication in LTE-Advanced mobile network“ focuses on theoretical study of H2H (Human to Human) and M2M (Ma- chine to Machine) communication in fourth-generation of mobile network (LTE/LTE- Advanced). It also focus on the influence of M2M communication to compliance with the agreed terms of quality of service (QoS) for H2H traffic. Based on the theoretical analysis was created model of H2H and M2M communication using NS-3(Network Si- mulator 3). Last part of bachelor thesis deals with verification of the functionality of created model through simulations focusing on the key operational parameters such as delay, throughput and load of base station (eNodeB).
Automated Closing System based on Lighting Conditions
Hajný, Stanislav ; Krajsa, Ondřej (referee) ; Hošek, Jiří (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis deals with the design and implementation of automated doors based on lighting conditions. The ESP32 module is used as the main computing unit. The final design consists of a power supply part and a computing part. The first part describes the theory of IoT and solar systems. Next, the individual subcomponents are described. Integration of ITSM Applications Using Web Services and IBM Cloud
Gryc, Václav ; Hošek, Jiří (referee) ; Šeda, Pavel (advisor)
This thesis is focused on developing software with ITSM integration features. The aim of this work is to design a suitable software architecture for integration applications in a cloud environment. Due to the use of the solution for many customers, emphasis is placed on sustainability and reusability. After wide technology analysis, a web application has been created that is fully configurable to meet a wide range of customer needs. It is decided to use the Node.js environment and the Loopback 4 framework for application development. To ensure lower costs for the operation of cloud resources, compared to competing technologies such as Java. The entire system is deployed in IBM Cloud. The resulting application is put into production by IBM.
