Virtual twin of FANC robot cell
Průdek, Robert ; Benešl, Tomáš (referee) ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with design jaws for gripper from SCHUNK, jaws were made for four given models. Created simulation shifts model from one side to another in virtual twin od FANUC cell. Procedure, which was followed to create program for robot is described here.
Face recognition on ESP32 using existing framework
Mušinka, Martin ; Jirgl, Miroslav (referee) ; Benešl, Tomáš (advisor)
Facial recognition technology has recently been emphasized due to its wide range of applications. It is one of several biometric methods but its advantage lies in the contactless process. In this thesis, we will look at how the Face Recognition feature works on ESP32 microcontrollers using an existing framework.
Robotic Line for Palletizing Egg Trays
Ficek, Václav ; Benešl, Tomáš (referee) ; Jirgl, Miroslav (advisor)
This master thesis deals with the design of an automated solution for egg palletizing line. The first part analyzes the current production method together with possible ways of automating the palletization process. In the second part, based on this information, the concept of the line is created. The concept includes design of the gripping mechanism, selection of a suitable manipulator and description of all elements. The third part describes complete electrical project. The fourth part describes the control system and the user program including visualization. Finally, commissioning is described.
A Software Model of an Intersections' Network with the Traffic Lights
Lankaš, Ondřej ; Benešl, Tomáš (referee) ; Jirgl, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of traffic control using traffic lights. The aim of this work is to find the most effective method of traffic management using traffic lights in a particular road section using appropriate software tools. This includes creating a microscopic transport model and performing simulations to obtain and analyze relevant data.
Two-chamber Tester for Cordless Drills
Kabátník, Václav ; Benešl, Tomáš (referee) ; Jirgl, Miroslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design and subsequent realization of a bicameral tester for cordless drills. The tester will contain with two chambers in which the device will be tested. Part of the solution is the description of the parameters of the tested devices and the design of the tester concept. In addition, the thesis deals with the design of a mechanical structure that will test the equipment in both chambers and then design and realization of the relevant electrical equipment including the electrical switchboard. The thesis describes the Mosaic development environment for development of the PLC program according to IEC 61131-3. In this environment, control software has been created, which is described in its chapter. At the end of this work are enclosed images confirming the implementation to the real system and its functionality
Connecting the MATLAB/Simulink Virtual Model to PLC
Zborovský, Vojtěch ; Benešl, Tomáš (referee) ; Jirgl, Miroslav (advisor)
Master’s thesis describes creating of virtual reality in VRML Language with use of VRML Pad editor and VRealm Builder. The thesis consists of the described objects in Simulink 3D Animation Library which are used for 3D Virtual scenes and connection of dynamics from Matlab/Simulink. Dynamics is created in Matlab/Simulink and connected by TCP/IP protocol to system PLC S7-1500. In the PLC is program for control of technology process. Process is visualized by HMI by Siemens AG and supplied by basic setting of connected communication and technology process.
Control system overhaul of a granulate transport equippment
Minčík, Vojtech ; Benešl, Tomáš (referee) ; Fiedler, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design and overhaul of the suction system which was part of the extruder dosing device from Reifenheuser. The first part describes the pneumatic transport and its main parts and control possibilities. Moreover, the thesis deals with the evaluation of the original solution of the control system, its advantages and disadvantages, the requirements for modernization from the client and proposals for its implementation. The last part focuses on the selection of suitable components and subsequently on the final implementation of the entire project, which consists of the design of the switchboard, the creation of electrical documentation and PLC programming.
Design of mechanical, electrical construction and software equipment of autonomous cell "shaker" for Industry 4.0 testbed.
Karniš, Radim ; Benešl, Tomáš (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to design and build an autonomous cell called Shaker, which is a part of automatic bartender smart factory. The cell executes one action in the life of the product passing through a production line, namely the shaking of a beverage. All the steps in the process of design and implementation of the cell follow current trends of the fourth industrial revolution, which is the very cause of creation of the bartender. This thesis involves a complete description of the design, construction and documentation process of this device.
Control system for drip irrigation
Zíka, Radim ; Benešl, Tomáš (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with designing drip irrigation control system. Aim of this thesis is realisation of microcontroler system which enables scheduled control of multiple branches of drip irrigation in an orchard. The design is focused on keeping the power consumption of the circuitry as low as possible. Theoretical part of this thesis focuses on research on drip irrigation and on low power circuit design theory. Practical part of thesis covers microcontroler system design, schematic design, printed circuit board design, revival of designed PCB and designing its control software.
PLC-based Flow Monitoring System
Vostřel, Tomáš ; Benešl, Tomáš (referee) ; Fiedler, Petr (advisor)
This Bachelor thesis is focused on designing and implementing a PLC-based flow monitoring system. The system is built on B&R Industrial Automation GmbH devices (especially on a PLC and touch screen combination named Power Panel C70) and ifm electronic GmbH flow sensors (the supported types are SD8000, SD9000, SM2000 and SM9004). System requirements are described in the first part of the thesis as well as the application and visualization concept. The technical equipment and the implementation of the PLC application and visualization are presented in the second part of the thesis. The application was developed in the B&R Automation Studio (4.3.4.121 SP version) using the Structured text programming language (according to the IEC 61131-3 standard). Visual Components (4.34.1 version) tool was used to generate the visualization. All system requirements were met and the system itself is currently in use by the Milacron company in Polička to monitor and record the consumption of compressed air and cooling water of their plastic processing machines.
