Analysis of welded joints after fatigue tests
Kučera, Ondřej ; Doubrava, Marek (referee) ; Havlík, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with analysis of welded joints after fatigue tests . The first part of this thesis, literary research, discusses weldability of carbon steels and low-alloy steels and effect of chemical composition on weldability of materials. Further there are zones of welded joints, their microstructure and mechanisms applied described in this thesis. There are defects occurring in welded joints and their common causes and remedies described in the part of literary research dealing with defects. And the final part of the literary research deals with material fatigue, fatigue of welded joints and effect of defects, fusion zone and heat-affected zone on the fatigue of welded joints. In the experimetal part of bachelor thesis there is described experimental material, results obtain process and discussion of results.
Prague Dependency Treebank as a Czech grammar practice book Prague Dependency Treebank as an exercise book of Czech
Kučera, Ondřej
Prague Dependency Treebank (PDT) is one of the top language corpora in the world. The aim of this work is to introduce a software system that builds an exercise book of Czech using the data of PDT. Two kinds of exercises are provided: morphology (selecting correct parts of speech and their morphological cathegories) and sentence parsing (selecting analytical functions and dependencies between them). The PDT data cannot be used directly though, because of the differences between the academic approach in sentence parsing and the approach that is used in schools. Some of the sentences have to be discarded completely, several transformations have to be applied to the others in order to convert the original representation to the form to which the students are used to from school.
Civil Responsibility on Skiing Slopes
Kučera, Ondřej ; Šustek, Petr (advisor) ; Salač, Josef (referee)
59 Civil Responsibility on Skiing Slopes Abstract This diploma thesis deals with civil liability on skiing slopes. Besides gathering valid standards in the Czech Republic, it also provides insight into foreign legal systems with the greatest emphasis on the French regulation and legal system. A part of the thesis is devoted to the rules of the International Ski Federation, which are widely respected important source of rules in skiing. Examples of their application are illustrated with the case law that inferred their validity, while in other countries the rules were reflected directly in legislation. In the first chapter there is a general anchoring of responsibility in Czech civil law, followed by a brief excursion into the sports law of individual sports, in the third chapter we find a summary of legal and non-legal regulations that apply to activities on domestic skiing slopes, including a bill that in the end did not pass in the Chamber of Deputies. The FIS rules of conduct are introduced by the story of their genesis and international cooperation on their final wording, followed by an official commentary issued by the International Ski Federation for the reason of clarification and interpretation. In the fourth chapter follows the analysis of the application of FIS rules by judicial authorities using...

Kučera, Ondřej
Kučera, O. Optimization of transport costs of company Tempex s.r.o. Bachelor the-sis. Brno: Mendel University, 2018. Bachelor thesis is solving problem of optimization of costs which come along with transportation. Knowledge of linear programming is being used in this thesis. To calculate optimized values programs STORM and Microsoft Excel are used. In the end of the thesis solutions are compared and evaluated.
Creation of GUI Designer for iTP (iNELS Touch Panels)
Kučera, Ondřej ; Šála, Jakub (referee) ; Drahanský, Martin (advisor)
This thesis is concerned with creation of designer for graphical user interface used in mobile devices. The application for these devices will be used for controlling system of intelligent electroinstallation. The thesis describes an existing solution of an intelligent electroinstallation provided by ELKO EP, s.r.o. It also contains detailed design of a prototype of an application to be used on mobile device and a desktop application used for graphical design.
Fuel Properties: Proximate Analysis of Solid Fuels
Kučera, Ondřej ; Elbl, Patrik (referee) ; Musilová, Petra (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the use of biomass as an alternative energy source and proximate analysis of solid fuels. In the theoretical part there is a research on energy utilization of biomass and a proximate analysis of solid fuels. Individual methods of determination of proximate analysis are described in detail, namely determination of water, ash and volatile combustible content and determination of gross calorific value. The practical part presents results of analysis of selected locally available plant biofuels. The methods of proximate fuel analysis have been successfully applied.
Synthesis and study of 6-((7-nitrobenzo[c][1,2,5]oxadiazol-4-yl)amino)hexanoic acid derivatives as transdermal permeation enhancers
Kučera, Ondřej ; Vávrová, Kateřina (advisor) ; Nováková, Veronika (referee)
Ondřej Kučera Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Synthesis and study of 6-((7-nitrobenzo[c][1,2,5]oxadiazol-4-yl)amino)hexanoic acid derivatives as transdermal permeation enhancers Transdermal permeation enhancers are used to increase absorption of drugs through skin or, more importantly, through the stratum corneum, which is the uppermost layer of the skin. Mechanism of action of enhancers is not fully understood. In general the most active enhancers consist of hydrophilic and hydrophobic parts. In this work, we prepared and studied fluorescent permeation enhancers. Fluorescent dye NBD (7-nitrobenzo[c][1,2,5]oxadiazol) is fairly hydrophilic, so we used it as a hydrophilic head of potential enhancers based on dodecyl 6- (dimethylamino)hexanoate (DDAK). Such fluorescent enhancers could help us understand more about the mechanism of action. It enables determination of this enhancer and imaging of its penetration pathways in the skin. We synthesized three esters of 6-((7-nitrobenzo[c][1,2,5]oxadiazol-4-yl)amino)-hexanoic acid (NBD-acid) with ester-linked C8-C12 alkyls. 6-Aminocaproic acid reacted with 4-chloro- NBD and then with a series of alcohols to give us different lengths of alkyl chains. We applied these enhancers to human skin in Franz diffusion cells using two...
Business Plan - Expansion Of An Online Store By A Local Premised Store
Kučera, Ondřej ; Navrátil, Jaroslav (referee) ; Rompotl, Jaroslav (advisor)
The subject of the thesis is to create a business plan for expansion of an online store by a local premised store. Analysis and practical part is based on the theoretical part, which includes a description of a business plan and market analysis. In the practical part is created a business plan and an economic evaluation.
L-band antenna and low noise amplifier
Kučera, Ondřej ; Lukeš, Zbyněk (referee) ; Záplata, Filip (advisor)
This master thesis is dealing with a system for receiving meteorological images from satellites placed on lower orbit. Furthermore it gives basic information about satellites NOAA, METOP and FY. It also includes derivations of equations, that define minimal requirements for receiving antenna and LNA. From reached parametres, energetic balance for connection of the satellite and Earth is calculated. The main part of the master thesis is designing of low-noise amplifier for L band. LNA is implemented on the substrate FR4 and Arlon DiClad 870, circuit is designed with elements of parametres, which are spread out or concentrated. The last part of the thesis describes design of antenna for reception of meteorological images.
