Implementation of NIS Backend for SSSD
Nykrýn, Lukáš ; Burget, Radek (referee) ; Zelený, Jan (advisor)
Tato práce se v první části zabývá představením technologií a nástrojů pro centrální správu a přihlašování uživatelů v GNU/Linux. Ukazuje využití adresářových služeb v síťové infrastruktuře, konkrétně služby NIS a její porovnání s dnes pravděpodobně nejrozšířenější adresářovou službou LDAP. Dále práce popisuje proces autentizace na klientských stanicích, konkrétně použití PAM a NSS a možné rozšíření celého systému zavedením cache díky démonu SSSD. Druhá část popisuje návrh a implementaci NIS provideru pro SSSD.
Web Application for Tracking of Vehicle Movement
Dubaj, Ondrej ; Burget, Radek (referee) ; Bartík, Vladimír (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is study, design, implementation and testing of vehicle movement monitoring system. The system consists of a web and a mobile application, where the web apllication provides route planning and data interpretation, and the mobile application, which is developed for Android, secures data collection and its sending to server. The system is able to record accurate arrivals and departures of vehicles at control points, their delays compared to planned times and the travelled distance. The back-end of web application is implemented using the Laravel PHP framework and front-end using the Bootstrap 4 CSS framework and its Now UI Kit template. The Android Studio SDK was used to implement the mobile application, along with Java and XML markup language.
Modular CMS
Horký, Lukáš ; Burget, Radek (referee) ; Szőke, Igor (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor's thesis is to develop a content management system for generating and managing web portals. System offers an easy installation, settings and administration of content and operates over a modular environment, which provides expandability via modules. System includes a built-in editor for creating page templates.
Extraction of Semantic Relations from Text
Schmidt, Marek ; Burget, Radek (referee) ; Smrž, Pavel (advisor)
Extraction of semantic relations from English text is the topic of this thesis. It focuses on exploitation of a dependency parser. A method based on syntactic patterns is proposed and evaluated in addition to evaluation of several statistical methods over syntactic features. It applies the methods for extraction of a hypernymy relation and evaluates it on the WordNet thesaurus. A system for extraction of semantic relations from text is designed and implemented based on these methods.
Audit Management Application
Valena, Roman ; Rychlý, Marek (referee) ; Burget, Radek (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis describes the development of a web application for audit managment in THK Rhythm Automotive Czech company, which is engaged in manufacturing of automobile parts. The application helps to plan and execute audits more effectively. It makes creating text and graphic reports much easier. The introduction analyzes the current way of audit management. Based on the analysis, design of the appliaction is proposed. The description of the implementation, used technologies and the way of integration into the company interface is included too.
Comparison of Properties and Performance of Object Oriented Databases
Kozák, Daniel ; Burget, Radek (referee) ; Zelený, Jan (advisor)
In this thesis, the reader learns basic models, which are use for storing data in database sys- tems. Next I describe a way, how to store objects in Java Language and explain expressions like object-relational mapping, reflection and introspection. After that, I will introdice some of existing implementation, which are use for storing objects in Java. Next I will explain testing methodology and make benchmarks of various implementation. In the end I will analyze a results of these benchmarks.
Web Page Segmentation Algorithms
Laščák, Tomáš ; Burgetová, Ivana (referee) ; Burget, Radek (advisor)
Segmentation of web pages is one of the disciplines of information extraction. It allows to divide the page into different semantic blocks. This thesis deals with the segmentation as such and also with the implementation of the segmentation method. In this paper, we describe various examples of methods such as VIPS, DOM PS etc. There is a theoretical description of the chosen method and also the FITLayout Framework, which will be extended by this method. The implementation of the chosen method is also described in detail. The implementation description is focused on describing the different problems we had to solve. We also describe the testing that helped to reveal some weaknesses. The conclusion is a summary of the results and possible ideas for extending this work.
Monitoring the OpenStack Swift Object Store Using Beanstalk Events
Processing Optimization of a Small Brewery
Zilvar, Michal ; Burget, Radek (referee) ; Kolář, Dušan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focused on the section of information technology, specifically on the processing optimization by an information system design for a microbrewery. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is focused on the study of the current situation, especially deep data analysis. The second part deals with designing the information system architecture based on the clients requirements. The third part then implements the previous point to the final product, which is extended by an automated program for evaluating the most suitable work actions. The conclusion is a validation and verification of the final produduct and suggesting possible extensions.
Analysis and Prediction from GPS Data
Kováčik, Dušan ; Bartík, Vladimír (referee) ; Burget, Radek (advisor)
This paper deals with the analysis of the collected GPS data and the possibility of the prediction of most advantageous route on its basis, by the application written in the PHP scripting language. The suitability of the route is considered by the distance, driving time, or elevation. The thesis also describes a GPS system, the format of the source data and their storing in an appropriate database. There is also a description of the search of the shortest path in the graph and some famous algorithms for finding it. The paper includes information about implementation of new data integration and path finding within this data in PHP scripting language. In conclusion it is evaluated what are the benefits of this application and design saying how this application can be improved in the future.
