Betterment of building by investment into smart building system

This thesis deals with investments issue for smart house systems. The theoretical part describes the definitions of the economic area, the area of intelligent systems and real estate valuation. In the practical part, there is detected the real estate price, accomplished a survey of public opinion and designed particular smart house system. The proposed solution is divided into sections and evaluated from economic and non-economic aspect. In the conclusion there is determined the value of the real estate after the completion of the investment.

Diploma thesis "Low-energy building" presents low-energy construction trends and their price comparision with conventional contruction. This thesis defines basic low-energy building terms, both building and construction work evaluation concepts and specifics of low-energy construction. Practical outcome is comparision between passive and conventional buildings, including economic appraisal.

Bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the investment project of reconstruction and modernization of the dispatch hall of smoked meat products in Makovec company in Držovice near Prostejov. It focuses primarily on evaluating the economic efficiency of the project. The thesis includes a description of the company, its investment plan and an overview of revenues and expenses associated with the investment. At the end is a calculation of basic economic indicators and their use, assessed the effectiveness of the investment plan.

The bachelor´s thesis goal is to find actual trends in low-energy construction in the Czech republic and abroad. Also define main concepts of low-energy construction, technical properties of these objects, methods of designing, legislational elements and new findings. Practical´s part main task is to compile statistical data on low-energy construction in the Czech republic and abroad. Aditionally calculate the price indicators and possible payback of low-energy houses.

The aim of this thesis is to assess the economic efficiency of A low-energy construction. The paper focuses on low-energy construction, its characteristics, devision, material options, methodology of evaluation and possibility of economic assessment in regard to investment costs.The practical part of the Bachelor paper focuses on comparing the investment and operating costs for the construction of low-energy house to a classic one. Further, there is a survey of public opinion researched in the form of opinion poll, which deals with the willingness to investmore money in a low-energy construction with a hope for future savings. The outcome of this thesis will present the calculation of returnability of an investment on the construction of a reference object in a low-energy version.

The work is first discussed investment decisions and sources of funding. Familiarity with the regional and structural policy of the EU and individual European funds. In conclusion, it describes a specific project for the reconstruction of streets locality Masarykova - Krampolova in Sternberk, which describes the procedure and method of financing.

The last part is a suggestion of possible other financial resources that would profit organization to finance your construction project.

This work deals with the impact of the economic crisis on the cost of public construction investment. The aim is to analyze the evolution of prices of public construction investment during the crisis and before. The theoretical part describes the economic crisis, public construction investment and pricing. In the practical part is the analysis based on the development of individual contracts, development of price indices RTS company and changes in the volume of public construction contracts.
