My Bachelor thesis is dealing with formation of a business plan for a small enterprise. The line of business is production of keys, retail of electrical appliances and satellite technology assembly. The business plan concerns the transition from natural person – a self-employed person to legal person – a limited liability company. The aim of my thesis is to find out whether this business plan is worth implementing and if it presents a positive contribution to the firm.

The second part is devoted to marketing analysis. In the practical part, the actual business plan is created.

The plan should work as a manual to someone who would like to establish the efficient business. In the theoretical part the most important pieces of knowledge and starting points necessary for the compilation of the business plan are summarized. In the analytical part the marketing analyses to understand the market better are accomplished. The practical part includes the detailed calculations which may help to estimate the development of the business in future.

There are analyzes necessary for establishment of the enterprise in the next part. The practical part embraces the preparation of the business plan.
