Arpitha - hippocentre Podolí u Brna

The bachelor's thesis is based on the project of the Hippocentre, or training center for horses, processed in the third semester of the bachelor's study. The equestrian center is designed on a plot in the village of Podolí near Brno. It is a plot of land on the outskirts of the village next to the agricultural cooperative. The designed area is divided into several operating units. In the northern part of the plot there is a technical section, where the supply of hay, manure removal, horse loading and also the parking of the necessary equipment for the operation will take place. The technical part is separated from the public by the stables and warehouse buildings, but the connection through the passage between the buildings is maintained. Public traffic is located in the middle of the plot. At the entrance to the complex, it is possible to park the vehicle in 9 parking spaces. The car park is connected to the clubhouse with an outdoor terrace, where there is a buffet to serve visitors. In the basement there is a sauna with a private outdoor area overlooking the horse paddocks. The most dominant element of the area is the riding hall, which has a separate entrance for the public and for employees and horses. The entrance is directly connected to the outdoor riding area for warming up the horse before the performance. In the lower part there is a path to the paddocks with a circle. The equestrian center is designed to meet the requirements of running with such specific animals as horses, but at the same time the public is integrated here when organizing social events, races or children's camps.
Family house with speech therapy clinic

A topic of this Bachelor thesis is developing a design documentation for building site. It´s a detached house for a family of four members with two children, which part is a speech therapy clinic. It is structured to two floors - ground floor and first floor, and basement. We can find a kitchen and living room on the ground floor. In another part of the ground floor is situated a speech therapy clinic and waiting room. Speech therapy clinic have a separate entrance. The speech therapy clinic is solved as accessible. The first floor is made as living area only. A part of the family house with speech therapy clinic is a garage for one car. We can find three parking spots in the car park in front of the house. One of the spots is solved as accessible. The garden is situated on the south side of the house. From a construction part a vertical supporting system is made from ground brick block type THERM with mineral isolation inside. Upon the basement and ground floor there is a floor with precast planks, upon the part of the ground floor and the first floor there is a plate floor. Upon the garage there is a green roof and upon the first flor there is a warm flat roof.

The bachelor´s work deals with a new building of a family house set in a sloping terrain to the extent of the documentation for the building execution. The designed family house is a two-storeyed one roofed over with a single pitched roof. As a part of the building there is a garage for one parking place and a terrace accessible from the second storey. The new building is designed for the 4 – 5 member family.
Home for the elderly

The project deals with structure design of a new – built house for elderly with accommodation capacity up to 28 persons. It is situated on the south side of the village Papradno in a flat lot with area of 6018,4 m2.The house for elderly was designed for disabled people, it has got two floors with irregular shape and the floor area of 920,83 m2 . On the first floor there is an accommodation part of building situated on the southwest side and there is an another part of building where are situated rooms like (kitchen for serving meals, dining room, boiler room, changing room for employee...) it is situated on the northeast side. On the second floor there is an accommodation part of building it is identical as in the first floor. And the another part of second floor it has got rooms like (offices, storages, chapel, club room...). A bearing system composed of uninforcement concret foundation, wall system of ceramic block Porotherm and the slab system composed of bearing panels Spiroll. The Spiroll panels is a bearing system for flat roof with clasic layer order.
Residential house in Ostrava

The subject of this thesis is to design a building with apartments in a high standard of living. The building will be located on sloping land currently accessible from the street Hybnerová in cadastral area of Silesian Ostrava. Construction, surrounding land and fence form a unified aesthetic and functional whole, reflecting the sloping nature of the site. White matter of structure grows continuously from the lowest point and produces fencing which spirals around the property and rise harmoniously into the building itself. Adjusted terrain of land creates platforms for individual gardens for each apartments and produces space for underground garage. The house is designed as a three-storey building with underground garage. The building will accommodate 5 residential units with terraces and technical and storage spaces within the basement. The building is oriented southwest and its location allows splitting the land to the eastern and western gardens. Southwest orientation uses the only unblocked view from the property. Continuously rising fence separates the building from surrounding buildings and offers plenty of privacy for the residents. Concrete fence has also security function.
Apartments "CORA" in the heart of the Highlands

This diploma thesis focuses on design of an accommodation guest house – apartments and stables. The apartment object has two above-ground floors and a partial basement. Two social rooms and a room for staff are located in the part of the basement that reaches above ground. The dinning room, sanitary facilities and apartments for people with reduced mobility are located on the first floor. Four apartments are located in a residential attic. The recreational building is made of ceramic bricks and has a gabled roof and counter skylights. The agricultural building will be used for stabling horses, parking agricultural machinery and storing hay and feed. Stables are designed as a timber frame construction with a supporting frame made of timber pillars coated with the Fermacell boards. The building has a gabled roof with a skylight above the horse boxes for ventilation. The thesis contains drawings and technical documentation and it is composed as an implementation project.
Apartment building

This bachelor theses deals with making of desing documentation for an apartment building. The building is designed as a terraced house situated in the centre of Podivín town. It has 4 above-ground floors (3 floors + attic rooms) and 1 basement. There are 2 enters in the building – both are designed in the ground floor. The main one is situated in the part of the house that heads towards the street and the other one is situated in the back of the apartment building next to the car park. There will be 6 apartments in the building. In the ground floor there will be situated apartments for the disabled people. In the second and third floor there will be typical apartments. The apartments in the third floor will be maisonette apartments. The above-ground part of the building is made of clay masonry and the basement is made of hollow concrete blocks. Ceilings will be made of prestressed concrete panels and the ceiling above third floor is designed as the joist floor. There are designed two types of roofs – pitched and flat roof.

The subject of this thesis work is the two floors house with housing units in the city of Brno - Lisen. The proposal is processed at the level of project documentation for building construction stage. Family house is located on plot no. 3278/92, cadastral area of Brno – Lisen. The building is without a basement on two floors of a wall system of brick blocks POROTHERM, based on the foundation walls and covered with a flat roof vegetation. There are three residential units, two of which used to rent.

The bachelor thesis deals with the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a family house with an architectural studio. The building is located on a plot in the town of Jihlava. It is a two-storey partly basement family house used for housing a family of four, in which a studio is designed for the purpose of business. The function of the establishment is an architectural studio, and for the access of clients and visitors to the establishment only a meeting room with sanitary facilities on the first floor, on the second floor there is a private study of an architect living in the house, which is accessible only from the apartment. The dominant feature of the building on the second floor is a hall designed for relaxation and rest illuminated by a large window under the counter roof and a private architect's office, equipped with a large glazed area in the east wall and including a window under the counter roof for southern light, both rooms have an exposed view. Tn the roof supporting structure, which consists of visible rafters. The perimeter walls are designed from 440 mm ceramic blocks, type Term, with integrated mineral insulation. The ceiling structure consists of prestressed hollow ceiling panels. An individual garage with parking for one car leading to the street road is designed for the building. The project documentation is prepared in accordance with Decree No., 499/2006 Coll. About documentation of buildings.
