The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the performance of the selected construction company. The theoretical part deals mainly with the methodology and concepts within financial analysis. It describes its purpose, sources of data, the process and characterizes indicators. Terms construction company and construction market are also explained. The case study analyses selected construction company and compare the significant financial indicators with values of the construction industry.

The thesis deals with investment projects financing at the municipal level. Specific investment plan is chosen in accordance with the municipality's development strategy. The aim of this thesis is to propose a suitable financing method for this plan. This thesis deals with simplified financial and economic evaluation of the project. The evaluation is prepared with the aim to obtain financing for the investment from the European Union funding.

Abstractthe aim of my diploma thesis is to evaluate economical situation of a constructive company with tools of financial analysis. Theoretical part od my thesis is focused on constructive companies in genereal, account sheets, differentation of assets and liabilities and mainly on characteristics of financial analysis. Practical part of my thesis describes financial situation of a chosen constructive company with a help of financial analysis. The financial analysis is elaborated with so called horizontal and vertical analysis, method of ratio indexes, pyramid fragmentation and with a help of quick Kralicek test. Financial Planning of the Construction Company

The thesis contains an evaluation of the economic situation of a building company using a financial analysis and establishes a financial plan for the following year. The theoretical part defines terms such as building company, asset structure and accounting statements used. The following part discusses the financial planning and various methods of financial analysis including its characteristics. The case study describes the economic situation of the building company in the period in question expressed by way of selected financial analysis methods. The aim of the thesis is to assess the company development within the specified six years and to prepare a financial plan for the following year.

The aim of the thesis is to propose a solution in the form of a strategic financial management model using financial analysis methods, to formulate recommendations and to develop a methodology for its implementation. The proposed model incorporates the methods of financial analysis and uses mathematical methods to determine the prediction of sales development, which are further used in the strategic management of the company. The proposed model contains 3 steps and the methodology for the process contains 18 steps, on the basis of which it can be applied and used in various construction enterprises. The proposed model is based on the examination of 30 construction companies during the years 2008–2020 and is then applied in a case study to one selected construction company.

Design of a heat exchanger in a nuclear power plant

This bachelor thesis focuses on the design of heat exchange in nuclear power plant, more specifically on low-pressure heater 2. The introduction of bachelor´s thesis deals with the introduction of nuclear energy and nuclear power plants. The following chapters describe low-pressure regeneration as well as low-pressure heater. In the last part of the work, the heater is calculated from the entered values and values subtracted from the overall thermal scheme of the secondary circuit of the Dukovany nuclear power plant.
