Logopedic defect analysis and recognition in speech utterances
Diviš, Jan ; Atassi, Hicham (referee) ; Smékal, Zdeněk (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with logopaedia mistake called dyslalie and its characteristics. I described the process creation and representation of speech. There are presented bases of processing and analyses speech signal ( LPC, cepstral, MFCC). I presented characteristics of speech and calculation of LPC, cepstral and Mel-frequency cepstral coefficients in the programme MATLAB. The bachelor's thesis includes problems of incorrect pronunciation sound "r" and "ř".
Current problems of eurozone with focus on international trade
Diviš, Jaroslav ; Melcher, Ota (advisor) ; Čajka, Radek (referee)
This thesis examines current problems in eurozone with special focus on international trade. An important part of the research will be the impact of the economic crisis which came to Europe in 2008. First chapter describes the development of eurozone's exports and imports between years 2001 and 2011. It analyses changes and trends in the commodity and territorial structure of eurozone's foreign trade. Some important issues which are linked to these topics are discussed in the first chapter as well, including current bargaining for bilateral free trade agreements. Second chapter deals with macroeconomic imbalances between the northern and the southern part of eurozone. It tries to identify reasons which caused this problem and assesses the role of euro in it. Finally, it offers some possible ways to adjustment between the both country groups. Third chapter concerns with the competitiveness of eurozone's members and measures how it has changed since the beginning of the crisis. In the second part of this chapter, selected weaknesses of the Italian competitiveness are stated together with a comparison with Germany. Final summary recapitulates previous chapters and presents the most important findings.
Regionální srovnání integrovaných dopravních systémů v ČR
Horová, Andrea ; Pova, Patrik (advisor) ; Diviš, Jiří (referee)
In my thesis I will focus on the construction of the integrated transport system and its phases in the Central Bohemia Region, including organisation and further prospect, specificity of the region which surrounds the capital city and its interconnection with PID (Prague Integrated Transport). Next I will discuss the situation when building IDS (Integrated Transport System) in every single region, its infrastructure, contemporary environmental issues, tariffs, payments and analysis of selected indicators by using methods from classes 5RE201 (Socio-economic Geography), e.g. similarity and diversity of the region and localization coefficient. At the end of my thesis I will point out to gaps in legislation and that every region is an "original".
Common scab important problem at growing of potato
Diviš, J. ; Krištůfek, Václav
Potato varieties with high susceptibility (Agria) and low susceptibility (Kariera) to common scab were grown on both the sites with a low occurrence and with a strong occurrence of common scab. The degree of common scab was evaluated by using the scale of Wenzel and Demel (1967). The obtained results confirmed tne significant position of the variety as the indirect measure of common scab protection. It is possible to use both varieties Agria and Kariera for indication of common scab occurrence at field conditions.
The effects of cultivation conditions on polyphenol compounds levels in potato tubers periderm in varieties differing in their susceptibility to common scab
Krištůfek, Václav ; Diviš, J. ; Dostálková, I.
Field and glasshouse trials were performed in 2000 and 2001 to estimate total polyphenol contents in 15 potato cultivars from two sites that differed in the level of scab incidence. Polyphenol content was determined spectrophotometrically by Folin-Ciocalteau reagent at a wavelength 765 nm in tuber peelings of cultivars less and more susceptible to common scab. The polyphenol content of tuber peeling was influenced by cultivar, site, year and age of tuber periderm and was not influenced by maturity. The highest polyphenol content was observed in potato cultivars less susceptible to the scab. Regression analysis showed that negative relation occurs between polyphenol content and potato scab incidence (P=0,006). The polyphenol content significantly decreased during vegetative period.
