Analysis of competition in the services market

The thesis deals with the analysis of market competition hairdressing services, concretely with analysis of three salons which provide hairdressing services in the Centre of Prague. Preliminary I present and define key terms that play basic role in the analysis of competition in the chosen field (competition, the specifics of hairdressing market, the specifics of consumer behavior). To make my own research I elected standards that influence customers when they choose a hairdressing salon, and I created questionnaire. During valuation I commented point gains. Total score were used to to evaluate the competitive position of hairdressing salons in the market.

Competition analysis of ŠKODA a. s.

The aim of this work is to perform a competitive analysis of the company ŠKODA a. s. Using strategic analysis and based on the findings suggest recommendations to increase competitiveness. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. It contains basic definitions competition competitiveness and description of tools of strategic analysis. The practical part consists the introduction of the company, analysis of micro and macro environment and analyzes the internal resources of the enterprise. Analysis of the external environment is described by the PEST analysis and Porter´s model 5 competitive forces. The analysis used the company´s strategic analysis of internal resources company. At the conclusion of this work are given the strengths and weaknesses of the company and the recommendation to increase the company´s competitiveness.

This fitness center will be operate by form franchising. I was finding also options of franchising loan and I used also BEP analysis and other financial methods.

Criteria for fatigue evaluation of riveted joints

This thesis describes proposal of a methodology for evaluating fatigue life of riveted joints. The first section summarizes the theory used to evaluate fatigue life, description of the structure of operation load spectra and construction principles for the design joints for optimum durability. The second part of the thesis focuses on the proposal of a methodology enabling analytical solutions in closed form suitable for the initial structural design and also numerical solutions for use in detailed analyzes of the structure. The applicability of the methodology is demonstrated on an example of analysis of a real structural detail and subsequent comparison of the analysis with available test results.

Basic division of alternative fuels and focused on biofuels and their basic division and description technology of production, advantages and disadvantages compared to conventional fuels and making evaluation of preparedness for current and future using in civil aviation.

Analysis of labor market in the Czech Republic

The Bachelor thesis focuses on labour market and unemployment in the Czech Republic. The main aim of this thesis is the analysis of labour market in the Czech Republic in the years 2008-2014, with a focus on the development of unemployment and employment. The thesis includes comparing the position of the Czech Republic in the European Union in terms of employment and unemployment. The thesis is devided into the five main parts. The first part is an introduction to the topic of the thesis. The second part is the aim and methodology. Thirt part is the theory whose task is to explain concepts, which are related to the labour market and unemployment. The fourth part is a practical part, in which should be accomplished the aim of this thesis. The analytical part is based on data, which are published by the Czech Statistical Office, Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and Eurostat. Last fifth part is a final summary.

Impact of changes in crude oil prices on world economy

In theoretical part are written main information about the crude oil. In the first part can be found description of historical facts that influenced the exploitation of crude oil. Also we can find information about where we can find the most important deposits, what affects crude oil prices and on which classes is crude oil devided. Practical part of the bachelor´s thesis is devided into two articles. The first article is analytical, where by statistical and econometric calculations demonstrate the impact of changes in crude oil price on particular states. In the second part I search for changes in the price of crude oil and its impact on the various markers. At the end of practical part is described the current situation on crude oil market in the two last years. At the close of thesis is a list of tables, figures and graphs.

Labour market policies in the Czech republic

This bachelor thesis focuses on the labour market policies in the Czech republic. In the theoretical part the labour market is defined and the issue of unemployment is decribed. Further, labour market policies in the Czech republic are described, especially its tools. In the practical part data on unemployment and usage of labour market policies tools are analysed. Finally, efficiency of the labour market policies in the Czech republic is evaluated. Labour market policies in the Czech republic are efficient, because costs on unemployed persons are in comparisom with expenditure on labour market policies high. Labour market policies in the Czech republic also focuse on vulnerability groups on the labour market as young persons or persons with low skills.
