Advanced Songbook for Mobile Devices
Komárek, Ondřej ; Škoda, Petr (referee) ; Smrž, Pavel (advisor)
This Thesis describes all way from design and implementation to release and advertising of songbook application for Android operation system. The most important goal of the app is the ability to modify lyrics in such way, that they can be viewed flawlessly even on small screens of mobile devices. Application also features many other functions mostly useful for guitar players. User can download lyrics of song with chords directly from app and set up automatic scrolling with different speed for each part of the song. Thesis also describes other important aspects of application development, like user testing and final app release.
Smart Collar
Kožušník, Adam ; Škoda, Petr (referee) ; Fučík, Jan (advisor)
This thesis deals with problem of smart collar for a dog. The goal is to design and implement an application with a suitable user interface, which will monitor movements of a dog. I used Texas Instrument's device named SensorTag from as a motion detector. The program is created as a console application with values and movements displayed on an internet website.
Transformations of Ontologies
Kopecký, Marek ; Škoda, Petr (referee) ; Dytrych, Jaroslav (advisor)
This master's thesis describes importing the ontology in language OWL 2 into the internal structures of 4A annotation server. It is concerned in anonymous nodes, for example in anonymous classes or anonymous properties. The solution was to use the library The OWL API for import ontology. The solution also allows automatic generation of names to anonymous classes and properties.
Project Management Tool for Android Platform Tablets
Koudelka, Jan ; Kouřil, Jan (referee) ; Škoda, Petr (advisor)
This thesis is dedicated to the issue of project management and its support using software tools. It is focused on analysis of existing solutions and designing a new mobile application for Android platform. It summarizes basic principles of making mobile applications for Android OS. Designed application uses some properties of cloud computing for scaling and synchronizing data easily.
Abstract Syntax Tree Analysis for Python Teaching Support
Fáber, Jakub ; Škoda, Petr (referee) ; Smrž, Pavel (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to create an analyzer system to check assignment solutions and to suggest improvements for them in terms of code quality and cleanliness. For the best results, a combination of static and dynamic analysis techniques is used. This system is implemented in the form of tutoring system and uses Docker containers for safe testing and analysis in an isolated environment. Interactive environment for communication with users is created with modern technologies such as Material Design.
NLPGroup Information System
Seitler, Milan ; Škoda, Petr (referee) ; Dytrych, Jaroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with analysis and implementation of extensions for information system KNOTIS. As its result there has been created tool for importing work reports from time tracking software and new version of automatic work scheduler.
Document Classification
Marek, Tomáš ; Škoda, Petr (referee) ; Otrusina, Lubomír (advisor)
This thesis deals with a document classification, especially with a text classification method. Main goal of this thesis is to analyze two arbitrary document classification algorithms to describe them and to create an implementation of those algorithms. Chosen algorithms are Bayes classifier and classifier based on support vector machines (SVM) which were analyzed and implemented in the practical part of this thesis. One of the main goals of this thesis is to create and choose optimal text features, which are describing the input text best and thus lead to the best classification results. At the end of this thesis there is a bunch of tests showing comparison of efficiency of the chosen classifiers under various conditions.
Automatically Updated Bibliography
Valo, Boris ; Škoda, Petr (referee) ; Smrž, Pavel (advisor)
This paper describes the development of application for automatically updated bibliography. Nowadays, many Internet users search informations they need, this is important especially in sets of scientific publications and articles. The aim of this thesis is convenient tool for users to create their own portal. This is achieved by storing documents and their subsequent search using ElasticSearch. Retrieval is made by Boolean queries and additional search using similarity search tool MoreLikeThis. At the end of this thesis is described the way of testing and evaluation of retrieval.
Intelligent File Distribution in CDN
Kaleta, Marek ; Kouřil, Jan (referee) ; Škoda, Petr (advisor)
This work deals with algorithms for distributing and mapping content on nodes in CDN system. Compares local and global algorithms for loading files on origin and edge servers. A high level CDN simulator is made. A matrix based approach for mapping content on CDN servers is proposed along with tranformation for solution of mapping optimalisation through genetic algorithms.
Annotation Fragments Searching and Updates
Kubík, Lukáš ; Škoda, Petr (referee) ; Dytrych, Jaroslav (advisor)
This master's thesis analyzes annotation server algorithms for searching and updating annotation fragments. The annotation server is a part of the project Decipher. Analyzed algorithms are improved and replaced by newly designed algorithms in this project. A part of this project also designs a new algorithm for measuring how much is an annotation affected after updating the document.
