Manufacturing of a safety buckle by fineblanking technology
Ryza, Dominik ; Harant, Martin (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
The goal of this diploma thesis is to design a manufacturing technology for the safety buckle. The component is made of steel 11 320. The thickness of the used metal sheet is 3 mm. For the production of the part has been chosen the technology of fine blanking process with pressure edge. This type of manufacturing guarantees the demanded high quality of this special O.E.M. It also makes possible to produce volume up to 700 000 pieces per year. The cutting tool is designed to produce three blanks per one production cycle of the machine. The manufacturing will be done on the triple-action press HFA 3200plus with a feeding line FBA 8/300.
Manufacturing of a mounting clip by compound tool
Krčma, Erik ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
The master's thesis deals with the design of the production technology for mounting clip for wooden panels. The material is hot-dip galvanized steel DX51D+Z140 with a thickness of 0,5 mm. The annual series of 600 000 pieces will be made from a coil. The proposed production process consists of five steps, which involves puncing, bending and embossing. A progressive die was designed for the production of the given part. The forming force required for stamping is 190 kN. A PE30H mechanical press from Vaptech company was chosen for the fabrication.
Analysis of manufacturing of component by elastoforming technology
Lorenc, Tomáš ; Řiháček, Jan (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
In this thesis, processed within the master's degree is the analysis and proposals for modification of production stagnation ribs aircraft L-410. The part is made of aluminum alloy D16. More specifically, it is a 0.8 mm thickness sheet, which after the milling of the blank molded in the basic non-rigid tool by Guerin. After analyzing the entire manufacturing process and the determination of the critical points due to a series of tests carried out were evaluated possible variants production innovation. Proposed changes and their optimization can reduce the labor intensity deleting some time being necessary preparatory and finishing operations manual. It also increases the repeatability and streamline current production panels.
Manufacturing of a connecting pin by cold forming
Koumar, František ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Jopek, Miroslav (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on the optimization of the production of a rotary connecting pin, produced by bulk cold forming with a focus on upsetting and forward and backward extrusion. The resulting pin will be made of 1.4511 steel. From the three proposed variants of production processes, the optimal variant for four forming operations was selected. Extrusion tools are made of tool steel 19 830. A numerical simulation was performed to verify the suitability of the sequence of the selected variant. The size of the production batch is set at 700,000 pieces / year. In the technical and economic evaluation, the calculated production price of 1 piece of part was coMPared between machining and volume forming, at which the production costs amount to CZK 6,64. The return on this method, with an assumed profitability of 10%, was found for 568 182 pieces produced.
Manufacturing of ignition cover pad
Dostál, Martin ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
The thesis solves the design of the technology of production of the ignition cover pad made of steel 11 321 with a thickness of 1 mm with zinc surface treatment. It serves as part of the motorcycle engine sealing system. The part is rotating in shape with a diameter of 35 mm and consists of a central extrusion and a hole. The size of the series is 25,000 pieces per year. Production by a progressive compound tool from a coil with dimensions of 1200 x 500 mm is chosen. 3 forming operations with eating between steps are selected, which are implemented by cutting and embossing technologies. The necessary forming work of 476 kJ and the force of 267 kN are determined, according to which the PRESSIX CNV4 eccentric press is chosen. The machine is introduced into the automated Shungdar SJD and SJK production line, which consists of a straightener, unwinder and feeder.
Punching technology
Králíček, Václav ; Harant, Martin (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
The thesis is focused on punching technology, technology which can create complex-shaped parts from sheet metal. The thesis contains description of the principles of punching, emphasis is put punching tools and various production methods, which can be performed using modern punching machines. Part of this thesis is focused on comparison between punching technology and laser cutting. The comparison is shown on two different semi-finished products made from stainless steel by ACO Industries k.s. These semi-finished products are compared from the point of view of production accuracy and manufacture speed.
Manufacturing of a Segment of the Seat Positioning System
Horák, Jan ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Řiháček, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis is focused on the design of technology for the production of a seat positioning system made of sheet steel ČSN 11 373 with a thickness of 2 mm. Due to the adjustment of the production quantity of 200 000 pieces per year, the required dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the cutting surface is used by the technology of production of fine blanking with a pressure edge. Part of the work is the implementation of technological and construction calculations, including the design of the cutting tool with the necessary drawing documentation. An alternating arrangement of cut-outs for a coiled sheet metal blank (Ds = 1 200 mm, ds = 500 mm) is chosen as most suitable in the work, which means the use of 36 coils for a given annual production. In the final part of the work, a three-acting hydraulic press Feintool HFA 8800plus is chosen for the production of the component, which is incorporated into the automated production line FBA 6/300, including all necessary equipment for handling, unwinding and straightening the cut sheet metal strip.
A proposal for improvement of arrangement of machinery and social facilities in the workshop complex
Janouškovec, Petr ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Štroner, Marek (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with technological design. The aim is to improve the layout of machinery on production areas and social facilities on auxiliary areas. The method of storage and material handling is also optimized. The thesis consists of a literature research, which explains selected concepts and basic procedures of technological design. The evaluation of the current state will present the workshop complex, its shortcomings and objects intended for improvement. The results of the capacity calculation made for the selected production representative are used as a basis for new designs. The new concepts of production workshops are focused on improving the production process in terms of the way machines are arranged, material handling and work safety. But also to improve the social and administrative background by optimizing day rooms, changing rooms and washrooms. The cost estimate for specific proposals and the selection of the most suitable variant form the final part.

Determination of Material Properties of Specimens Produced by Metallic 3D Printing
Zakl, Alexandr ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Řiháček, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with mechanical properties and current status of 3D printing of metal parts, especially by DMLS/SLM method. Research part is dedicated to various technologies and suppliers in the field of 3D printing with emphasis on printing metal methods. Main purpose of this thesis is to connect the worlds of 3D printing and 3D optical measuring of deformation, so the part of research segment is dedicated to optical measuring and leading innovative company GOM. One of the leading product of this company is ARAMIS and in the context of this thesis it was present during the experiment as a instrument for measuring and inspecting material characteristics, and is present in research part where is mentioned a principle on which this device is working (digital image correlation) as is the device itsself. In the experimental part of this thesis, samples were printed on DMLS printer from company XactMetal, which were then submitted to a tensile test. Measurement was done using DIC based device ARAMIS and inspected for basic material properties in same named program.
