Bachelor´s thesis is a proposal of business plan for founding of distribution Revision brand. In framework of this thesis I am going to make the proposal of retail business and also for wholesale business. In the thesis I am going to focus on theoretical basis, which are needed to create a company. In the next step I am going to make questionnarie research to know backround of customers. In another step I am going to make analysis which helps to know strong and weak sides.

Bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the company KELLNER CZ, s.r.o. on the basis of the financial analysis for the years 2010 – 2014. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part the theoretical background to a certain issue is analysed. In the second part, the practical part will be performed financial analysis according to the theory and provided statements, and described the factors that influenced the company over the years. As the last part of the design, which deals with the practical part of the evaluation and subsequent suggestions for improvement or action in problematic indicators.

Analysis of Employees Fluctuation

Bachelor´s thesis is focused on evaluation of fluctuation rate in České dráhy, a. s. company and on satisfaction of its employees which is obtained by survey process. First part is focused on concept of fluctuation in general - its causes, positives and negatives. Analytical part is dedicated to calculation of ratio index during period of 2012 – 2014, calculation of fluctuation for years 2010 – 2014 and evaluation of survey. In the last part there are suggestions according to the survey.

In my final bachelor thesis I deal with evaluation of economic situation in company ES systems produkt s.r.o. between years 2010-2014 and proposals to its improving. The thesis is divided into three basic parts. The first is theoretical part, where are explained instruments of financial analysis, which are used in the next part. The next part is analysis of conterporary condition of company. The last part is focused on results of the analysis and their improving.

Fluctuation of Employees in State Company

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to focus on the scale of fluctuations employees in the state company. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the first part are defined the basic concepts as fluctuation, causes of fluctuations, positive and negative impacts on the social environment. The practical part focus on the personal description of the company by analysing the company fluctuations in years 2010 – 2015. The research of the satisfaction of employees is necessary part in this thesis, because of its impact on fluctuations of the company.

Business Plan – the Establishment of the Cafe "Coffee Bean & Tea"

The thesis deals with creating a business plan. The planned location for business is Brno, in the Czech Republic. The work has three main parts. The first one is based on the theory background which constitutes the basis of the following analytical and implementation part. In the analytical part, I picked some methods to investigate the business environment. In the last realization section, I submitted my own proposal for a business plan of a café and the financial analysis of revenues and expenses.
