This diploma thesis describes with simple bus 1-Wire technology, which is suitable for transfer of data measured by sensors. It describes the standard of bus and 1-Wire and iButton functional elements. This theoretical knowledge was applied during the construction of practical part. There has been a meteorological observatory constructed, which has been described in the next part of the diploma thesis. The last part of dissertation describes online distribution of measured values on internet.

Valuation of CEZ Group

The thesis is targeted to a valuation of CEZ Group. The Czech based utility CEZ Group ensures regular production and supply of electricity and other essential products for everyday needs of the population in CEE region. The purpose of presented valuation is to determine whether the shares of these publicly traded company are correctly valued and that there exists any upside or downside potential. The final valuation is primarily determined by using two well-known valuation approaches -- discounted cash flow (based on operating profit analysis) and peer group analysis (based on market analysis). In order to provide a full range of understanding, the thesis consists of eight main parts focused on company profile, strategic analysis, financial analysis, value drivers, financial plan, minorities and final valuation. Further, all these parts are split up into few sections. Conclusion of the thesis includes an investment recommendation.

Efficient use of Rational Team Concert for software development

This bachelor thesis is devoted to software tool Rational Team Concert (RTC) which is destined for project teamwork support. The main goal of the thesis is to identify and describe the most important use cases of the tool. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part, the tool itself is described; his features, functionality and contribution; also installation and configuration of the tool that were need for purpose of this thesis and building up scenarios. In the second part, use cases scenarios are described within the scope of the web client RTC and development tool Eclipse. I divided the use cases scenarios according to participants - into administrator's scenarios and into ordinary user's scenarios who is created by administrator and his rights are limited. For better clarity, each participant has an enclosed diagram of scenarios sequence which represents their activities within the scope of described RTC clients. Each step in the scenario is represented in charts and often accompanied by images (screenshots) in a way to ensure clarity and clearness.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out (estimate) the value of the firm BRESSON a.s. to 1. 1. 2009. The first part talk about financial analysis, which appreciate financial health of the company. The second part of the thesis deal with the strategical analysis. It`s result is forecast of sales revenues of this company. The next part analyzes and predicts generators of value and financial plan. The final evaluation of enterprise is inducted in the last part of the thesis. For evaluation was used method of and orientation method of market comparison.

The valuation of the company New World Resources N. V.

The goal of the thesis is to find out the value of the company New World Resources N. V. to date 31st of December 2008. In the beginning of the thesis is itroduced company profile, then is this thesis divided into four parts. In the introduction of each part are shortly characterized essential theoretical aspects, which are then used in practical application. The result of strategic analysis is prediction of sales. In the financial analysis there is interpreted financial health of the society. In the third part are estimated generators of values and then is arranged the financial plan, which is basis for the final valuation. Market value of the company is determinated by income approach, especially by the method of DCF Entity. This thesis includes also methods of market comparison.

The goal of this essay is analysis of important indicators which will be subject of comparation,their values reflects in competitiveness. This essay contents too recommendation for economic policy for future.Essay is separated to seven chapters.The first discuss about characteristics of comparative economic areas, the second one describes gross domestic product, mainly progress and structure.The third charapter analyses prices from comparative price level, rate of inflation to individual items of consumer price index. The fourth chapter refers to general government financial balance, reflection in government liabilities, changes in interest rates and government interventions in social transfers or subsidies.The fifth chapter deals with current account per GDP and nominal exchange rate. The sixth chapter judges unemployment rate and labour productivity of economic sectors. The last chapter includes ratings of economics by additional indicators like Human Development Index or Corruption Perceptions Index.
