This bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Moreau Agri Vysočina, spol. s r. o. in the years 2008 – 2013. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is devoted to theoretical knowledge, which will be used for practical part. The practical part contains a brief description of the company and calculations of individual indicators. In the last part are formulated suggestions the improvements of the current financial situation of the company which are based on the basis of results of the made financial analysis.

The aim is to base selection calculations (indicators) of financial analysis methods that reveal weaknesses, making proposals to improve the current economic situation of the company. The source of these calculations are data from the financial statements which are freely available on the company website.

The bachelor thesis is interesting for evaluating for the financial situation of the company by using methods of financial analysis. The thesis is divided into three parts - theoretical, practical and proposal part. The first part includes theoretical approaches, which is indicated what means the financial analysis, what it does and what are its methods. Next is a practical part where examine statements of the company and are calculated financial indicators. The last part is based on the results of the financial analysis stated suggestions and recommendations, which should lead to improving the currently financial situation of the company.

The entrepreneurial plan for Octago is conducted in the practical part. The aim of this work is basing company Octago.

The thesis is divided into three main parts - theoretical part, analytical part and suggestion part. The theoretical part describes the issue of financial analysis and its indicators by using selected literature. The second part consists of the general characteristics of the company and financial analysis. All financial indicators from theoretical part were used to evaluate the financial status. In suggestion part based on results of selected indicators some action are suggested to help improve the financial situation of company. Source of information for analyzing are financial statements of the company.

This thesis is devoted to the evaluation of financial situation of the Tesla Jihlava Ltd. on the market. The methods and selected indicators of financial analysis are used to its rating. For comparison with the competition there is elaborated and subsequently evaluated also financial analysis of FOREZ Ltd. company, which is the biggest competitor of the described one. A comparison of these two business objects deals with the period of six years and specifically started from 2007 to 2012. On the basis of found results there are offered such solutions and arrangements for improvement of the financial situtation and the position of this company on the market.

This bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of financial position of a company. The thesis is divided into three essential parts. In the first theoretical part financial analysis is described with all its implements and methods. The second practical part contains general information about the company Alpine Pro, a. s. and all the applied calculations. All financial indicators from the first part are used to get an overview about the financial situation in the company. And finally in the last part of the thesis as a result of all calculations I focus on my own suggestions and improvements in the company. Such as efficient claims recovery, stock management or expansion of marketing communication.

The thesis at first determines the theoretical bases and further in reveals problematic areas of company by using selected absolute, differential and rate indicators as well as predictive models. Subsequently based on this anylysis defines ideas to improve current financial situation.
