This bachelor thesis deals with brain tumor diseases. First part contains theoretical and general information about tumors, its origin, diagnostics and treatment options. Second part consists of case report of patient with specific brain tumor, which was treated, according to the latest medical procedures, with Awake brain surgery. Multidisciplinary care of a patient with breast cancer

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to describe the whole very difficult pathway of women with breast cancer diagnosis. The diagnosis which nobody wants to hear. I have found a lot of thesis about radiotherpy, about chemoterapy, about surgical themes or psychological problems associated with treatment. However, the breast cancer is so complex disease, which can affect lymphatic system, skeletal system, brain, lungs or liver, that it is impossible to divide phases of therapy. We can say with a little hyperbole that one doctor is no doctor. Multidisciplinary care and treatment is absolutely necessery, something, what we can't overview, because surgeon or oncologist without pathologist or radiologist is like a paraplegic. The thesis is divided into chapters, every chapter characterizes one phase of treatment and describes cure process of patient with special type of breast cancer - triple negative carcinom. The thesis focus on the description of the breast cancer diagnosis, its risk factors, epidemiology and describe treatment and nursing care through the whole spectrum of therapy. There is theoretical basis, multidisciplinary team decisions, psychological frame and main nursing diagnosis of appropriate phase of treatment in the each chapter. Management Education in Healthcare and its Impact on Practice

Global emphasis on improving the quality and economic efficiency of health services places high demands on the management of health facilities, which is in comparison to management in other sectors unique in many respects. It is an increasingly urgent need for leading healthcare professionals to develop expertise in addition to professional and managerial competence. In the Czech Republic there is a number of formal and informal institutions that provide training in management applied to health issues in different forms. Their training programs are designed differently, depending on the professional training of the participants and the level of management, for which they are intended. The most numerous group of senior medical staff consists of nurses, for which the management education is still somewhat neglected area. This thesis deals with the mapping of the state of education in the Czech Republic, which is aimed at paramedical workers, especially nurses.
