This master thesis deals with the valuation of the firm NHKZ Steel s.r.o. by using income capitalization approach. In the first part, there are described theoretical foundations of the thesis and process used for valuation of the company. The practical part contains the strategic and financial analysis, compilation of value drivers, proposal of the financial plan and cost of capital. At the end of the thesis, there is the valuation of the firm to the date 1. 1. 2017 using the method of discounted cash flow method DCF entities and the economic value added method.

The master's thesis is focused on the valuation of the firm ADOR CZ s.r.o. to the 1st January 2019 by using income capitalization approach. Specifically the method disconted cash flow in variant entity. The thesis is dividet into three main parts. The theoretical part is focused on the basic terms and definition. The practical part includes strategic analysis, financial analysis and SWOT analysis. The last part includes the analysis and prognosis of value drivers, financial plan and final valuation of the firm.

The Draft of the Corporate Financial Plan

The diploma thesis is focused on the draft corporate financial plan proposal. The first part of the thesis includes the theoretical background to financial plan issues. The second part consists of the presentation of the company and of its contemporary state´s and its business environment´s analysis. After that the financial plan for the years 2016- 2019 is proposed in optimistic and pesimistic variant, with its evaluation in the end.

The current effectivness of bankruptcy prediction models in the conditions of Central and Eastern Europe

Bachelor’s thesis describes issues of bankruptcy risk. It fleshes out key concepts related to bankrupt, introduces financial analysis like a instrument of evaluation enterprise financial situation and specifically deals with prediction bankruptcy models. Metodology of model construction is introduced and ROC curves as an efficiency testing method. Case study makes evaluation of accuracy for five chosen models in sector small and medium enterprises manufacturing industry of central and eastern Europe. Concluding part narrates possibility modification of models for accuracy increase.

The theoretical part of this diploma thesis is focused on the definition of the basic terms, methods and procedure of valuation. The analytical part includes strategic and financial analysis, analysis and forecast of the value drivers and financial plan. The valuation of the company is based on Discounted cash flow method and Economic value added method. Determination of value is made as at 1.1.2019.

The bachelor thesis focuses on evaluation of the financial situation of RAF Armatury s.r.o. for the period 2016-2020. Information needed to evaluate the financial situation have been drawn from annual reports and financial statements. The text is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the theoretical description of individual methods and indicators that assess the financial health of the company. The second part practically applies the knowledge from the theoretical part on the analysed company. The last part presents a proposal of practical steps to improve the current situation of the company.

This thesis is focused on the proposal of the company financial plan. The thesis is divided into 2 parts. The first part contains theoretical basis of financial planning, strategic and financial analysis. The practical part is focused on the evaluation of the financial health of the company using selected indicators of financial analysis. Based on the results of strategic and financial analysis is prepared financial plan for the selected company.
