The subject of my thesis is the design non-celar two-storey family house with a shop of copy requirements and copycentr. The building is built in a quiet village in the Štíty near Šumperk, in the cadastral Štíty-město. The house is designed for 4 people. Access to the building and premises are wheelchair accessible. The support structures are built of aerated concrete blocks insulated slabs of mineral wool. House is built on a strip of plain concrete. The roof is a truss, saddle. The project is the work of the seminar focused on assessment of structures in terms of thermal and acoustic techniques.

The Bachelor´s thesis Energy efficient house with desing office is made as building documentation in agreenment whith standarts and legal norms and acts. House is desinged as two floored basement house with pitched roof and one floored cellarless, flat roofe part with workshop and garage. The construction is based on a concrete strip foundation. The building is made of ceramic block, the ceiling and flat roof is designed as monolithic construcion, pitched roof is made as wooden roof construction. House is projected as Low energy detached house.

A subject of the bachelor work is a proposal of a house with two garage parking spots for regular cars and a dental office object in Povazska Bystrica suburb Povazske Podhradie. The house object has three stores, two above-ground floors and partial basement. The house object is designed for four occupants. The dental office object has one store and is disabledaccessible. Roofing is designed as a single-shrouded duo-roof. Main construction system is masonry of wooden-cement blocks Izoblok insulated with polystyrene. The work includes project design documentation of construction conduct and term paper–Building construction and object construction review regarding thermo technique and acoustic.

The bachelor thesis solves the design of modern house with a law firm in Povážské Podhradí. This is a three-storey building with a partial basement and with flat single shell roof, which is designed for 3-4 persons to stay and single floor object for law firm. The main construction system is masonry made of wood-cement blocks IZOBLOK.Buildings entrances are situated on the northern side.

Documentation of project in degree for realization of two floor detached house with fitness centre situated in locality Račice-Pístovice near Vyškov. Building is designed with regular elongated rectangular ground plan of the second floor, in the first floor is larger by fitness centre with the ground floor in the L-shape. Building envelope will be made of exact blocks Ytong with external insulation certified system and with wooden frames of windows with insulating glazing. House is gabled. The idea was to design building envelope energetically efficient with classification class of penetration of heat as B - efficient.

Detached house in Přibyslav

The bachelor´s thesis is processed on single-family house with an establishment. This work deals with designing an appropriate layout, design and architectual solution to not disturb the existing appearance of the lokality. It´s about a new insulated house with hairdresser´s, which is designed in parcel 981/87 cadastral areas in Přibyslav, that is located in the built-up area of newly built houses at the intersection of stress Podrázského and U Koupaliště. The habitable part of the house has two floors. It has ground floor, floor and attic. The roof above the living area is a gabled roof. The establishment has one floor, designed to be accesible to persons with reduced mobility and orientation. Over the establishment part is extensit green roof accesible from the attic. The building has also garage parking for two vehicles in the basement accessible from the street U Koupaliště.

It is a detached family house with a smaller fitness establishment. The shape of the building is rectangular with a gabled roof. The building has two above ground and one underground floor. The residential part consists of one apartment for a family with children. Plant fitness center has a capacity of approximately 15 people. The house is built of two structural systems. The perimeter wall in the basement is concrete shuttering with fittings BTB 40/20/24 XPS polystyrene insulation thickness 160 mm and the floors of the calcium silicate system SENDWIX fittings with insulation ROCKWOOL thickness 160 mm. The ceilings are made from POROTHERM system of beams and ceramic inserts MIAKO. The supporting structure of the roof is system of hambalek.

The final thesis deals with creating the business plan Letsgood.com s.r.o., which create modern software. Thesis is focused on strategic management and practical experiences of the author, which are gathered during his study, employment in the software company and his business. The aim of the thesis is to create a business plan up to 2016. In the theoretical part, author focuses on the comparison of various definitions of entrepreneurship, strategic corporate management and startup establishment. The beginning of the practical part describes company and its products. Next chapter forms definition of the market category, market and strategic analysis. The result of the analysis is projected to marketing strategy. Chapter people and financial plan eventually gives readers a realistic picture of the company's ambitions.

Bachelor thesis is focused on regional policy and Structural Funds of the European Union. Thesis is divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with definition of the regional policy of the European Union and the explanation of basic concepts related to selected regional operational program and the selected region - specifically, the description of the Regions Cohesion and Structural Funds of the European Union, the Regional Operational Programme South-East and municipalities with extended competence Czech Republic. Practical part of thesis is focused on evaluation of support options ORP Velké Meziříčí through the Regional Operational Programme South East. This is a detailed description of the selected region, analysis of the current state of execution of the ROP South East in ORP Velké Meziříčí, then a detailed assessment of the condition and the subsequent recommendations of several projects that can be implemented in the future with the help of the Structural Funds of the European Union.

The proposal of the marketing strategy for Altus Software is a work that deals with the marketing strategy of IT companies that supply the ERP solutions on the small and middle market businesses. The thesis takes advantage of theoretical information about the strategic marketing management and practical information of the author from the field of the information systems ERP. The aim of the thesis is to create a marketing startegic analysis following the proposal of a marketing strategy. The beginning of the practical part of the work describes the company Altus Software and allows even the unaware reader to understand the meaning of the company's business. In the process of analysis, the author concludes that the potential on the market is not entirely utilised and that it is possible to further develop the company's business. Most of the concerns that appear in practice are based on wrong hypotheses and the author disproves them.
