Barrel Rifling Machine Designe and Function Analysis
Loutocký, Petr ; Hammer, Miloš (referee) ; Jankových, Róbert (advisor)
This master’s thesis is devoted to rifling technologies of the barrel bore of fire and gas arms. In cooperation with the company Winston Production, s.r.o. also enters into operation issues of selected manufacturing machine Zs 151 for barrel rifling. It contains an analysis of legislative demands on the technical documentation, description of the construction and function of machinery and materials for the creation of local operating safety rules for its operation. The part of work is also 3D model of the machine created in software SolidWorks.
Progress Prediction of Diagnostic Quantities
Akhmadishina, Alina ; Hammer, Miloš (referee) ; Ertl, Jakub (advisor)
The work deals with the analysis of time series of diagnostic quantities measured in power oil transformers. The first part includes power oil transformers and the description of diagnostic variables that are measured inside these non-rotating electrical machines. The next section introduces the decomposition model of time series including analysis of all its components. The last part deals with the predictions of the likely survival time of power oil transformers operating in different power plants in the Czech Republic.
Reliability of technical systems
Pařil, Radek ; Pavlík, Josef (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
Abstract: The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of reliability and diagnostics of the electric rotary machines originated in industrial energetic practice. There are diagnostic methods in the diploma thesis having been used in practice and analysis of measurement results of the functional measurement on the real electric machines.
Safety of technological systems
Rotnágl, Pavel ; Pavlík, Josef (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
This thesis is focused on technical systems and evaluating their safety. It tries to make a complex view of links between safety, demands for quality and technical diagnostics. It tries to apply all the information about mentioned features to concrete branch of machines ¨C highŠ\voltage electrical rotary machines. Practical part of this thesis consists of statistical analysis of measured parameters by two hydroelectric generators. Main task of this thesis is to transpose theoretical knowledge of safety and technical systems to the branch of highŠ\voltage electrical rotary machines. This thesis also tries to find appropriate and more efficient evaluation method for analyzing the parameters of mentioned machines. Another benefit of this thesis should be bringing few new ideas about evaluating safety and technical status of highŠ\voltage electrical rotary machines. Keywords: technical system, safety, highŠ\voltage electrical machines, technical diagnostics
Safety of technological systems
Jiříček, Petr ; Pavlík, Josef (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
The work deals with the safety of technological systems and can be divided into two main thematic units. The attention in the first theoretic unit is paid to aspects that affect the safety of technological systems during their technical life. It describes, together with elementary norms and acts solving the products safety, the most important principles for creating and analysing the safety. It clarifies the origin of company’s risk management, part of its quality management, mentions the faults in which products can be found and also describes the failures which have the biggest effect on these faults and of course on the safety too. Attention is further paid to the reliability analysis, as the tool that helps to create the products safety in the pre-manufacturing phase and also to technical diagnostic, as the tool to keep the safety in after-manufacturing phase. The second practical unit arithmetically analyses the safety of two high-voltage transformers. For that it was used the database of real operation numerical values that were gained during diagnostic investigations on these transformers. In addition it describes mentioned diagnostics methods and gives the new procedure for analyse of transformers’ safety by criteria matrix and weighted sum approach. The main contribution of the work can be considered the checkout and the evaluation of this procedure for use in elaboration of high-voltage transformers diagnostic values for analyzing their safety.
Theory of maintenance and reliability
Ličko, Ľubomír ; Jankových, Róbert (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
This work deals with the theory of maintenance, which analyses the basic structure and systems of maintenance. Then explains the concept of reliability and maintenance affect the reliability of the technical system. Further work will focus on the reliability centered maintenance (RCM), whose solution is shown on the equipment for injection molding Ferromatik Milacron K-TEC 250.
Hydrostatic, deformation and piston pressure gauges
Gregor, Kamil ; Turygin, Andrei (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with barometers, especially the principle of their function. The topic of this thesis is hydrostatic barometers, which work on the principle of hydrostatic power; deformation barometers, which measure pressure on the basis of elastic deformation; and finally force barometers, which measure force derived from the pressure applied on a specific area inside the barometer. The first part of the thesis focuses on diagnostics using barometers. An example of practical application of diagnostics is presented, too. In the second part of the thesis there is a practical example of using barometers in diagnostics.
Theory of maintenance and reliability
Novák, Marek ; Veselkov, Vladimir (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
The Bachelor thesis is focused on theory of maintenance and reliability. Question of maintenance and reliability is very important during service machine and it can be helpful to reduce operating costs. In the Bachelor thesis are describes basics terms asociated with the theory of maintenance and reliability. Also it provides information about gradual evolution of maintenance systems. In the last part is an examle of engeneering practice with summary and evaluation of an example.
Contact and non-contact method of surface texture evaluation
Harčarík, Matej ; Hammer, Miloš (referee) ; Jankových, Róbert (advisor)
The goal of this thesis was to create an overview of methods of surface texture evaluation, to analyse measurements of roughness profile parameters made with contact instruments and non-contact instrument Talysurf CCI Lite and to deduce practical recommendations from them. Based on measurements made, analyses of influence of cut-off settings on roughness measurement and of measurement variability were performed. Steps of the measurement process requiring special attention were identified. The output of this thesis is a proposal of measurement procedure for Talysurf CCI Lite.
Management and maintenance engineering
Pšenková, Tereza ; Řezníčková, Hana (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
The object of this thesis „Management and maintenance engineering” is an introduction of maintenance theory and its integration in the company. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the basic terms and methods of maintenance management from corrective maintenance till complex productive maintenance. In practical part it is focused on the implementation and progress of TPM management at the specific workplace.
