Analysis of Terms of Development of selected Type of Torism in the

The bachelor thesis analyses the conditions for development of agritourism and rural tourism, which focus exclusively on the territory of south Bohemia. It also describes selected chosen objects within the South Bohemian Region focusing on accommodation capacity. In the practical part is realized questionnaire survey, use on selected object and evaluation of the current state of agritourism. The conclusion summarizes the findings and proposals for further development possibilities of rural tourism in the South Bohemian Region.

RNDr. Dalibor Šatinský, Ph.D. Title of Graduation Thesis: Determination of illegal substances in cosmetics using modern chromatographic methods This diploma thesis deals with the development of ultra - fast liquid chromatographic method, which will best detect the preservatives used in cosmetics (parabens). The development of the method involves the selection of the best stationary phase and the mobile phase. In the next phase, selecting the appropriate temperature, gradient, flow rate, and before applying real cosmetic samples, validation was required to show that the method is sufficiently accurate and repeatable for this research. This development of the method was performed on the UltiMate ™ 3000 HPLC and UHPLC System, 9 stationary phases from 4 manufacturers (Fortis, Ascentis, Kinetex, Onyx), properties and contents were evaluated. The most suitable stationary phase that separated all 9 substances was Kinetex Biphenyl 100A, 2.6 μm 150 x 4.6 mm. Developing of the inclusion of Key Stage 1 pupils in the first year with English as an additional language

The aim of this master thesis is to present one of many trends in the development of english primary schools. The trend is more precisely defined in the name of this master thesis and namely as "Developing of the inclusion of Key Stage 1 pupils in the first year with English as an additional language." In the theoretical part, this master thesis shall bring a description of the structure of english primary schools, more detailed description of primary community school and the characteristic of pupils with EAL. Furthermore trends and requisites for education of pupils with EAL (English as additional language) in core subjects which are English, Mathematics and Science in the first Year of Key Stage 1 shall be described. The practical part is the crucial part in this master thesis. Qualitative research shall be carried on by means of case study in the first year of Key Stage 1 at community primary school in Derby which is a city in England. For complexity of this case study were placed three questionnaires and realization of a model lesson. The first questionnaire was placed for pupils in the first year, the second one for their parents and the third one for the class teacher and her two assistants. Risk analysis and evaluation of sources of public water supply

The thesis is focused on the identification, quantification and assessment of risks in the supply of drinking water, the application of appropriate methods for specific public water supply, the environment and operation. WaterRisk method based on EN 31010 Risk Management - Techniques of risk assessment methods are chosen - analysis of possible defects and their consequences (FMEA), Pareto diagram and Ishikawa diagram. The aim of the thesis is analyze and assess the quality, environmental and safety risks to the public water supply system and use tools for their management and elimination. The results will be compared and evaluated the advantages and disadvantages of each analysis.

Possibilities of dispersed reinforcement for lightweight concrete

Master´s thesis deals with some problems associated with utilisation of lightweight concrete from the porous aggregates in the load – carrying structures. The thesis focuses on the possibilities of the increase of the cement composites toughness using dispersed reinforcement. Lightweight concretes were reinforced with a combination of different lengths of polypropylene fibers Forta Ferro. There were used polypropylene fibers of three lengths 19, 38, 54 mm. The thesis is divided into theoretical, experimental and static part.

New build of shopping center

This thesis is decribing documentation of brand new shopping center building at the terms of project specification for the building permit. There are requirements set to the draft for the layout of the building in connection with ensuring construction in terms of static, thermal technical, fire safety, energy saving and safety in usage. The project is created in software AutoCad, the calculation for the assessment of thermal properties is created in the software Teplo a Ztráty. Calculation for the fire safety and static calculation of reinforced concrete panel is processed by manual calculation.

The Filtration Media in Water Treatment

This bachelor thesis mainly deals with filter media for treatment of drinking water, their properties, uses and try to imagine new possibilities for choosing of filter materials on the market. To better understand the use of materials in water filtration, the work deals with the local water filtration generally. These are mainly slow biological filtration and high-rate filtraion, but there is also described the possibility of further filtration through a granular material such as sand filtration pressure. Finally, Here is described also increasingly developing membrane technology. In the laboratory practical part deals with on the pressure loss on the filter, which were selected by the filter material obtained device model filtration column. These data are, in practice, an important indicator for the selection of filter material according to traffic needs.

Theater for the deaf

ABSTRACT
Dissertation thesis Theater for the Deaf is engaged in the artistic possibilities of
interpreting theater productions into the sign language. The work first describes the
basic hearing disabilities as well as pitfalls to which Deaf are exposed to. The text
deals with the Deaf culture and the core part of the thesis is devoted to artistic
interpretation, the various ways of its presentation and its appropriateness for the
theater. Work describes the creative process of interpreted performance, ie. current
practice of selection of the performances, today?s established cooperation between
theaters and professional institutions for the hearing impaired, the financial
demands of different ways of interpreting and such practical individual steps in
production and promotion.
