Family house

Topic of the thesis was to make architectural drawings of two floor building in Zlín, which is placed on planar terrain. Object is supposed to serve four member family for living. Main entrance to object is fluently connected to Zálešná VIII street. The house is made of two main volumes. The first one is created from two blocks into the L-shape. The second volume is block recessed into the first one. Main rooms for living are situated on a South of the building. Vertical structure which supports roof slabs are made of Ytong blocks. Roof slabs above first floor and a staircase is made of monolitic concrete. Roof above the second floor is composed of Spiroll panels. Drawings were created in Archicad software. Vizualizations were created using SketchUp, Artlantis and Photoshop softwares.

Bachelor thesis is focused on design and project documentation of a family house in an urban area cadastral area Kluky, Hradec Kralove, of plot number 328/66. The resulting proposal arises from the surrounding buildings and the land use plan. The building has one floor with attic and attached garage, a gabled roof and no basement.

Bachelor´s thesis deals with a project of a family house and geodetic office within development area of family houses in Prievaly cadastral area. Structure is designed as three-storey house with a semibasement, composed by the basement floor and two storeys above the ground. Structure is suited in a midly sloping terrain. Main entrance is positioned in the front part which is oriented towards north. Entrance to the office is positioned from western side. Family house is designed for 4-6 member family, garage is intended for one car only. In the basement part is geodetic office for 3-4 employes. In the 1st floor is the social part of the house and in the 2nd floor is a quiet part of the house. Structure is based on footing from plain concrete. The vertical loadbearing structures are made of Porotherm clay brick while the floor structures are made of reinforced concrete. Saddle roof of the building with a slope of 32°.
Resort "RELAX"

This thesis describes the design of the recreation grounds, which consists of a main building of a restaurant and six holiday cottages. The plot is also a tennis court. The restaurant is a two-storey building without a basement. All the cottages are single storey and cellar. Restaurants device is designed for a maximum capacity of 70 people. Total capacity of the entire complex is 30 beds. The restaurant is focused on the northern part of the land and buildings of six holiday cottages on the south side. Restaurant is designed as a brick structure with a contact insulating system. Partitions are designed as plasterboard. The ceiling is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. Part of the roof is designed as a pitch roof truss recognized. The largest area of flat roof occupies roof vegetation. Part of the restaurant is walk-terrace. The cottages are designed masonry with contact insulating system. Partitions are designed as plasterboard. Roofs are designed as counter recognized truss. The thesis contains drawings and technical documentation and it is composed as an implementation project.

The shape and height position of the house is adapted to vertical alignment of the ground.The house is designed for 4 family members. The main entrance is in the first floor from the street of Vinařská. The house is connected garage for one car.The main residential rooms are situated to the southwest side of the house. Vertical constructions are made of ceramic bricks. All ceiling construction is monolithic. House has got a mono-pitched roof. The project was processed by a computer program AutoCAD.

Topic of my bachelor thesis is creating design documentation on level of detailed design, Detached house with design office. Project contains engineering reports, drawings, thermal assessment, fire safety assessment, simplified foundation design and design of staircase. Designed house has partial basement with one above ground floor. Structural systém is mansory walls,based on strip foundations, staircase is cast-in-place reinforced concrete, ceiling is made of precast prestressed hollow core slabs, roof structure is made from timber truss beams on which is suspended thermal insulated, plasterboard ceiling. Project was designed by computer software ArchiCAD 16 and vizualization done by program Artlantis 4.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is a new family house with project office in Uherský Brod. Family house is located on flat land in a short distance from the city center. The building is two-floor. In the first floor is located entrance to the building, storeroom, utility room, living room, sbathroom, WC and project office with own entrance and WC. From the first floor is also entrance to the terrace and garden. In the second floor is situated bedroom with dressing room, two bedrooms, bathroom and WC. From one of the bedroom is possible to access to the balcony. The roof above the first floor is flat, the roof above second flat is mono-pitched roof. The building is made of structural masonry system Porotherm 30 P+D, insulation system EPS 100F, roof truss from bonded girder, roof covering foil Fatrafol. Garage is designed as a detached building roofed with a flat roof. Garage is made of the structural system Porotherm 30 P+D. Project Documentation is created in AutoCAD.
Monolithic reinforced concrete detached house

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a newly built cast-in-place detached house in the village called Křepice u Hustopečí. It is a double-storey building without cellar. The shape and height position of the house is adapted to vertical alignment of the ground. The house is designed for four family members. The main entrance to the building is from the north side in the first floor level. The garage for two cars is a part of the house. The main residential rooms are situated to the south and east side of the building. Vertical load-bearing structures are made of a cast-in-place reinforced concrete as well as staircase. Partitions are made of clay blocks. The floor structures are composite steel and concrete structures and the roof is mono-pitched. The dominant elements of this detached house are big windows leading to the garden and connecting the house with the surrounding environment. The project was processed by computer software ArchiCAD 16.
Reconstruktion and new plan of St. Tomas court in Brno

The St. Tomas Court is the official historical monument of Brno city dated back to end of 18th century. This thesis is dedicated to reconstruction and rebuilding of the whole building whose premises are currently used by a horse riding club. The purpose of this thesis is to maintain the original symetric composition of the courtyard. The yard area creates an inner space which will be used for verdure redesign including a lounge area. The inner structure will be enclosed by terrain stands. That will create a decent green area in the city centre which could be freely used by general public for relaxation purposes. The whole rebuilding will turn the building into a cultural-commercial premises. The left part of the building will be dedicated for a multipurpose cultural hall. The main building will be used for administration and other related activities. The right wing is going to be turned into cafe, shop and administration unit.
