Radar Signals with Pulse Compression Analysis in Matlab
Trnčíková, Veronika ; Dušek, Martin (referee) ; Šebesta, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis is dedicated to pulse modulation influence to the ambiguity function. The ambiguity function indicates the resolution of the system in range and Doppler frequency. The thesis contains the general introduction of radiolocation basis, individual modulations and the solution in MATLAB environment utilizing spare matrix principles. Graphs of ambiguity function for individual modulations created in MATLAB environment are included in the text.
Microcontroller-based graphic equalizer
Šmotek, Jiří ; Šebesta, Jiří (referee) ; Dušek, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with problems of correction of audio-signal by help of equalizer. The first part discusses the fundamental properties of electronic filters. The second part describes graphic equalizer and its schematics. A simulation of this suggested connection is executed in the PSpice software. Furthermore, the circuit diagram is presented and the proposal of PCB design equalizer is realized using the digital potentiometers instead of the classic potentiometers. Following part is then focused on description of a programme for the microcontroller and PC. The last part finally presents the measurement.
Acquisition Unit for Security System
Pejchal, Luboš ; Fuchs,, Michal (referee) ; Dušek, Martin (advisor)
Project is focused to development of security unit for security of homes, flats and other similar spaces against intruders (thieves). Design is focused to solution of hardware and firmware for security units and their control software for PC. Hardware design solve supply over ethernet PoE, backup of supply, connection securities sensors to security unit. Firmware prevents failure of units and it is communicating with sensors and PC. Software in PC provides settings of security units, deactivating of alarm and measure temperature by security unit.
RFID bus-stop identifacation for sightless people
Straka, Radomír ; Zamazal,, Michal (referee) ; Dušek, Martin (advisor)
The aim of this master’s thesis is to design a device for identification of bus stops for blind people. In the beginning the work describes information about the RFID system, characterizes each part of this system, mutual communication of its components and evaluates possibilities of RFID communication frequency bands. Subsequently the work describes the block diagram of the device and the circuit scheme of each block. Work concentrates on a selection of circuit components for the RFID transceiver, the voice module, the control module and choose a suitable transponder to place it on metal constructions. Control programs are also described. PCB design of each board, partlists and source codes are in the appendices of this master’s thesis.
Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Parameters Identification
Dušek, Martin ; Veselý, Ivo (referee) ; Blaha, Petr (advisor)
This work deals with the on-line identification of permanent magnet synchronous motor parameters. There is discussed the use of four different identification algorithms based on the least squares method and MRAS. The functionality of the algorithms is verified in Matlab - Simulink environment. Simulation results are compared in terms of rate and accuracy of identification, resistance to noise and other factors.
Routing protocols metric determination in wireless sensor networks
Dušek, Martin ; Šimek, Milan (referee) ; Morávek, Patrik (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with wireless sensor networks (WSNs) in terms of routing protocols and metrics. There is described common view on these networks and their comparison with IP networks. In addition, some types of protocols, used in WSNs, are described and representatives of each type are included. There is also considered influence of metrics on a route selection and presented two methods of calculation. In conclusion, an application, that simulates the use of each type of metrics for path search and displays the differently evaluated paths, is designed.
Laboraty Pulse Power Supply Using Output Linear Stabilization
Lednický, Marek ; Dušek, Martin (referee) ; Šebesta, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with switched mode power supplies. The theoretic part of the thesis consists of historical development and the elementary schemes of switched mode power supplies. It also includes the comparing with linear regulators. Next, it contains the description of individuals parts switched mode power supplies as a rectifiers, power supplies and stabilizers. There is a proposal and fixing of laboratory pulse power supply using output linear stabilization in the practical part of the paper.
SIP Protocol Implementation
Dušek, Martin ; Zukal, Martin (referee) ; Číka, Petr (advisor)
This Master’s thesis deals in detail with the SIP protocol – a method of communication between two entities, various types of transmitted messages and their content. Few SIP libraries are introduced and two of them are used for development of an application for audio/video conference-calls. Compilation of OPAL and PTlib libraries for Windows 7 Professional (64bit) is described, and problems resulting from lack of information provided by authors. New improved “how to build” is presented. At the end, paper focuses on several ways of development of mentioned application.
Class H audio power amplifier design
Spáčil, Tomáš ; Šebesta, Jiří (referee) ; Dušek, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis is dealing with a plan of a low frequency ending amplifier of class H that is made of discreet parts. Content of this work is an explanation of basic terms and classes of ending levels low frequency amplifiers. The ending level in class H is written in detail including its possible kinds of solution. The own solution of amplifier in class H is completed by simulation and areal connectors to individual parts. The aim of this work is a prototype of a final look of a device with record about measurement of its basic qualities and their evaluation.
Microwave Modulators Based on Sixports
Dušek, Martin ; Bezoušek, Pavel (referee) ; Galajda, Pavol (referee) ; Šebesta, Jiří (advisor)
This doctoral thesis is focused on problems of modulators based on six-ports. It begins with description of current state of the art of six-ports used like modulators, their transfer functions and SIW technology. A design part of this thesis consists from experimental six-port based on substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) technology. There is presented step-by-step development of this six-port using this technology and also there is introduced micro-strip technology based six-port. Final design of six-ports and variable impedances were measured, the results are discussed and compared with expected ones in next chapters. Second part of this thesis deals with influences of internal parameters of six-ports to final signal transmission and derives theirs transfer functions for more than one reflection in structure. The computation results are compared with experimental measurements for fixed loads. With using of ideal loads sweeps, modulations with shaped input signals were calculated. For designed variables impedances, there was founded the optimal biasing points for demanded IQ diagram and discussed which from tested active circuit is suitable. In the last part there are shown results of experiment with these variable loads connected to both types of designed six-ports.
