Graphic Development Environment of Agent Low Level Language
Kürti, Szabolcs ; Zbořil, František (referee) ; Horáček, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this work is to design and implement a graphic development environment of agent language ALLL. Language ALLL going to be described in details, such as the ANTLR framework for generating language recognition tools. Theoretical basis of multi-agent systems, together with the features of the selected platform, will be discussed as well. Description of the implementation is followed by the presentation of testing. Closure deals with the discussion of the achieved results.
Agent Platform for Wireless Sensor Networks
Lichý, Stanislav ; Zbořil, František (referee) ; Horáček, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to implement the agent platform for SunSpot sensor nodes. Reader is firstly presented with introduction to wireless sensor networks and the SunSpot sensor nodes. The thesis then describes the terms agent, agent platform and BDI agent. Then the description of ALLL language and related agent platform called WSageNt is presented. The rest of thesis deals with the concept and implementation of compatible agent plaform for SunSpot sensor nodes. The final part discusses results of work, compatibility with WSageNt platform and possible extensions.
Language of Higher Level of Abstraction for Programming Mobile Intelligent Agents
Kalmár, Róbert ; Horáček, Jan (referee) ; Zbořil, František (advisor)
The aim of this work is to design a language of higher level of abstraction for programming mobile intelligent agents and implement a compiler for this language. There will also be presented the ANTLR tool for generating syntax and lexical analyzers. The reader will become familiar with theoretical and practical aspects of implementation of the compiler and also with programming in this language. There will be shown the environment for programming in this language and some examples of agent codes at the end.
Parallel Heat Flux Decay Length Study in the COMPASS Tokamak Using MWIR and LWIR Cameras
Vondráček, Petr ; Horáček, Jan ; Pánek, Radomír ; Gauthier, E.
A comprehensive study of a parallel heat flux in a tokamak scrape-off layer (SOL) has been performed in the COMPASS tokamak recently. Specially shaped high field side (HFS) limiter was used to estimate a heat flux radial decay length for small limiter radial misalignment. Long wavelength IR microbolometer and medium wavelength IR InSb camera were used for this purpose. This paper compares results obtained by the means of both cameras and demonstrates observation of very narrow heat flux decay length close to the last closed flux surface (LCFS) independantly on used camera.
Infrared Thermography on the COMPASS Tokamak
Vondráček, Petr ; Horáček, Jan ; Cahyna, Pavel ; Pánek, Radomír ; Uličný, J.
This contribution describes a new slow infrared camera obtained by the COMPASS tokamak at IPP Prague. We focus on the camera limitations affecting the experimental data (temporal and spatial smoothing, time shift). Data time deconvolution used to correct the effect of the long response time of the camera detector is described. The second part of the contribution is devoted to the physic basis for the design of a new fast IR camera system planned for installation in COMPASS during the next year.
Level of Usage of Voice User Interface
Horáček, Jan ; Šalamon, Tomáš (advisor)
This study focuses on the voice user interface, that is the communication between a human and a machine using speech. The aim is to contribute to reader’s familiarity with basic theoretical approaches to the topic, to identify main software products and to assess their present level of usability. A recognition of crucial factors hindering mass utilization of such technologies by common users is included as well. The work consists of two parts. The goal of the first one is to introduce basic terms and principles of the functionality of the voice user interface and its three main parts: a system for speech synthesis, for speech recognition and a dialog manager. In the second part, characteristics of particular products based on the speech synthesis or recognition will be given, especially of those designed for general use on a PC. A chapter examining current situation and possible progress in the usage of the voice user interface by the visually impaired people follows. The last chapters study other possible utilities, where an adequate attention is paid especially to those bringing advantage to telephone users.
Weather influence on speculation on stock markets
Horáček, Jan ; Pánková, Václava (advisor) ; Křepelová, Marika (referee)
Topic of this master thesis is to examine whether weather related mood changes are in correlation with price of stocks. Thesis focuses on middle Europe stock market indexes PX, SAX, ATX and DAX. Research is based on relationship between daily cloud cover and development of the indexes form 1995 to 2012. It also focuses on comparison of several different models, especially models of seemingly unrelated regressions. It shows that indexes PX and ATX are significantly negatively correlated with local cloud cover. Use of seemingly unrelated regressions offers slightly better results. The relation between cloud cover and stock indexes is not strong enough to be used for weather based speculations
Demand functions as an econometric model
Horáček, Jan ; Pánková, Václava (advisor) ; Křepelová, Marika (referee)
Topic of this bachelor thesis explores influence of monetary policy and GDP on aggregate demand and differences between USA, Germany and Czech Republic. It uses annual and quarterly data since 1995 and for USA since 1985. The work proves influence of inflation and interest rates on this demand. There is significantly lower influence on Germany and Czech Republic then on USA because these European central banks have more strict monetary policy then FED. Second explored aspect is influence of GDP. It was proved that GDP influences aggregate demand in each country differently. It is partly due to transformation of Czech Republic and East Germany from socialistic system to free market economy and partly due to size and international economic integration.

Havlíček, J. ; Kudláček, O. ; Janky, F. ; Horáček, Jan ; Beňo, R. ; Valcárcel, D.F. ; Fixa, J. ; Brotánková, Jana ; Zajac, Jaromír ; Hron, Martin ; Pánek, Radomír ; Cahyna, Pavel
The COMPASS tokamak is in a test operation after its reinstallation in Institute of Plasma Physics AS CR in Prague (IPP Prague) in the year 2008. This operation consists of commissioning of various diagnostics and tokamak auxiliary systems. This paper presents current status of magnetic diagnostics after its refurbishment, used method of the calibration and shows examples of magnetic diagnostics utilization for plasma position reconstruction as well as for vertical hydraulic preload interlock system.
Magnetická diagnostika pro zahajovací fázi projektu COMPASS
Havlíček, Josef ; Horáček, Jan ; Weinzettl, Vladimír ; Hronová-Bilyková, Olena ; Naydenkova, Diana ; Zajac, Jaromír
The COMPASS tokamak was successfully reinstalled in Prague after two and half years of intensive work. The first plasma shot was achieved on 9th December 2008. The work on the commissioning to the full performance has begun after this first shot. This paper presents results of magnetic diagnostics measurements for the first COMPASS shot and subsequent campaign. First attempts to plasma position reconstruction are described and a comparison of computed magnetic field and magnetic field measured directly with Hall sensors is shown.
