This essay is outlining some problems with project education and possibilities of pupils of practical school in this area. Intention of this essay is to describe how we can apply environmental education in the form of simple projects which are based on cooperation, that all in the area of special education. The goal is to provide an outline and inspiration for theoretical and practical processing of project. A partial goal is to outline area of education of mental disable pupils. There is specification of two projects in the practical part on which will the pupils of two-year practical school collaborate. Outcome of the practical part is in the examination of usefulness of project in process of teaching the environmental education. For those who are interest this is helpful proposal for application of your own projects in which is taken into account mental level of pupils and other aspects such as rehabilitation of school environment . 	Gerontology Thorovská, Alena ; Přívratský, Vladimír (referee) ; Vančata, Václav (referee) The presented thesis is devoted to the issue of gerontology. In the theoretical part I will define the basic terms of social gerontology and then I will briefly deal with its history and current activities. In the next part I will continue by integrating the social gerontology into the world context and I will shortly expand on the demographic situation in our country and in the world. I will also mention the symptoms of ageing and its prevention. In the research part I will interview students of two Prague grammar schools and the following chapter will be devoted to the treatment and the evaluation of the results. In the practical part I will try to suggest some issues for the social gerontology that could be possibly incorporated to the Framework educational programme.
