The content of my bachelor thesis is to perform a financial analysis of company Spolchemie, a.s. during the period of years 2003 and 2008. I evaluated financial position of the company from the position of an external user and on the basis of public sources availability. The thesis contains theoretical part, which is elaborated on the basis of technical literature and practical part, where are applied theoretical approaches. The conclusion of thesis is focused on comparison of values of financial indicators of analysed company with the average values of department.

Financial analysis of the company Železiarne Podbrezová a.s.

In my Bachelor thesis I focused on the financial analysis of the company Zeleziarne Podbrezová a.s. , which I acted according to the literature to a comprehensive financial assessment. I drawned the information also from Internet resources and publicly available annual reports. The methodological section includes an explanation of the calculations and procedures for the application section. The application section incorporates the indicators as well as charts and their interpretation. The financial situation of Zeleziarne Podbrezová a. s, in the period between 2004-2007, I evaluate as very well. Every year the company improved and showed better results "in all" criteria. Increasing the volume of production, income, profits, liquidity, profitability, obtaining good results in liquidation criteria and creating economic value added.

This work is divided into 2 parts. theoretical part contains basic methods of financial analysis. The second practical part contain calculated answer of horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of the ratio indicators, and others indicators of company Veseta.

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je vypracovat finanční analýzu podniku Karosa, a.s. a posoudit jeho finanční zdraví z pohledu externího uživatele. Na základě teoretických dovedností získaných během mého studia na Vysoké škole ekonomické, prozkoumám majetkový a finanční stav dané společnosti. Mým účelem je zhodnotit celkovou finanční situaci podniku a ukázat na slabá místa, která by podnik mohla ohrozit. Tato analýza se skládá z teoretické a aplikační části. V teoretické části uvedu formulace výpočtů a postupů. Aplikační část se bude zabývat uvedením dat, které jsem s těchto výpočtů dostal a které také okomentuji. Celkově se analýza bude zabývat obdobím 5 let, a to od roku 2004 do roku 2008

My bachelor paper points out the financial health of company Remak a.s. for time period 2003- 2007. It consists of metodical part, in which I present particular steps and methods of calculation in my paper. In analytical part I use these methods on the firm I have chosen. From the results of the calculations it is possible to find out that the firm is one of most modern and best functioned in region of Moravia and also on air conditioning market. Company was found in 1991 and during this age achieved such good results, that today it does not need almost any foreign financial recources.

In my bachelor thesis I elaborated financial analysis of Plzensky Prazdroj, a.s. and its interpretation. In the teoretical part I explained the procedures and indicators with help of specialized literarure. The practical part is about observation of developmental trends of indicators, explanation of those indicators and ideas for improvement. My goal was evaluate the financial situation of the company between April 1st, 2002 and March 31st, 2008.

The main aim of my bachelor work is financial analysis and evaluation of financial health of the company Lázně Teplice v Čechách, a.s. in years 2004 -- 2007. It is a financial analysis from the view of external user. For evaluation of the financial standing of this company were used horizontal and vertikal analysis, ratio analysis and some of moredimensional models for prediction of corporate bankruptcy. It contains comparison with some companies in the branch of spas.
