Computer Game with Particle Systems

This bachelory thesis describes the design and the implementation of a 3D computer game with particle systems. The particle systems can be used for the simulation of a stochastic natural phenomena, for example fire and snow. In this thesis, you can find the description of the evolution of these systems, their uses and the description of the particular implementation. Other parts of the text are focused on another subjects involved in the game programming. The selection of an essential tool for game creation, a game engine, is crucial. Very important is also a collision detection that enables the movement of the objects in a game world and their responses to it. The design and the description of some parts of the implemented game is also a part of this work.

Educational Game on XNA Platform

This work deals with design and implementation of a game based on the XNA platform. It describes the platform and its possibilities of game development for both the PC and the Xbox 360 console. The implemented game is called NanoHeal and it is about the treatment of various health problems. The work also investigates graphic techniques such as non-photorealistic rendering, the depth of field effect and particle systems. These techniques are used to achieve the distinguished look of the game. Key features of the game were evaluated in the online questionnaire.

Marketing in social networks

This thesis is divided into three content sections. The first part is devoted to theoretical and general information about social networks - their origin, development and current form. The second theoretical part focuses on a specific example of social networks - Facebook and its potential marketing use. The last third part is the practical part which illustrates the information from the theory by real campaigns in practice.

Redistribution aspects of benefit

In my bachelor work I deal with social security benefits especially from the point of redistributing. In the same time I pay attention mainly to families with children. Each of us has to realize that receiving and paying of particular benefits is an integral part and also a principle of our living standart. The first part of my work delimits theoretical terms and explains the construction of various benefits and the conditions for receiving them. Further practical part is dedicated to specific analysis of some section of social security. In the last part I mention practical examples for calculaton of particular benefits and their payments.
