The importance and new trends of hipotourism in South Bohemia

This thesis was focused on the importance and new trends of hipotourism in South Bohemia and further development of this type of tourism. The work describes the South Bohemia and his regions. Indicators of tourism oriented to hipotourism are described. The questionnaire was compiled in the analysis of hipotourism. Based on the analysis and survey project was developed further development of hipotourism in South Bohemia.

Analysis of hipotourism in the region of South Bohemia and on the proposal for a new product

This bachelor work has been focused on the development of hipotourism in the region of South Bohemia and on the proposal for a new product. The work describes the region of South Bohemia and his regions. The analysis of the indicators of tourism which is oriented on hipotourism is performed. Within the scope of taking of potential applicants for horse tourism, a list of questions has been compiled. The evaluation of question list survey has made basis for making sets of services. In conclusion a proposal for hipotourist trial in the district of Písek has been made, which could help the development of hipotourism in this region.

Tourism as a development factor in Decin region

The aim of thesis is to identify factors for future tourism development in Decin region. The theoretical part deals with general definition of tourism its position in the national economy and also outlines the importance of tourism for the regional and microregional development in Czech Republic. The practical part is focused on tourism in Decin region. Firstly, the basic and supporting infrastructure of tourism is defined by description, the areas of possible further development of the region are identified and the economic impact of tourism on the selected area is hypothesized. Consequently, the range of accommodation facilities and services for tourists in Decin region are evaluated by the questionnaire survey. The representative sample of 13 facilities, ie 10% of total, is randomly selected of the 131 providers of accommodation services. The structure of facilities and the quality of its services is identified by the synthesis of the data. In conclusion, the results may help us to determinate the temporary situation in accommodation services, to indentify the main barriers of the tourist development and to suggest possible improvements and funding for further tourism development in Decin region.

Financial crisis and its impact on public finances

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to analyze impact of financial crisis on public sector, especially on public expenses and government budget. First part describes mortgage crisis and its causes. Further there is an analysis of its impact on financial sector and origin of financial crisis, which after all led in economic recession. The second part is devoted to government rescue plans to boost the economy and financial system and evaluation of their efficiency. The last part is focused on debt crisis of developed countries and its possible solutions.

VYUŽITÍ FINANČNÍ PODPORY ZE STRUKTURÁLNÍCH FONDŮ EU V HLAVNÍM MĚSTĚ PRAZE

Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou Strukturálních fondů EU. Konkrétně se snažím nastínit využití finanční podpory EU v Hlavním městě Praze, které v období 2007-2013 spadá pouze do cíle Regionální konkurenceschopnost a zaměstnanost a nemůže tak, narozdíl od ostatních regionů soudržnosti, využít finanční podpory i z jiných fondů EU. Ve své práci analyzuji možnosti využití dvou operačních programů vyhrazených pouze našemu Hlavnímu městu, tj. Operační program Praha Konkurenceschopnost a Operační program Praha Adaptabilita. V praktické části bakalářské práce hodnotím využití finanční podpory ze Strukturálních fondů EU v Městské části Praha 4, zejména přestavbu značně zchátralého Dominikánského dvora. Jedná se o městskou památku, která již řadu let čeká na potřebnou přestavbu a nové funkční využití. Z důvodu vysoké investice a obtížnosti sehnání soukromého investora Městská část Praha 4 zvažuje využití podpory ze strukturálních fondů EU.

Pohledávky v účetnictví a daních

Práce se věnuje problematice pohledávek z obchodních vztahů. V prvé části se zaměřuje na účetní vykazování jednotlivých operací s pohledávkami a na jejich daňové dopady. Cílem druhé části práce je popsat daňové dopady pohledávek jako celku na finanční situaci podniku. Třetí část práce je věnována zajištění pohledávek se zaměřením na oblast směnky a faktoringu. Na závěr práce je zařazen praktický příklad řízení a vykazování pohledávek u účetní jednotky ? osoby samostatně výdělečně činné.
