Unemployment of university graduates in Prague

Bachelor thesis Unemployment of university graduates in Prague is divided into theoretical and analytical part. In theoretical part are explained and described basic terms connected with unemployment. Analytical part is focused on development of unemployment in Prague since 2000 to 2014. In the second part is also examined unemployment in Prague in relation to gender and education. Next point of this part is also comparing rate of unemployment university graduates of public university in Prague. The last section of bachelor thesis is a practical part, where the survey was processed. The aim of the survey is to discover who had to go after graduation to job centre and what was the main reason, if respondents worked during their study and if it was for them advantage. The analysis showed that in comparison to other regions in the Czech Republic, Prague has the lowest unemployment rate (5,27 % in 2014). It was also found out that there is higher unemployment between women than men. The analysis of unemployment rates by education showed that the best perspective on the labor market have graduates (1,7 %) and the worst people with basic education (13,73 %). Surveys showed that the most common reason for unemployment between university graduates is insufficient work experience.
Analysis of selected health insurance companies and their comparison

The aim of this theses is to create analysis of selected health insurance campenies and theirs comparison under the agreement of chosen criterions between 2010 and 2014. Partial aims - to find which offer (benefits) Czech health insurances provide for insured persons in comparison with Slovac ones. In the theoretical part of this theses is used the specialist literature which includes the topic of the health insurance , the insurance companies and things related to them. The first part of the analytical work is focused on the analysis of the Czech health insurances. In this part are individual health insurances analysed from the point of view of the number of insured persons, the accessibility of health insurances, the yearly cost of one insured person, the number of the insured persons that falling on one employee, the average expended cost for pharmaceuticals for each insured person, the average income from insurance for one insured person and the offering enlarging health care. In the second part of the analytical work are analysed Slovac health insurances from the same point of view. The last part of the analytical work is focused on the comparative analyses of six Czech and Slovac insurance companies. There are two fictitious families which want to use the benefits from six comparative health insurances. The both fictitious families will find out, which financial amount oh the benefit they could achieve, according to facts that are mentioned about them. Despite discovered differences between explored categories it is possible to say that Czech and Slovac health servicies are almost comparable to each other even 20 years after the division the Czechoslovakia.
Comparison of student bank accounts in the CR

This work is focused on student bank accounts which are determinate for students of secondary schools and universities. The theoretical part focuses on the history of money and the bank system in the Czech Republic, followed by information about Czech National bank, past and present, commercial banks, their specifications, history and interesting facts. The following are specified account services, such as account and student account. In the practical part was used a questionnaire established criteria that have an impact on the selection of banking product, which banks are the most frequent, student satisfaction with the bank or the purpose of having a student account. In another part of practical research there are specifications and comparison of the student bank account and compared to each other. To select the most suitable student account was considered a model student, who was identified on the basis of the questionnaire. From final comparison of student accounts are generated two best student accounts, account Fresh from Česká spořitelna and account G2.2 from Komerční banka. The final choice depends on the specific preferences of the client.
Analysis of saving bank accounts and comparison of their offers on the Czech banking market

The bachelor thesis is concerning bank accounts, mainly those which are the most favourable, from a client's point of view. The aim of this thesis is to define, compare and contrast savings accounts which are available on the financial market in the Czech Republic. As well as to acquire which are most favourable for clients. In this thesis, there will be defined terms which are directly linked to financial and banking products. Mainly, those which are linked to savings accounts. The first section of this thesis will be based upon a survey which aims at determining which banks are the most reputable in the Czech Republic, plus further information regarding the individual bank accounts of clients. Another section will compare four of the most popular Czech banks: ČSOB, ING Bank, Air Bank and Česká Spořitelna. These institutions are listed according to the following criteria: how much the client benefits from the provided services; the interest rates and further costs directly linked to bank account usage. A non-existent client was created for the purpose of determining how advantageous a savings account is for them based upon which one of the four institutions they used. From the analysis within this thesis arises the conclusion that the best savings account, as well as the most commonly used, was Air Bank.
Mortgage loan analysis in the CR

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to define the basic terms which are related to mortgages in the Czech Republic, issues of getting, drawdowning and paying off the mortgage. Another goal is to gain findings of client´s awareness of the mortgages and to find out the best product for client. The literature review is focused on getting, drawdowing and paying of the mortgage. The results are based on the obtained data from survey. Owing to survey there is a best supply offer for potential client. The potential client demands a mortgage in the following conditions, amount of mortgage is 1 500 000 CZK, due date is 30 years and the interest is for 5 years. The bank Česká spořitelna offered the best supply to the potential client. Due to obtained data from the survey it was possible to assess the awareness of inhabitants in the Czech Republic about the mortgage.
The selection of a suitable bank account for students in the Czech Republic

The aim is to evaluate the possibility of having a bank account suitable for students in the Czech Republic using the multicriterial analysis and thus identify the most suitable bank account for students. In the theoretical part the author focuses on the development of the banking sector, current situation on the banking market, the general issues of the Czech banking sector, explanation of basic terms and states the students banking accounts and free of charge banking accounts. In the practical part the author focuses on the students banking accounts and free of charge banking accounts, summarizes the findings primarily from the websites of the banks. Based on the survey is created the representative student for the unification of the findings and the weights of the selected criteria according to which the banks are evaluated. The gathered information is then analysed using a multicriterial analysis. There is no possibility to clearly determine the best option, because there is no account that would be the best in all selected criteria. Due to this the four variants of methods are used for the identification of the best account, where the average of all the methods is used at the end. Specifically, account called U konto pro mladé from Unicredit bank is ranked in average in the first place. This is due to the fact that there is no fee for any of the items.
Development of unemployment in the Czech Republic

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the evolution and the structure of unemployment in the Czech Republic. The first part includes a theoretical explanation of terms and definitions related to this issue, for example specification and types of unemployment, measurement or risk groups threatened by unemployment. The first practical part includes an analysis of the state of unemployment in the period 2005-2014, the situation in the labour market in 2014. The following part deals with the structure of unemployment in individual regions of the Czech Republic in the years 2012-2014. This section is mainly focused on Prague, Pilsen and Ústí nad Labem Regions and on the structure of unemployment by gender, age and education. The result of the analysis is finding that Prague had the lowest unemployment every year, the second region with low unemployment was Pilsen Region. Ústí nad Labem Region was placed in the last position. In these regions in terms of the largest group of unemployed by gender and education haven´t been recorded any changes. The change was occurred only in case of age of the unemployed in Pilsen and Ústí nad Labem Regions.
Institutions for Leisure Time Activities of the Youth

The aim of the thesis Institutions for leisure youth is to determine whether the institution of Children and Youth Prague 6 fulfill their public mission and whether it has enough funds to provide activity. The hypothesis is verified by an analysis of institutions created by Bronislaw K. Malinowski. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part drawns from the study of literature and defines the basic concepts associated with this work. The thesis is focused on different definitions of leisure time by different authors, function of leisure time and to institutions offering leisure activities. The practical part contains an analysis of the institution DDM Prague 6. The analysis is focused on facilities and equipment, staff in the institution, activities that the institution offers and funding.
