Daily deal sites as a new marketing tool in the internet environment

This work deals with the new phenomenon of daily deal sites in the Czech Republic. The work is divided into three chapters. The first chapter focuses on the internet environment into which the first successful daily deal sites began penetrace in 2010. It continues in an extensive chapter, where is described the basic characteristic of the daily deal sites. Further, there is analyzed marketing of daily deal sites and at the end of this section there are mapped advantages, disadvantages and dangers that daily deal sites can bring about to sellers and customers. The final chapter of this work is own research among customers of daily deal sites. The research is based on previous chapters and its aim is analysis of research problems focusing on selected dangers of daily deal sites. At the end of this part, results of research are compared with the previous chapter and also there are presented some recommendations. The Concept and Nature of Dactyloscopy

Donedávna představovala daktyloskopie vrchol kriminalistické identifikace. S vývojem vědy a techniky samozřejmě vznikají a vyvíjejí se nové identifikační metody, které doposud užívané metody doplňují a v určitých oblastech nahrazují. Staví kriminalistickou identifikace o stupínek výše, v dnešní době jde především o velmi rychlý vývoj v oblasti užití DNA jako prostředku k určení totožnosti konkrétní osoby. Přesto všechno je ale daktyloskopie stále považována za velmi důležitou, v mnoha ohledech nepřekonanou a nenahraditelnou součást kriminalistické identifikace.

History in Taxation of Incomes from Employment

The bachelor thesis deals with the development of taxation of individuals from employment from 2000 to present. It takes into account not only income tax but also the burden of social and health insurance. The aim is to describe and evaluate the various changes in the taxation of individuals from employment in time and then to show examples of the model, what impact it had on the taxpayers and their tax obligations as well as taking into account the social and health insurance.

Assessment of the Financial Situation in the Firm and Proposals to its Improvement

The diploma thesis evaluates the financial situation of the company TOR Cheb, spol. s r.o. during the years 2007 to 2011, and formulates proposals for improvement of the problematic areas. The theoretical part defines basic terms, methods and indicators. The practical part of the thesis characterizes the firm, and evaluates its performance and financial stability on the basis of selected methods of financial analysis. The interpretation of these results is the starting point for the proposal part of the thesis.

Estimating a value of the firm Hollandia Karlovy Vary, a.s.

The aim of this thesis is to estimate the value of Hollandia Karlovy Vary, a.s. to the date 31st December 2013. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the approaches and methods that lead to the valuation of the company. The practical part includes a description of the valued company, financial and strategic analysis including analysis of internal and external potential, financial plan and the final valuation of the company. For valuation are used these methods: discounted free cash flows to the firm and market comparison based on industry multipliers. In thesis there is also used a method of book value for final comparison.
