Adolescent attachment behaviour and application for primary prevention

The thesis is attachment and risk behaviour in adolescents, when these topics are linked and the practical (research) part processed within the research sample. The main idea of the research is the assumption that disturbed attachment in adolescence and period of personality formation as well as terrible twos can cause risky behaviour. Objectives of the research work The aim of this thesis is to select a (representative) sample map and describe attachment and risk behaviour in adolescents. Sample file The research group in this thesis consists of adolescents aged 12 to 16 (17) years. Over all, the surfy was attended by 334 respondents and for the purpose of the thesis, a total of 319 answered questionnaires. Respondents were approached in four primary schools and one secondary school within the city of Prague. Data processing methods The thesis was elected quantitative research. It was a survey, within pre-selected primary schools and one secondary school. The research was performed by two questionnaires - IPPA (Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment; Greenberg, Armsden, 1987), which deals with attachment and SURPS questionnaire (Substance Use Risk Profile Scale), which deals with risk behaviour. The topic of the thesis focuses on nutrition for people recovering from alcohol addiction.The theoretical part of the thesis is to detect excessive use of sugar abstinent women in a psychiatric hospital and common characteristics depending on the seasoning.This section will be described alcohol, its production, its effects and impact on human health. Also described are the mechanisms of physical and psychological dependence on sugar. The harmfulness of sugar on the human body and the effect on his health. It pointed to the eating habits abstinent women in a psychiatric hospital. In the practical part of the thesis using quantitative research focuses on finding eating habits, specifically the amount of consumption of sugar-containing foods, with clients Bohnice Psychiatric Hospital, patients recovering from alcohol addiction. The aim of this section is to determine whether the amount of sugar accepted during the stay in a psychiatric hospital creates dependency on the delicacies. The dissertation's subject matter is focused on a definition of art therapy possibilities in a process of treating drug addiction of a person with posttraumatic stress disorder. The theoretical part aims to define the basic information concerning given dual diagnosis and also to reveal the specifics of mentioned mental disorders' relation. In a following part, the dissertation details individual possibilities of art therapy and its influences on already obtained findings concerning the particular dual diagnosis by synthesizing available scientific information from both areas - namely aiming to understand thoroughly the extent of the disorder and consequently to describe art therapy possibilities by applying bio-psycho-socio- spiritual addiction model on its individual dimensions. The research part brings information about which art therapy methods and procedures are used by art therapists working with drug addicted people with PTSD when revealing themes concerning experienced traumas. Barriers to accessing treatment for women with alcohol dependence Petra Ondráčková, bachelor's thesis Abstract Background: Women's alcoholism has generally greater negative impact on women's health, their family and children and therefore it is less tolerated by society and alcohol dependent women are more condemned than men. Women's drinking is negatively perceived by the lay as well as the specialized public thanks to many stereotypes making dependent women's situation worse. Many women stay anonymous because they are afraid to seek specialized help. During treatment from alcohol dependence it is necessary - especially for women - to work with barriers stopping effective treatment. Objective: Main goal of this research was to find out barriers to accessing treatment for women with alcohol dependence. Attachment in people with disorders caused by opioid

This thesis is focused on the attachment among people addicted to opiates. The goal of the research is to describe the relationship between the type of attachment and coping strategies of opiates users. Research was attended by forty clients in opioid-dependent set of substitution programs. Klients are from the methadone substitution of clinics adiktologie 1 LF UK, from CADAS Sananim and Remedis, where there is a substitution of opioids, especially by Suboxone. The study focuses on quantitative data collection using a battery of questionnaires which were completed in collaboration with the interviewer during the period of treatment. Questionnaire battery containing the following questionnaires: anamnesis questionnaire, ECR - R Experience in Close Relationships (Fraley et al., 2000) and SVF- 78 questionnaire on coping strategies (Janke & Erdman, 2003). The study is anonymous and confidential. Questionnaires are encoded by the initials of the respondent and the interviewer and execution of research date. Results of studies abroad show that addictive behavior is often associated with insecure attachment and positive attachment works on people protectively. The burnout syndrome among workers of outreach programs for drug users

BACKGROUND: The burnout syndrome is at the forefront since 70s of the 20th century. Since then many researches were realized. In the Czech Republic especially authors Kebza and Šolcová are concerned with burnout syndrome. Researches focused on burnout syndrome among outreachworkers with drug users aren't too common. AIMS: The main aim of this work is to find the measure of susceptibility to burnout syndrome among workers of outreach programs for drug users in the Czech Republic. For the research were determined four research questions. METHODS: For the research was used a method of questionnaire research namely questionnaire Inventář projevů syndromu vyhoření by Jiří and Tamara Tošnerovi. SAMPLE: Totally 63 outreach programs for drug users from the whole Czech Republic were asked. In the research participated 53 responders, 20 men (38 %) and 33 women (62 %). RESULTS: In general, we can say that results are quite low in relation to susceptibility to burnout syndrome. Few responders who reached higher results in single parts are the exceptions. Responders can reach maximally 96 points, and average score was 19, 9 points. Men reached 18, 7 points in average and women 20, 7 points. Factors of efficiency substitution treatment

This bachelor examines the factors of efficiency substitution treatment, which are for clients important to ensure and become stabilized in the long term. The bachelor examines with factors of efficiency as a whole, but mainly by the extend of the importance of social factors, which are in this folder care system neglected. The research was realized based on squestionnaire survey in free substitution devices in May - June 2014. Questionnaires were submitted to all clients of substitution device regardless of the lenit of the program ad the type of substitution preparation. Some answers were compared on the basis the length of the program. The theoretical part focuses on the description substitution treatment - targets, therapeutic preparation, types and forms. It's also mentioned the Standard substitution treatment. In the sekond sectiont, there are describe factors relevant to the effectiveness of treatment, effective factors in the therapeutic community and effective factors of psychotherapy.
