This bachelor thesis focuses on personal air transport in the Africa continent. In the first part, the general characteristics of air transport, its importance in the world and changes in its development, will be described. The description of the current situation of air transport follows. This part of the thesis tries to explain the causes of the peripheral position within its global distribution. The analytic part of the thesis deals with the flight offers in ten African airports on a specific day in 2006 and 2018. These airports were chosen on the grounds of several factors, e.g. the size according to the volume of transported passengers per year. The data for the implementation of this analysis were taken from the Flightstats database. This database provides information about almost every flight in the world. The results of the analysis provide a view on development and the current situation of domestic, continental and intercontinental air transport in Africa or rather of the airports which are for the African continent crucial.
Effect of fitness concept FLOWIN® on balance and spinal segmental stabilisation

Title: Effect of fitness concept FLOWIN® on balance and spinal segmental stabilisation Objectives: The goal of this thesis is to find out whether exercising the fitness concept FLOWIN® has any real and measurable effect on balance and spinal segmental stabilization of the individual, based on the comparison of measured data of exercisers of different levels of profficiency, which is differentiated by the length of exercise (beginners, advanced) and instructors of group lessons operating in the Czech Republic. Methods: The study in nature was a blinded experiment, attended by 13 beginners, 19 advanced exercisers and 10 instructors of the fitness concept FLOWIN®. Each participant's balance was tested by using the Y Balance test on lower and upper body and testing of spinal segmental stabilization was performed by using tests based on the principles of Australian method. The average results of testing of balance and spinal segmental stabilization of the experimental groups were then compared with each other. Separately were evaluated results of measuring spinal segmental stabilization in the group of instructors, depending on their experience in practicing the concept. Case study of physiotherapy treatment of patient with diagnosis systemic lupus erythematosus

Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of patient with diagnosis systemic lupus erythematosus Objective: A summary of theoretical background, study of comprehensive rehabilitation methodology, proposal of therapy and evaluation of its effect in a patient with diagnosis systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods: The Review of literature and the case study were made during practice in Institute of Rheumatology in Prague from 5. to 30. 1. 2015. It is devided into two parts. Theoretical part summarizes definition, etiology, epidemiology, diagnostics, clinical manifestation, therapy and use of physiotherapy in diagnosis systemic lupus erythematosus. The case study is presented in the special part. Therapeutical approach was prescribed according to the medical history and physical examination and its effect was assessed using kinesiology analysis at the end of the study. Results: The pain of the patient substantialy decreased, she has no more breathing problems and lying in horizontal position is also no longer a problem, the quality of sleep enhanced, the body posture and balance were positively enfluenced and range of motion and stabilization ability of spine improved. The institution of marriage in three novels of Cornelie Huygens

The topic of this thesis is the depiction of marriage in two novels from the Dutch feminist writer from the end of the nineteenth century, Cornélie Huygens. The theoretical part analyses the influence of the literary and historical context, especially of the emerging women emancipation movement, socialism and the general social circumstances of that era. The role of author's personal life is also taken into account as well as the social status of women, their political and literary activities and reception of female authors by literary critics. The practical part consists of literary analysis of two novels written by Cornélie Huygens, in which marriage is the central theme.

TITLE: German-Czech meetings in books written by Martin Becker and Jaroslav Rudiš SUMMARY: The subject of this thesis is the analysis of the collective literary output of the two young authors - German writer Martin Becker and his Czech friend Jaroslav Rudiš. A part of my thesis concerns also with their lives and their works. The object is to find Czech motives in the work and life of Martin Becker and influence of German culture on the books of Jaroslav Rudiš, to concern on typical characteristics and analysis of their collective works. In my thesis I arrive at the conclusion that the Czech stay, interest in Czech language and literature reflect in works of Becker, in the similar way are books of Rudiš influenced by his interest in German authors, art, history, German language and other. The results of treatment of primary brain tumours

The study is aimed to primary brain tumour patient's prognosis. The study is comprised of data processing, basic information summary of the issue, evaluation of overall survival of primary brain cancer patients and results comparison to the literature. The hypothesis says that the results gained at department of oncology are comparable with the literature. Patient's data were assembled from medical history of Oncology ward of České Budějovice hospital. Data collection was aimed of gender, age, tumour localization, histology, WHO staging, way of treatment, date of treatment initiation and current condition. Study included 116 patients with treatment initiation between 2011 - 2015 at the Oncology ward of České Budějovice hospital. Data were processed using Excel and survival rate was assessed by Kaplan - Meier analysis of the statistical program IBM SPSS Statistics. Overall survival was assessed in terms of the way of treatment (a combination of resection and radiation therapy, a combination of resection, radiation therapy and chemotherapy, palliative treatment), histology (astrocytoma, oligodendroglioma, glioblastoma multiforme), gender and age (younger than 50 years old, older than 50 years). Median overall survival of whole group under treatment was 12 months. In terms of overall survival analysis based on the histological results and treatment (combinations of resection, radiation therapy and chemotherapy) was at variance with literature. The acquired results should serve to further processing by students and as feedback for the oncology ward, because it assesses success of treatment on department.
Gastronomy in cultural history

Diploma thesis "Gastronomy in cultural history" is a cultural study focusing on the development and status of gastronomy in the context of everyday life of European society from the Middle Ages to the late 19th century. An emphasis is placed on the environment of the Czech lands. The thesis also deals with other fields that are directly related to gastronomy and table manners, it is particularly interested in changes in lifestyles that reflect the technological and economic development. Methodologically it is based on historical, cultural anthropological and sociological research. The interpretation is kept chronologically and is structured in accordance with the usual cultural-historical periodization. The specifics of the thesis consist mainly in pursuit of a holistic approach to the concept of this interdisciplinarily interesting topic. In the chapter on the Middle Ages, it describes the influence of different alimentary systems and Hippocratic-Galenic theory on the formation of the medieval diet. It neither ignores the Christian belief and social status based on a feudal system, nor the development of towns as new political, cultural and economic centres of the region. Conformity of people in terms of the violence and selected aspects of domectic violence

Bachelor thesis deals theoretical processing selected aspects of issues from domestic violence and qualitative research survey dealing with how relatives in present interpreting past experience with domestic violence in their family neighborhood. Work is separated in three parts, where are introduced basic concepts regarding issues domestic violence and concepts regarding conformity and conformal hearing of people in relationship to domestic violence in family and community, prejudices and myths about domestic violence, consequences of domestic violence and specific ways of help for threatened person (victims). In the final part in qualitative research survey with relatives of past victims of domestic violence opinion surveys, how would they interpreted their past experience with domestic violence in their family neighborhood.
Work Motivation in Multi-level Marketing

The purpose of this work is to analyse the motivation in multi-level marketing company. The thesis introduces basic general marketing tools, but also multi-level marketing and the theory of motivation. The research in practical part was done in the form of electronical survey, which was completed by 71 responders. The responders were employees of specific company. The thesis does not only focus on the motivation in work in general, but also on the difference in motivation between male and female employees. This bachelor thesis introduces it´s readers to the multi-level marketing concept and also mentions some interesting facts about this business in general.
