Hotwater boiler for natural gas,60 MW, 1,6 MPa, 150/70°C
Gardavský, Jan ; Baláš, Marek (referee) ; Lisý, Martin (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is design a hotwater boiler for burning natural gas with an output of 60 MW. Boiler works with temperature difference 150 °C / 70 °C. For a given fuel is calculated stoichiometric calculation. The following is the calculation of the heat balance of the boiler including the determinativ of thermal efficiency. The fuel used, the required parameters of hot water and feed water temperature are designed individual convective surfaces and dimensions of the boiler. The boiler design includes drawings.
Modern Biogas Station as Part of "Smart Regions"
Horák, Jakub ; Pavel,, Milčák (referee) ; Lisý, Martin (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design of computational model of a biogas plant and its use in the concept of intelligent region with focusing on district heating and cooling network. The introduction contains review of technology used in the biogas plant. This review covers the description of modern biogas plants and determination of the energy and technology parameters for computational model of biogas plant. The next part of thesis describes analyze of the dynamics of the operation and the possibilities of using waste heat from biogas plant. The last and also the most important part is based on design of computational model of a biogas plant and design of connection of a biogas plant to the district heating and cooling network.
The design of a duel pressure horizontal heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) utilizing flue gas from a natural gas burning turbine
Pauliny, Jan ; Svoboda, Petr (referee) ; Svoboda, Petr (referee) ; Lisý, Martin (advisor)
RDF Grate Biomass Boiler
Kudýn, David ; Křemínský, Pavel (referee) ; Lisý, Martin (advisor)
The master’s thesis deals with the design of a grate boiler with natural circulation for the combustion of refuse-derived fuels with the required heat output of 5 MW. Stochiometric calculations are executed at the introduction of the thesis, furthermore, the efficiency of the boiler is set down by an indirect method. Afterwards, the dimensions of the boiler are designed, with individual heat-exchanging surfaces. The last part of the thesis is dedicated to verifications of heat balance, the check of chlorine corrosion and setting down pressure losses for working medium and also for flue gas. The scheme of the boiler is attached in the appendix.
Energy Mix in the Czech Republic
Fojtl, Martin ; Milčák, Pavel (referee) ; Lisý, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis addresses the mixture of energy mix in Czechia. The first part is focused on the evolution of energy mixture up to present days. In the next part, the expected development of the mixture is described from the state energy policy and ecological points of view. Lastly, in the final section, there is a comparison of compositions of electric energy source between Czechia and other countries of a European Union.
Substitution for a current source of heat in the industrial area
Novák, Jan ; Fiedler, Jan (referee) ; Lisý, Martin (advisor)
The main aim of the thesis is to design a final draft for the reconstruction of the central heating plant of the industrial complex. The background research outlines a brief description of the development of heating plant industry, boilers and conditions for the selection of a suitable heat source for the particular area. Further, there are listed standard possibilities of heat sources for industrial complex, which does not use heat for technological purposes only, but as well as for heating and warming up of supply water. The finding and presentation section summarize the current energy supply and the design of two variants for conceptual modernization of the boiler plant. According to the annual and daily chart for the need for heat, there are specified required heat outputs, which are supposed to be distributed to the campus network of heating and as well as the fuel consumption. One of the options considers the use of storage tanks. The conclusion compares both suggested options.
Grate Biomass Boiler
Michalica, Martin ; Křemínský, Pavel (referee) ; Lisý, Martin (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design grate boilers with natural circulation for the combustion of contaminated biomass. The boiler output is output 45 t/h. Produced superheated steam with the output parameters of 440 °C 4,2 at MPa feed water temperature 115 °C. The stoichiometric calculations and the thermal calculation are based on the specified fuel composition. Thanks to this, the basic dimensional design of the boiler and its efficiency are determined. Calculation of this work focuses mainly on thermal calculations and dimensional design of individual heat transfer surfaces. Basic drawing of the boiler is available in the attachment of the thesis.
