Kučera, Matěj ; Kolářová, Eva (referee) ; Kolář, Radim (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design and project documentation of a fitness center. The designed building is situated in the centre of Brno in a busy environment with a direct connection to the city ring road. It is a two-storey non-basement building with a flat green roof. The building is based on a combination of plain concrete strip foundations, reinforced concrete slabs and pads. The load bearing, external and partition walls are designed from the aerated concrete blocks. The outer skin consists of thermal insulation, slats and vertical garden flowerpots. The floor structure is predominantly designed from pre-stressed concrete panels. Facade is ventilated. The building is divided into two floors where each has its own purpose and specification. In the 1st floor there is a gym, room for trainers, dressing rooms and utility room. In upper tract there are exercise rooms and cardio zone. The building is designed as wheelchair accessible. Around the building there is designed a car park for 24 cars with grass paving and a medium-sized trees. The second part of the thesis environmentally deals with the building services. The building will be heated by four heat pumps and will also use energy from photovoltaic panels. Air exchange and cooling will be solved using air conditioning. Third part of the thesis deals with the evaluation by certificate of energy performance of the building comparing the used heating method with the use of fossil fuels. The thesis is mainly elaborated in Autocad, SketchUP, Deksoft, Lumion and Microsoft office software.

Building services are located on the first floor. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the architectural and structural design. The structure is based on strip foundations that are carried out on pilots. The load-bearing structure of the building is formed using ceramic blocks masonry insulated with mineral wool. The floor structures are designed as reinforced concrete prefabricated panels. The flat roof of the building is green. The second part of the thesis deals mainly with the design of building services. The building will be heated and refrigerated by four heat pumps and will also use energy from photovoltaic panels. Heat and cold will be distributed in the facility using air conditioning units. Rainwater will be used to irrigate surplus will be absorbed on the investor’s property. Retention tank with an overflow into the infiltration boxes. The third part of the thesis deals with the evaluation Energy performance certificate of the used heating methods compared to the use of fossil fuels. Three methods of heating are proposed. I choose the optimal way of heating from a financial and environmental perspective. The thesis is mainly elaborated in Autocad, Deksoft and Microsoft office software.
Building design with minimal environmental impact
Fric, Marek ; Kolářová, Eva (referee) ; Kolář, Radim (advisor)
The content of my master´s project is a design of an NZEB building of a restaurant. The building is located in Brno near Nová Zbrojovka and the Svitava river. The design was carried out with Revit and with a partial implementation of BIM. The master´s project consists of three main parts. The first part focuses on the structural design of the building, the second part is focused on the design of building services and the third part consists of introducing the possibilities of advanced application of BIM in the design of the buildings. The building is V-shaped with a flat green roof and has two floors. The load-bearing system combines masonry walls, reinforced concrete walls, and columns. The floor slabs are also made of reinforced concrete. The partitions are made of plasterboard and masonry. The foundation of the building is formed by a reinforced concrete ground slab. For the insulation was chosen combination of ETICS and ventilated facade. The heating, cooling and air conditioning are provided by an HVAC systém and heat pumps. As a source of hot domestic water was designed electric boiler and heat pumps. The main source of electric energy is provided by a distribution network but partial independence of the building on the distribution network is ensured by photovoltaic panels. The sewer system is made of a combination of gravity sanitary sewer and a vacuum stormwater system. A source of drinking water is the water supply system.

Effect of selected factors affecting the percentage of lean muscle in pig carcass
KOLÁŘOVÁ, Eva
The aim of the thesis was to obtain information on the effect of hybrid combination, gender and weight of cold JUT on carcass ratios in final pig hybrids. 1742 pig carcasses of four hybrid pig combinations were included in the carcass monitoring: PIC, Topigs, Danbred and France Hybrides. The average carcass weight was 89 kg with an average muscle mass of 59.5%, represented mostly by quality classes S and E. The higher fat content of pigs versus gilts was shown. With increasing slaughter weight, the proportion of muscle decreased and the proportion of fat increased.
