In the bachelor work there is financial situation of a firm characterested, which is engeged in in makes cutter tools and their distribuction brand Pilana Tools a.s. The financial situation is characterested by means of a worked up financial analysis in a period of years 2006 – 2008. The results of the financial analysis are eveluated and at the some time there are specified its problematic parts and imperfections. On which basis there is elaborated a plan included optimal solution for the improvement of the present situation of a concern. In the work there are weak and strong points of a firm pointed out.

Proposal For an Employee Evaluation and Reward System at a Selected Company

The submitted bachelor thesis deals with the remuneration of workers, their stimulation and motivation of employees to work more efficiently. The content and the semantic content of the remuneration, motivation and stimulation is described in the theoretical part. Theoretical knowledge was used to evaluate the current system of remuneration of workers´ remuneration in a business department of a selected company. Based on assessment of the current state of the remuneration system, there have been identified its shortcomings and mistakes, and subsequently recommended procedures for their solutions.

Evaluation of the Business Performance

The diploma thesis is focused on evaluating the performance of the company KOHUT Třinec s.r.o. in period from 1. 4. 2007 to 31. 3. 2011. Evaluation is made by using selected indicators of financial analysis, namely pyramidal decompositions and systems of purposefully selected indicators. The theoretical part contains the definition of basic concepts for understanding the issues examined. Based on financial analysis in the practical section are made possible suggestions to improve the current situation of the company and suggestions to remove the identified problems.

The Use of Benchmarking for an Increase of the Performance of the Company

This thesis deals with using of benchmarking for the selected wine company Baloun. In the fist part there is given theoretical framework of this topic. The practical part contains analysis of the current situation of the Baloun winery and its closest competitior – there are included financial analysis, analysis of marketing mix and SWOT analysis. Based on the analysis there are proposing measures, which will contribute to improving business performance.

This bachelor thesis deals with the acquisition of perspective about the financial situation of the company ABC s. r. o. through a properly selected economic information system. To assess the financial situation of the company are used methods of financial analysis described in the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis. Part of content bachelor thesis are also proposals not only from the choice of optimal economic information system, but also proposals to improve the company's current position based on the results obtained by calculating the selected indicators of financial analysis, not only from within environments the newly designed economic information system.

This bachelor thesis deals with the development of the already established company Poštor Ltd.. It describes Poštors problems and possible solutions since the introduction of web pages and the implementation of another information system to a total reorganization of the company into a modern concept. I analyse the various world markets of wine and the exploitable potential in the terms of suppliers and customers.
