London Eye
Hušek, Martin ; Hradil, Petr (referee) ; Zídek, Rostislav (advisor)
Performance of static analysis of the London Eye structure is the subject of this diploma thesis. First chapters of the thesis analyses overview of realized structures of the Ferris wheel. The main part of the thesis analyses the London Eye structure itself. Specifically are described response analyses, sensitivity analyses, analyses of ultimate limit state and serviceability, stress analyses, analyses of fatigue stress and lifetime analyses. The thesis describes among static analysis also a design of dynamic vibration absorbers. The results of each analysis are evaluated in the final chapters.
Analysis of the wind effect on the construction
Tačner, Jan ; Hradil, Petr (referee) ; Kala, Jiří (advisor)
Diploma thesis deals with static and dynamic analyses of a slender bridge structure behavior. The footbridge structure model was created in ANSYS 14.5 programing system. Static and a modal analyses were made afterwards and according to these analyses dynamic wind load and dynamic pedestrian load were applied. Wind load was applied as option of deck without a handrail and as option of deck with fully airtight handrail. Pedestrians were perceived as group of pedestrians and as a sparse crowd. Both applied loads were solved by harmonic analyses. Results of these analyses are resonance curves and tables of accleration.
Enterprise Universal Cabling Reconstruction Proposal
Kvita, Lukáš ; Hradil, Petr (referee) ; Ondrák, Viktor (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with universal cabling reconstruction proposal for Medmes, Ltd. It includes analysis of current universal cabling, summary of use connecting places and requirements of investor. Using this analysis and the theoretical background the thesis describes a new solution for the cabling system.
Static analysis of clarified tank structure
Kika, Aleš ; Vlk, Zbyněk (referee) ; Hradil, Petr (advisor)
The aim of bachelor thesis was to perform static analysis of the retention tank. It was created a computational model of the construction in program ANSYS, defined all load cases, and their combinations. At the end of thesis, some components of the tank were designed and evaluated for ultimate limit state and service limit state.
The family house in Věžnice
Stránská, Miroslava ; Jelínek, Petr (referee) ; Hradil, Dušan (advisor)
Bachelor´s thesis deals with the project documentation for the realization of a new family house designed for inhabitition by four persons. The house has a partial basement and one floor. The construction is designed from traditional building materials. The house is roofed with a hipped roof. The thesis also contains a seminar thesis, which deals with waterproofing of lower part of the building and radon arrangement.
Static analysis of arch bridge structure
Farkasová, Zuzana ; Zídek,, Rostislav (referee) ; Hradil, Petr (advisor)
The main task of the Bachelor´s thesis is to do a static analysis of arch bridge construction with two span and bridge deck hanged on pulled cables. My task was to construct numerical model of bridge construction, to make load solution and to evaluate results. I have learned about ANSYS programme during processing this thesis, especially about its working environment WORKBENCH.
Ultimita
Jindra, Daniel ; Kala, Jiří (referee) ; Hradil, Petr (advisor)
Structural beam and shell models were assembled in ANSYS program package. Design loads are defined according to Euro codes. Nonlinear analysis of structure has been established. Ultimate limit state of beams and cross sections were determined. Obtained results of ultimate limit state analysis were compared with Euro codes for design thin-walled steel structures.
Dynamic analysis of bridges structures
Prokš, Tomáš ; Salajka, Vlastislav (referee) ; Hradil, Petr (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with dynamic analysis of cable-stayed steel pedestrian footbridge. The dynamic response of pedestrian-induced vibration was studied. The response of structure exeeded standard acceptance limit. Due to the effect of installed Tuned Mass Damper was studied. Motion equations of single and two degree of freedom model were solved in program MATLAB and the results were compared with numeric model in ANSYS.
Family house
Bednář, Jan ; Petr,, Jaroš (referee) ; Hradil, Dušan (advisor)
Bachelor thesis project documentation of the house. House is designed in the cadastral area of Dolní Město. A land is located in a residential area. The land is located on the plane. The house has an atypical layout with overall dimensions of 16.5 x 17.35 m The plot is built separate parking space. Family house is single-storey with a hipped roof. The building is partly basement. The supporting system of vertical and horizontical structures are made by Porotherm blocks. In the basement of the structure of concrete blocks. Truss structure is formed using the truss system.
Solution of timber hall structures
Šigutová, Petra ; Hradil, Petr (referee) ; Zídek, Rostislav (advisor)
The subject of my thesis is a static analysis of a different trusses of a great span length. The preface is devoted to the trusses their creation of plane models of a girder with the extent of 18 metres. The questions of construction´s joints are mainly solid. The conclusion is dedicated to the creation of the girder and joints´ formation.
